War Ripples Next, Lousy Politics, Ignoring the Public

We wrote on the Peoplenomics side Saturday about the “Warm-Up War” and this week we are moving into the War Ripples chapter.

On the Tracking Board

Near as we can figure, the “warm-up” was the part when Iran’s leader was killed. Which led to the additional Israeli attacks on Hezbollah in Lebanon.  Refer to Israel strikes Lebanon after Iran ally Hezbollah fires missiles over border.

Iran has continued firing from their side, as well. And some fear this threatens to drag in other countries.  As, for example: AWS’s UAE data center shuts after fire amid Iran strikes.

Next Escalation Bets

Everyone wants to know: Will Iran’s naval forces try to block the Strait of Hormuz?  Which the late Sen. Scoop Jackson told me in the early seventies, would be the flashpoint that could trigger WW III.

I’m not sure – the rise of the multipolar world may have changed the onramp paving – but the buzz is making the rounds. What happens to India if Iran shuts Strait of Hormuz?

One thing we can say is that TALK oil prices hitting the $100 level can be heard. But, taking a chill pill, we notice early trading was still under $80. Still, keep an eye on it.

Global Financial Reactions

Not much attention was paid to our (once upon a time) “friends” in Europe condemning the attack on Tehran.  But, as my consigliere and I modeled it this weekend, Europe needs oil and they also have a recently super-fast growing Muslim population.

England was down nearly one percent early while Germany was down 1.78 percent and France close behind also down more than a percent and a half. It will be a busy day for ticker-watching.

A few other mentionable markets: Australia was basically flat (down 5-bucks).  On the other hand, Japan was down 1.35 percent. Bitcoin waffled either side of $66,000.

We continue to “sit on our hands” (in cash) because the tempo of events has yet to really “lock.” Presumably, that will happen this week, but we’re sweating away on greenhouse work and gardening chores.  Those are important cornerstones, or at least as we’ve told you over the past couple of years, they very well COULD be.

We’re still scanning the “Coriolis of war” to see who else will get sucked into it: Suspected drone strike hits British air base in Cyprus.

Seeing Saudi’s biggest oil refinery blasted by Iran drone strike sparking shutdown in ‘significant escalation’ in Middle East serves to amplify this as “Ripple War Week.” (With apologies to the winemakers who blessed the world with that concoction back in 1959. E & J Gallo made the last bottles back in 1984, or so.)

“Odd aside, Ure?”  A glass of Ripple or some mad-dog 20-20?  No, not really.  If war doesn’t drive people to drink, there’s always the politicians…

Useless Government

It may have seemed harsh – even unfounded – a year or two back – as we labeled Congress the Fools on the Hill.  Yet here’s the latest on incompetence:

We’re back in a shutdown.  And at the worst possible time: TSA agents at Logan Airport no longer receiving paychecks during partial government shutdown.

“No, I don’t vote,” an old senior AP Broadcast writer explained in the seventies. “It only encourages ’em.”

Haven’t seen much evidence to disagree with that stand.

Still, we will be punching cards tomorrow in the March 2026 primary election calendar in Texas, Arkansas, and North Carolina.

And, as has become prototypical, the do-nothings are selling the same old divisions and no one is offering a money-back guarantee.  Is questioning electability racism? Texas’ tense Dem primary comes to a head. Yeah, yeah, but will they show up and keep government open?

As for incumbents already in the clown posse?  Here’s a stark reality check: US government faces partial shutdown over ICE funding dispute ahead of Minneapolis shootings. With representation like this, who needs crooks and commies?  Naw.  We just have geniuses.

Take the Week Off?

Our consigliere was out getting in some late-season skiing in – Ohio.  Because, perhaps, with geniuses at the helm of the great ship of state, no jobs data likely this week.

What an ideal time for “Wrong-Way Jack” to show up! Jack Dorsey stokes fears of an AI jobs apocalypse. Here’s what it means for you.

Well, not so fast.  The more adult read is found (oddly) here: Don’t freak out: AI isn’t causing a jobs-pocalypse. At least, not yet.

Thanks to the aforementioned geniuses – if they can keep shutting government down, we may never really know if there’s a jobpocalypse, or not.  See?  Genius!

So, if the jobs shutdown isn’t solved by lunchtime, then no JOLTS report tomorrow.  ADP will still have the most reliable numbers of the week – and Challenger Cuts will be along, too.  But in terms of the “Hype Cycle” we need something else – something new – something fresh.

Oh – what about a peace talks headline?  That’s almost so predictable as to be untrustworthy if it shows up!  (I’m getting too old and calloused to write Monday war columns…)

But that gets me back to either writing a column or looking for some latter-day Ripple…

Around the Ranch: Asia Food Monday

Food Reactor I is going into operation this week.  Weather is into a reliable window from now to June, so we should be swimming in fresh mung bean sprouts by next week.

This was written up first as a ShopTalk Sunday article last year ShopTalk Sunday: Food Reactor 1 Build Looms.  And there was also a Peoplenomics write up on the whole concept of “food reactors” which we might as well toss out here:  FoodReactor PDF.

This all dovetails very nicely with my book “Downsizing: Missing Collapse of Empire.”  Yet, despite laying out the whole idea (*that products should be engineered into a long-term recycling oriented migration path from the ground up) no one is taking the idea seriously.

HOWEVER – Reader Ray to the rescue (again), noticing that  France has led global efforts against planned obsolescence (or obsolescence programmée), criminalizing the intentional shortening of product lifespans to drive sales since 2015. The law carries severe penalties, including fines of 5% of annual revenue and potential prison sentences for executives. High-profile investigations have targeted companies like Apple for software updates that slowed down older, functioning phones.

This all tracked back to efforts from this group: HOP – Stop Planned Obsolescence.  And now, Europe is working on new repairability legislation so people can still have a path to fixing their own stuff.

No, I am not saying that turning an old worn-out dishwasher into a mung bean sprouting chamber is the best track for everyone.  But, the first time I had Asian-fried mung beans with steak was at a Benihanna years ago. It’s still in the top-10 list of my favorite foods – right up there with prime rib and lobster and Dick’s Drive-In fries in Seattle back when lard was still popular.  (My capers-fried chicken is still done in lard around here…keeping keto a culinary treat!)

Prayers for a reader: frequent contributor BIC got a hot COVID-19 test this weekend – so put him in your prayers.  Like I told him (and not entirely joking) “Get well ‘cuz I need all the readers I can get…”

Write when there’s some “ripple” in the Force,

  1. The Islamics still feud over events that happened more than 1200 years ago. Not sure why anyone would expect a quick end to this latest chapter.

    • Not just them, there’s another bronze-age cult in the Middle East who continue to stoke tensions and conflict. And unfortunately, the US continues to support them.

    • Exactly..
Doesn’t anyone realize…the middle east is basically a McCoy / Hatfield family feud to.. it doesn’t matter in A family for distant realities to be angry with another..quite a different situation if a stranger comes in and starts squabbling with one or the other…

A lot of the conflict in the Middle East goes back generations, and in some cases more than a thousand years. It isn’t just politics — it’s a historical , identity and quite similar to old grievances that families and communities have carried for centuries ….

In that sense , it’s not so much different from a long?running family feud like the Hatfields and McCoys. Even when the original cause is far in the past , the memory of it gets passed down from generation to generation many times the reason is lost in the story… And just like in a family feud , things will get even more complicated when outsiders step in and take sides .
Iike I told a coworker that was sent to Iraq.. they wrote me a letter saying..this is going to be easy.. we drove right into the capital..

I said no.. getting in was easy enough… getting out is going to be the challenge..

while all this plays out, there’s a cost most people don’t consider.: every missile, every gallon of fuel, every supply run eventually gets passed down to regular people who are already dealing with an extreme amount of economic pressure already. where wages aren’t keeping up with the rising costs. The human and financial weight of conflict doesn’t stay on the battlefield—it lands on families, workers, and communities who are just trying to get by.

the big question..will this spread to here..or will the financial stress on the general household be the straw that broke The camels back?? crude hits 100 – 150 gas prices would stack so high per gallon not even considering the price of everything else..

    • The Iranians are not Islamics. Persia is a hodge-podge of civilizations and belief systems. About 28% of the current Iranian population is Muslim, but many of these held other beliefs and were given the option of “convert or die.” There’s no telling how many of them would throw off the mantle, if given a choice.

    • This is an utter bullshit post and no, I did not “forget” to mention sleeper cell activation. If you had taken the time to read the Peoplenomics brief up on this – issues a month before the hostilities, you would have read this section which I am releasing publicly because now it’s game on. But I also release it to underscore the lack of actual fact and deep thinking in your hate-charged emotional state.
Now, relax and read it again – beause a lot of subscribers did beginning on page 15 of Peoplenommics war is coming, here’s what to expectd briefer:

      “PART TWO
Sleeper Cells, Cyber War, and the Real Homeland Risk
      ________________________________________
2.1 Why “Sleeper Cells” Is the Wrong Starting Question
When Americans hear sleeper cells, they imagine something cinematic:
quiet groups, embedded for years, suddenly activating nationwide.
That image is emotionally powerful—and operationally misleading.
Professional counterterrorism analysis does not begin with “cells.”
It begins with capabilities, intent, and opportunity.
If conflict with Iran escalates, the relevant homeland question is not:
      “Are there sleeper cells everywhere?”
      It is:
“What tools does Iran already use, and which scale fastest under wartime conditions?”
Once framed correctly, the risk picture becomes much clearer—and much less theatrical.
      ________________________________________
2.2 Iran’s Historical Pattern: Asymmetry, Not Spectacle
Iran does not fight the United States symmetrically. It never has.
      Its doctrine emphasizes:
      • Plausible deniability
      • Layered proxies
      • Selective retaliation
      • Strategic patience
This is not ideological guesswork. It is observable behavior across decades.
When Iran applies pressure, it prefers actions that:
      • Are hard to attribute instantly
      • Create political friction inside the target country
      • Impose costs without inviting full-scale retaliation
From a homeland-security standpoint, that means noise, disruption, and pressure, not mass casualty events as a default.
      ________________________________________
2.3 The Four Homeland Threat Vectors That Actually Matter
If war with Iran begins, four categories of homeland risk rise immediately. They do not rise equally.
Vector One: Cyber Operations (Highest Probability)
      Cyber is Iran’s workhorse.
      It is:
      • Cheap
      • Deniable
      • Scalable
      • Already active in peacetime
      Under conflict conditions, expect:
      • Increased probing of infrastructure
      • Disruption of financial systems
      • Attacks on logistics, utilities, and communications
      • Information theft and selective leaks
      Cyber operations create:
      • Confusion
      • Economic cost
      • Political pressure
They also blur the line between war and crime—slowing response.
This is the most likely form of homeland impact.
      ________________________________________
Vector Two: Targeted Plots (Low Frequency, High Signal)
Iran has a documented history of targeted operations, not random violence.
      Targets, historically, are:
      • Specific individuals
      • Symbolic figures
      • High-visibility nodes
These are not mass events. They are messages.
From a civilian standpoint, this matters because:
      • The risk is unevenly distributed
      • Public fear often exceeds actual exposure
      • Most citizens are not the intended audience
Targeted plots are designed to shape narratives, not terrorize populations.
      ________________________________________
Vector Three: Facilitation Networks (Often Misunderstood)
When analysts speak about “networks,” they are rarely talking about armed cells.
      They are talking about:
      • Financial channels
      • Document procurement
      • Logistics support
      • Communication facilitation
      These networks:
      • Are thin, not dense
      • Operate quietly
      • Are easier to disrupt than dramatize
Their existence does not imply imminent violence.
      It implies capacity, not activation.
      ________________________________________
Vector Four: Information Warfare (The Silent Multiplier)
This is where public perception diverges most from reality.
      Information warfare includes:
      • Disinformation
      • False alerts
      • Synthetic media
      • Rumor amplification
      Its purpose is not persuasion.
      Its purpose is destabilization.
A panicked population creates its own damage.
      ________________________________________
2.4 Foreign Nationals Inside the U.S.: What Matters and What Doesn’t
      This topic is routinely mishandled.
Citizenship status, ethnicity, or religion are not operational indicators.
      What matters are behaviors:
      • Unusual financial flows
      • Encrypted communications patterns
      • Travel anomalies
      • Procurement of restricted materials
Modern counterterrorism focuses on activity, not identity.
From a civilian preparedness standpoint, the correct response is:
      • Awareness
      • Reporting
      • Normal vigilance
      Not suspicion of neighbors.
The fastest way to help adversaries is to fracture domestic cohesion through paranoia.
      ________________________________________
2.5 What “Activation” Would Actually Look Like
If Iran sought to increase pressure inside the United States during war, the sequence would likely be:
      Phase One: Noise
      • Cyber incidents
      • Data leaks
      • False claims of attacks
      • Disrupted services
      Phase Two: Signaling
      • Arrests
      • Foiled plots publicized
      • Targeted events abroad linked rhetorically to the U.S.
      Phase Three: Amplification
      • Media saturation
      • Political polarization
      • Calls for extreme measures
      The goal is not conquest.
      The goal is internal friction.
      ________________________________________
2.6 Why Mass Attacks Are the Least Likely Option
Large-scale attacks inside the U.S. carry disadvantages for Iran:
      • High attribution certainty
      • Escalation risk
      • Loss of strategic ambiguity
Iran’s leadership is rational. Not benevolent—but rational.
      They prefer tools that:
      • Can be denied
      • Can be throttled
      • Can be turned off
Mass casualty attacks remove those controls.
      ________________________________________
2.7 The Civilian’s Real Exposure Profile
For most PN readers, realistic exposure looks like:
      • Temporary service outages
      • Financial volatility
      • Information confusion
      • Policy reactions
      • At high levels of escalation, food disruption
Not (specific, local) personal physical danger.
The most common harm is second-order:
      • Economic disruption
      • Emotional stress
      • Bad decisions made under uncertainty
      Understanding this is protective.
      ________________________________________
2.8 Practical Homeland Readiness (Without Losing the Plot)
The correct civilian posture under elevated threat is boring—and effective.
      • Backup critical data offline
      • Keep basic cash liquidity
      • Maintain situational awareness
      • Verify information before sharing
      • Avoid rumor cascades
Preparedness is calm redundancy, not constant alertness.
      ________________________________________
2.9 Bottom Line for Part Two
      If war with Iran escalates:
      • Cyber activity will spike first.
      • Targeted actions are more likely than mass violence.
      • Information warfare will attempt to fracture trust.
      • Fear amplification is itself a weapon.
The safest citizens are not the most armed or the most anxious.
      They are the most clear-headed.

War used to be all about killing people and breaking things. Now it is about the battle for the public mind.
Wanna stay focused on the mission there, flipper?
Hate is a great motivator when running into battle. People on the home front are running into work, school, etc. Demonization is a strong tool in the hands of Ure D.I. but as part of civil discourse? Nicht zo gut, jah?

There is without doubt huuuge irony in having at the helm of state an ignorant and seemingly deranged draft dodger president announcing a war while wearing a baseball cap who wallows in threats and generating conflicts while claiming to be a man of peace. Enabling wars in Ukraine and Gaza while also recently threatening Venezuela and now Cuba is not the way to go to make the world a better place. Sadly, Trump’s entire family has likewise avoided military service, he being once again willing to pay the ultimate price for his warmaking using other American families’ sons and daughters as cannon fodder.

I personally believe we will never be rid of Islamic, Chinese, and Mexican/SA sleepers unless they are awakened. I’m too old to fear them, but my children and grandchildren don’t deserve to live in fear because your Presidents of choice, Obama and Biden, allowed a hundred thousand of them into this country…

In June 2016, we ran the stills for the first time and filled our first casks. Filey Bay First Release was bottled in September 2019 and since then Filey Bay has grown and prospered. 6. Public angst and stress is and will build for now. The best thing people can do in the online space seems remain kind to each other. Our country is increasingly caustic, saying (typing) things online one wouldn’t dare say to another, face to face. Don’t go there. Let’s not …

I was in the local County seat bldg. last Friday and must do another trip tomorrow. Had a great chat with a Deputy Sheriff who was predictably bored on 2nd floor security. Laughed that to enter the same sort of bldg. in South Bend would involve emptying pockets and getting wanded. Different threat level.

We covered a lot of ground including weapons and safety while a kind admin. clerk searched property records (I’m after a deed from 1957 stored on microfiche). Deputy Dog said people asked about heightened sense of alert mixed with dread. Homey said I’m not worried. He said the reply put Homey on his heels : “you should be worried”

which ^ led to my urge to punch holes in targets. That, some actual practice, will have to wait. Car trouble ruined a half day planned so, I’m packin’ but out of practice. Guess additional rounds are in order? Nah. Practice.

    • I admire those of you who are proficient in firearms … I am cut from my Dad’s cloth and not much interested. I think the only time my dad ever fired a gun was during his training for WW1 after which he was moved to Coastal Artillery where his gun was a 5 or 8 incher which he used to keep the Germans from attacking DC via coming up the final stretch of the Potomac (with rotating weekends off in DC).

While we never had any gun in the house he did insist I learn how to safely handle guns so I did learn (as I did with my sons), in fact liked Skeet Shooting, but guns and shooting was never important to me. Yep I do have several, was afraid if Al Gore got elected they would be unbuyable so bought some nice ones, but other than shooting my high powered Pellet Gun (22) I haven’t shot a gun for decades. ALL of my bought guns are still “Virgins”, for which I have plenty of ammo, but spending time firing them is as appealing to me as chasing a little ball around a multi acre field over the course of an entire afternoon. (ugg … how can grown men spend so much time chasing little balls around big fields like they do?)

Over the years I have had to go into extreme “problem areas” many times a year but my solution to that issue has always been to go there and finish with my work before 10:30 AM because the type of people who create problems generally don’t get up until 11:00 AM. Has worked for me for decades even in “Shooter Alley” locations (where there was/is gunfire nearly daily). On the rare occaision I have heard gunfire as long as it is a block away it doesn’t seem to bother me, just background noise since I know they aren’t looking at me to shoot at. I did once have a drug gang firefight break out right over the hood of my car, one group on one side of my car the other group on the other side, … which did scare me as the bullets were flying since I thought they might try to commadeer my car though I knew they weren’t aiming at or interested in little ol “me” .. so I threw it in reverse and floored it just like in the movies – for some reason I MISSED hitting all the parked cars around as I did that and then did a perfect 180 spin move just like in the movies – I now qualify to be a stunt actor driver that’s for sure!!)

I do think the Government has gone off the deep end wrt all their scanning when you go into government buildings these days. It clearly widens the gulf between “The People” and “The Government” in an extreme subconscious way. When I was younger I remember being able to just walk into the offices of our Govenor, any State Supreme Court Justice, or Congressman, or US Senator and just talk to them even though they didn’t know me from Adam and I didn’t have an appointment. Even when I visited with a US Supreme Court Justice the security was minimal (though I did need an appointment).

All of this so called “security” hasn’t made those people any safer and has greatly widened the Gulf between the people and our government is my opinion on the subject.

  8. With 12 dead and over 120 shot the U.S. Consulate in Pakistan is under siege., by the radical Muslims for the killing of the ayatollah. The attacks are likely to start again as the cleric chosen as the new Ayatollah has now, also been killed in a fresh round of targeted airstrikes. [ Israel’s intel is extremely good. I’m impressed.]
So.., watch this one point closely – as a potential flash point – dragging the U.S. into military confrontation with Pakistan to protect, or evacuate our people at the Consulate.
    – War is a messy business., and when it involves a couple thousand years of hate and killing it can spiral out of control into unintentional consequences – i.e. Iran targeting Saudi Arabia is not a very wise move., but those idiots did it.., and if Iran tries to shut down the Straights – all hell could break loose in a massive, round the clock airstrikes that will wipe Iran’s infrastructure from the war maps.., forcing oil back over $100 a barrel. [ ., and there goes any attempt at controlling inflation.]
    – Up ’til now the docks, Navy and ports in Iran have been deliberately spared any attack., but that could change over a two martini lunch if they [ Iran ] moves their navy into the Straights in an attempt to block shipping. The Abraham Lincoln Battle Group is sitting right in their back yard.
    – What will China do it they loose all the oil from Iran? What will India do if Pakistan gets all rowdy ?
    – .., damn – what a mess.

You really do need to – “Stay Frosty !” – right now, folks.

Too much money moving around for me., the small fry.., to play in the deep-end with those guys.

The other day I was talking to an Indian woman (like Vance’s wife not Pocahontas) and made an off color joke about Pakistanis. She immediately got a look of concern across her face and told me not to speak of them. Then under her breath she said “those people are animals”. I busted out.

Alas we are INTENTIONALLY doing the same thing NOW with the Shiite side of the Islamic Divide by starting a NEW Religious War this time radicallizing the core of the Shiite “True Believers”.

Trump’s “War Of Choice” is NOT going to be over with in his claimed 5 weeks. Religious Zealots once released will NOT allow themselve to be put back in that box once the spectre of a NEW 20 to 100 year War against “Total Unbelievers” appears before them. They will EMBRACE that “Crusade” and march forward. Just look at the problems the British had wrt the Upper Nile. General Gordon didn’t do too well in Khartoum.

Buckle Up … we just bought ourselves a generational long War again.

Iran no longer has a navy…

“What will China do it they loose all the oil from Iran?”

After losing all the oil from Venezuela, what they won’t do is go to war against Taiwan…

“What will India do if Pakistan gets all rowdy ?”

Nothing. Pakistan has its hands full with Afghanistan. They don’t have time to argue with India, for the foreseeable future.

  9. The lead story on the “CGTN” website informs of a new book release by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping. It is claimed that thanks to their efforts absolute poverty has been alleviated in China.

The report is headlined with an image dated September 11, 2019. It depicts an elderly Chinese gentleman preparing to harvest red grapes from the vine in the Shandong wine-producing region. The Chinese word for grapes has descended through multiple iterations through its linguistic journey along the Silk Road. Origin is suggested to trace to Old Iranian around the Archaemenid Empire period.

It’s rather interesting to see mention of a Gallo wine in the content of today’s “Urbansurvival”. The Italian surname Gallo refers to “rooster” in modern Italian. It derives from the same meaning in the Latin word gallus. A second meaning in Latin was to identify a person from Gaul, Ancient France.

      • there’s a story about Noah and his happy goat…that has been passed down to children for thousands of years…lol

After the flood, Noah is tending a vineyard. He notices one of his goats is acting peculiarly—jumping, dancing, and acting “madly” or “jolly” every evening.
Curious, Noah follows the goat to a hillside and sees it eating from a vine with large grapes. The goat gets drunk, sleeps it off, and repeats the behavior the next day.
Noah tastes the grapes, finds them delicious, and discovers fermentation (making wine). The story serves as a whimsical fable about how wine was discovered, often used as a lighthearted, cautionary tale for children about the effects of the drink.
Noah’s Wine…lol lol .. I have the recipe..if everyone ever decides to quit fighting you can still buy fruit or juice from the vineyards.. which I plan to do.. just like the drink of Adam and Eve…and the story of eves migraine headaches lol.. are these stories true.. who knows but it’s cute anyway.. similar to our fairy tails and children’s stories..

They know they will just get gunned-down. From what I had been reading., it was a possibility – but those with guns speak louder then those with the rocks.

Looks as though I got out at just the right moment, NASDAQ is now up 83 points and the DJIA is working it’s way back into positive territory. BitCoin jumped., now up over $3,000 and back over $69,000. Oil up over $71 a barrel.

        https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=q62ROb6IbsY

“We began where the charmingly decrepit mansions of Habana Vieja give way to the boulevards of Centro. Gambling is banned in today’s Cuba, but the old casinos have been repurposed as conference rooms and elegant salons in many of the capital’s most renowned and once notorious hotels. One of them is the historic Hotel Sevilla. I’d stayed there during my first visit to Cuba fifteen years ago and around the corner from the exquisite Moorish-style lobby where I’d once checked in is a rogue’s gallery of past guests – good and bad. This time my focus was on the latter. Michael steered me towards a photograph of Al Capone, perhaps Chicago’s most notorious gangster, who used to book out the entire sixth floor when he was in town.”

The Saudi news outlet Al-Hadath, which initially reported the incident, later retracted the claim.
Targeting Iranian ships providing direct military support to the Houthis could be considered a form of self-defense under international law, as these vessels are allegedly involved in operations that threaten commercial shipping and regional security.
Analysts note that while the U.S. has previously targeted Iranian assets supporting the Houthis, including the M/V Saviz and M/V Behshad, the alleged sinking of the Zagros remains unverified and contested.

Most people are watching Operation Epic Fury and seeing a war with Iran.

Glenn Beck is watching it and seeing something much bigger.

?????. China. Russia. Iran. North Korea.

The new Axis Powers. Not a formal alliance like NATO. No signed treaty. No shared headquarters. But a coordinated bloc of authoritarian states with shared interests, shared enemies, and shared ambitions to dismantle the Western-led order that has kept the peace since 1945.

Iran is a load-bearing wall in that structure.

And Trump just knocked it down.

    ???? ???? ????? ?? ?????

China has one critical vulnerability: energy. It must have oil and it cannot produce enough of its own. Iran was a primary supplier — selling sanctioned oil at discounted rates, routed through back channels, keeping Beijing’s industrial economy running.

    That pipeline is now gone.

China was also transferring supersonic missile technology to Iran, deepening the military partnership between the two. That transfer stops now too.

    Not a prototype.
    ??????-????? ????? ??????.?????

Here’s the strategic nightmare for rocket and drone warfare:

    • 100kW directed-energy system
    • Shoots down drones and rockets
    • Near-zero cost per interception
    • Instant engagement speed
    • No reload delays
    • No ammo limits — just power supply

Missile defense used to be a cost trap.
    They fire a cheap rocket.
    You burn a six-figure interceptor.

    They fire rockets…
And get met with ?????-???-???? ???????.?????

it just dawned on me I never shared this before.. green onions and celery…if you keep them in contact with water in the fridge.. they stay fresh for a couple weeks..walmart sells a decent 10 inch storage container for spaghetti.. about three inches square or round…take a 5inch pool noodle and cut off a piece long enough to just about reach the bottom leaving one inch… cut slices up and down every inch and a half leaving about an inch in.. take the green onions and open each slice slide in A bunch of green onions..so the onion portion just comes out the bottom.. the pool noodle to the top so its easy remove..pour your water down the center hole till its just above the bottom of the pool noodle.. screw the top on and set upright in the fridge..you can get five or six Hughes kin the pool noodle..
