Finally  -only 20 minutes late:

Data through February 2026 reveals the following:

The S&P Cotality Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index, covering all nine U.S. census divisions, reported a 0.7% annual gain in February, down from a 0.8% rise in the previous month.
The 10-City Composite saw an annual increase of 1.5%, down from a 1.7% increase in the previous month. The 20-City Composite posted a year-over year increase of 0.9%, down from a 1.2% rise in the previous month.
Chicago, New York and Cleveland reported the highest year-over-year gains with year-over-year price increases of 5.0%, 4.7% and 4.2%, respectively.
Denver extended its decline to -2.2% year over year.

Month-over-Month

The pre-seasonally adjusted U.S. National, 10-City Composite, and 20-City Composite Indices recorded annual gains of 0.3%, 0.6%, and 0.4%, respectively.

After seasonal adjustment, the U.S. National and 10-City Composite Indices reported a monthly increase of 0.1%. In contrast, the 20-City Composite Index had a decrease of 0.05%
Historical

Measured from its June 2022 peak, the 10-City Composite is up 8.8%.
The 20-City Composite is up by 6.1%.
The National Index is up 6.2% from its June 2022 peak.

 

Market futures are looking tankish with the S&P down 41, the NASDAQ down  310 but they’re painting the tape high with the Dow – up 100.

Not surprising given our views and TEF’s…

    Inquiring minds want to know- how does Ure Crypto garden grow ? Do you stake, and earn income off that ? Short OTM Call options, or long/term dated Puts ?
    You see in the tbs crypto garden. The BTC “cuttings” have all taken root, and are progressing nicely. Why even some of the shitcoin “cuttings” are starting to show signs of waking up..from crypto winter.

    In fact we are 2/3 (two thirds) of the way back to launch pad. And I aint talking no F-ed up Artemis POS. Skip across atmosphere – real GENIUS level thinking there. Shitters didnt work ? Thought we solved the weightless fecal matter problem ages ago? But best part of all that MONEY spent on this particular mission – space force classified majority of the Pics from darkside. Guess we still are not allowed to see “them” and their infrastructure/buildings.
    1st 3rd 50-dma, 2nd 3rd 128-dma. final 3rd 200- dma is within sight.

    Yerp really enjoyed another show of the shadows from the proverbial Cave Wall.

    ? Can Life and World get any more FAKE than already is ?
