A “Four-Course” Column – Verging on Too Much

Today’s Peoplenomics is one of those reports that refuses to stay inside the usual market-news box. We begin with Fed Shock Day, the Middle East energy squeeze, two fresh economic releases, and a nearly three-dozen-page ChartPack asking whether markets are setting up for a blow-off move — or something considerably less pleasant. Then we move into the harder question: Can the future be studied systematically without fooling ourselves about what constitutes a forecast? That brings in a new paper on the Deep Middle Hypothesis and why the source population behind any forecasting system may matter as much as the forecasting method itself.

Then things get strange — productively strange. A two-night sequence of unusually explanatory lucid dreams produced a new Peoplenomics mini-book, Visitor to Earth, and led straight back to the central idea behind my book Test-Fitting Apes: What if the biggest model humans have been test-fitting is reality itself? We can detect radio waves, neutrinos, magnetic fields and gravitational waves only because we invented instruments that extended our senses. So how confident should we be that today’s instruments, equations and models have exhausted what there is to notice?

That leads to what may be the most interesting research question I’ve stumbled across in a while: What Did We Average Out? What if the mathematical averaging that makes physics extraordinarily successful can also conceal information residing in gradients, boundaries and heterogeneity? From there we sketch a serious research program reaching into physics, ancient Hebrew, Greek, Sanskrit, Chinese, Arabic and other source languages — not to prove ancient people secretly knew modern physics, but to ask whether recurring descriptions of an unseen, pervasive or breath-like layer of reality can be coded, compared and statistically tested. It’s a hundred-page-coffee kind of Peoplenomics morning: markets, forecasting, dreams, physics, linguistics and one considerably larger cake.

  4. Me : totally underwhelmed by financial media coverage of what is a very significant FOMC mtg. Sigh. I used to “think” in clicks but quit that. New FedHead is a major upgrade but, he’s totally cast into the fire here. I miss the days when we heard breathless MSM chattering about the size, the girth, of the Federal Reserve Head briefcase as he walked to the mtgs. Now it’s bits, bites and media push. Egor conclusion? The call today doesn’t matter. Please play according to your risk appetite only.

May we live in interesting times.
    We do. Stay tuned.

  5. A 22 year old street hustler in Lahore has no cultural, linguistic, social comparison to a corporate secretary working 12 hours a day in a high ride office building in Seoul., nor with a food cart vendor in San Paolo does to a drug gang member in south-side Chicago.
There is no comparison possible., except maybe they all breathe.
Building a future predictive program based on language / linguistics has always seem to be rather futile, incomplete and very unreliable. Using just the English language sourced from the internet / web sites is equally unreliable, biased and again.., an incomplete sampling.
Though the prospect., the ‘idea’ of such predictive program has merit – I feel that it would take such a massive data base being constantly updated from world-wide sources and translation to make it virtually impossible to accomplish.
Thus, I have never accepted Clif’s work as anything more than an ‘attempt’., and give it no weight.

  6. Kind of funny. The Markets seem stunned that “The Fed” did exactly what they thought it do – a quarter point increase / rise in rates.

Guess they are just waiting for his press conference – another quarter point rise this year is possible.

Personally – I am awaiting Pres Trump’s comments / response to “The Fed” doing the exact opposite of what he has push very hard for., even threaten.

    .., we’ll see………….

    • So yesterday, I asked AI: What is the projected impact of the rate hike?

This is the answer AI gave:

Here’s what analysts are projecting across key areas:

      Borrowers

Credit card APRs (already above 20%) could hit record highs, with increases hitting within 1–2 billing cycles.

Auto loans: New 48-month loan rates expected to rise ~12 bps.
Variable-rate debt (HELOCs, ARMs, personal loans) will reset upward at their next adjustment.

      Mortgages

The 30-year fixed is already at a one-year high (~6.76–6.78%) with the 10-year Treasury at ~4.80–4.83%.

The key question is whether the Fed convincingly frames the hike as a one-off credibility move. If so, long yields could hold steady or dip, keeping mortgage rates flat. If not, rates could push toward 7%.
Either way, housing affordability is not expected to improve — more sellers get “locked in” at low rates, shrinking supply and pricing out first-time buyers.

      Savers

Higher yields on high-yield savings and CDs, though typically with a lag of a few weeks to months.

      Stocks & Bonds

The S&P 500 has already pulled back to ~7,631 heading into the decision. Higher discount rates weigh most on growth/tech names.
Existing bond holdings face mark-to-market losses; new issues offer better entry yields.
The dollar is expected to strengthen, pressuring emerging markets with dollar-denominated debt.

      The Big Wildcard: AI Capex

A major concern is that the AI infrastructure spending boom (hyperscalers with strong balance sheets) is unusually resistant to rate hikes. As CNN framed it: “even three quarter-point hikes may not be enough to meaningfully slow the spending boom.” The Fed can tighten, but it may struggle to cool a demand shock driven by corporate investment rather than consumer borrowing.

Bottom line: Most strategists see this as a manageable one-off hike for the broader economy, but the real signal to watch is the 2027 dot plot — if it shifts meaningfully higher, the message is “higher for longer,” which is a very different trade for bonds, equities, and the dollar.

First time I have heard of Dot Plot: AI Says:

The Dot Plot: The Real Story

The June dot plot already showed 9 of 18 members (Warsh declined to participate) projecting at least one hike in 2026, with the median at 3.75%–4.00% by year-end. A September hike would complete that forecast.

The critical question is what the new dot plot reveals:

Futures are now pricing ~100 bp of total hikes over the next year, implying two quarter-point moves by year-end (to ~4.25%–4.50%).
If the median dot for 2027 shifts above 4.00%, the message escalates from “one-off credibility hike” to “the beginning of a tightening campaign.”
One strategist noted: “Markets are pricing close to 100bp of hikes in total, over the next year or so. We remain comfortable with our view that the Fed will raise rates a bit less (75bp), but much faster (by end-2026).”
Futures-implied rate path (as of Sept 15):

      Period Implied Rate
      Current 3.63%
      Dec 2026 ~4.15%
      Mar 2027~4.24%
      Jun 2027 ~4.52%
      Sep 2027 ~4.58%
      Sep 2028 ~4.54%
      Sep 2031 ~4.45%

This is a “higher for longer” path — rates stay near 4.4–4.6% for years, far above the ~3% neutral rate the Fed has historically estimated,

      Inflation & Growth Forecasts (SEP)
The updated Summary of Economic Projections released today will revise:

Core PCE (the Fed’s preferred gauge): forecast at 3.3% for end-2026, 2.5% for 2027 — still well above target.
GDP growth: marked down to 2.2% for 2026, though one economist (Williams) expects a slight revision up to 2.3%.
Unemployment: expected to be marked down to 4.3% (from a higher prior estimate), with Williams seeing it fall to 4.1%.
A stronger growth + lower unemployment combo gives the Fed more room to keep hiking without triggering a recession — which is the hawkish scenario markets fear.

      Housing: The Lock-In Problem

This is where the impact is most structural:

30-year fixed rates are currently at 6.9%–7%, with the 10-year Treasury above 5% (highest since 2007).
4 out of 5 homeowners with a mortgage have a rate below 6%, creating a massive “lock-in” effect that suppresses supply.
Existing home sales just hit a 14-month low at 3.98 million SAAR (down 2% m/m).
If the Fed’s framing convinces markets this is a one-off, long yields hold steady and mortgage rates stay near current levels. If not, rates push toward 7%+, and the lock-in effect intensifies — fewer homes come to market, prices keep rising, and first-time buyers are priced out further.
No meaningful rate relief is expected until 2027–2028 at the earliest. Consensus for mid-2027 is 5.30–5.55%.

      Global Spillover

Dollar strength: A Fed hike reinforces dollar gains, pressuring emerging markets with dollar-denominated debt.
ECB: Already hiked to 2.50% on September 10. A Fed hike complicates the ECB’s calculus — it may need to tighten further to prevent euro depreciation and imported inflation.
Bank of Japan: Still navigating its exit from ultra-loose policy; a stronger dollar makes that harder.
Oil as the wildcard: J.P. Morgan’s strategists note the single hike is “manageable” for the U.S. economy, but a more recessionary shock would require oil above $140/barrel alongside a sharp equity sell-off.

The AI Capex Problem (The Fed’s Blind Spot)

This is the most debated structural issue. The AI infrastructure spending boom — driven by hyperscalers with enormous balance sheets — is unusually resistant to rate hikes. These companies are borrowing at low rates or using cash reserves to fund data centers, GPUs, and power infrastructure. As CNN framed it: “even three quarter-point hikes may not be enough to meaningfully slow the spending boom.”

The Fed’s traditional transmission mechanism — higher rates ? costlier borrowing ? reduced investment ? cooler inflation — breaks down when the marginal borrower is a tech giant with $100B+ in cash. This means the Fed may need to hike further and faster than usual to achieve the same cooling effect, or accept that this particular demand shock is outside its policy toolkit.

      Bottom Line

The immediate impact of a single 25 bp hike is modest. The real story is the trajectory: if the dot plot signals more hikes ahead, the “higher for longer” regime becomes the base case, with rates staying near 4.5% for years. That changes the math on mortgages, corporate debt, equity valuations, and the dollar in ways that matter far more than the 25 bp itself.

AI Capex: The Numbers Behind the Problem
This is no longer a hypothetical. The scale is staggering:

$700B+ in AI data center investment is expected in 2026 alone. The five largest investors — Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, and Oracle — are projected to approach $1 trillion in combined capex by 2027.
Memory chip prices have soared up to 400%, directly raising costs for laptops, smartphones, and game consoles.
Economists estimate AI investment will add roughly half a percentage point to core consumer prices by year-end.
Barclays found that hyperscalers are spending over 90% of their cash flow from operations on AI infrastructure. Their research note bluntly states: “They are unlikely to reconsider their spending plans because the cost of financing a data center has risen by 50–75 basis points.”
Utilities are planning $1.4 trillion in capex, with the EIA projecting average residential electricity prices up 5.1% in 2026 — part of a cumulative ~40% increase since 2021. Residential customers are expected to bear roughly $700B of that.
The Fed’s July minutes confirmed that “several” FOMC members flagged data center investment as having “broader effects on prices by pushing up aggregate demand” — a notable admission that the traditional demand-side transmission mechanism is being challenged by a new, structurally different source of inflation.

The Minneapolis Fed published research this summer arguing that AI’s investment effect is “dominant but not yet dominating” at the economy-wide level, because the surge in data center spending is offset by depressed housing investment. But they also warned the AI impact “seems like it could be more persistent” than typical supply shocks, potentially inclining policymakers toward higher rates for longer.

The paradox: Raising rates to combat AI-driven inflation risks choking the very investment that could eventually deliver deflationary productivity gains. The Fed’s dual mandate creates a genuine policy tightrope here.

There was more; but I guess that’s a good enough stopping point.

    • AI Says:

      The Basic Conflict
Trump wants rates lower. He’s said repeatedly that the U.S. “should be paying the lowest interest rate in the world” because the economy is strong. His logic: strong economy ? low rates. He’s been publicly pushing the Fed to cut, not raise.

The Fed is doing the opposite. Chair Kevin Warsh — Trump’s own pick — is hiking rates up because inflation is running too hot (around 3.4%), driven by the oil spike from the Iran conflict and the AI spending boom.

So the president is essentially at odds with the person he put in charge of the Fed.

Why This Is a Bigger Deal Than Usual

Normally, presidents don’t publicly tell the Fed what to do. Trump broke that norm with his predecessor Jerome Powell — he attacked him personally, tried to get him fired, and had the DOJ open an investigation. That’s why the whole “Fed independence” question is front and center.

With Warsh, Trump has taken a softer public tone — he’s called him “a great guy” and said he “100% respects” his independence. But the pressure hasn’t gone away. Just last week, Trump threatened to halt trade with countries that run surpluses with the U.S. unless the Fed cuts rates — a first for a president.

The Irony: Trump’s Own Policies Are Driving the Hike

This is the part that’s getting the most attention from analysts. CNBC put it bluntly:

“Before President Trump reels off angry Truth Social posts if the Federal Reserve hikes rates this week, he should look in the mirror: His policies are a big reason the central bank has to consider a rate increase.”

      Specifically:

Tariffs are pushing up prices on imported goods
The Iran conflict (which the administration has been involved in) sent oil to ~$100/barrel
Both of these are the main reasons inflation is stuck above 2%
So the administration is pressuring the Fed to keep rates low, while simultaneously creating the conditions that require higher rates.

      The Midterm Problem

This is the real political tightrope. The hike comes seven weeks before the November midterms, where cost of living is a top voter concern. A rate hike:

Makes borrowing more expensive (mortgages, cars, credit cards)
Could be used by Democrats to attack Republicans on affordability
But not hiking risks the bond market spiraling out of control, which would be far worse.

Trump’s top economic adviser, Kevin Hassett, tried to thread the needle yesterday: he said the administration will “respect the process” and “100% support” whatever Warsh decides — but then added, “I’d be wary of a rate hike… if you want an independent Fed, then one thing the Fed does is it stays out of the way of elections.”

That last line is a very polite way of saying “don’t do this before the election.”

Why Warsh Is Probably Going Through With It

Warsh has a credibility problem he created for himself. Because Trump publicly backed him and suggested he was “on board” with cutting rates, markets never fully trusted that Warsh would act independently. His first congressional testimony had to start with him essentially saying, “Look, I haven’t cut rates even though the president wants me to — that’s proof I’m independent.”

If he doesn’t hike today when inflation is running hot, his credibility — and the Fed’s — takes a real hit. As one economist put it: “The Chair’s repeated stern warnings on inflation intolerance risk institutional credibility absent some action to back it up.”

      The Short Version
      Who Wants Why
Trump Lower rates Strong economy, political cover before midterms
Warsh / Fed Higher rates Inflation too hot, credibility on the line
The irony Trump’s own policies (tariffs, Iran) are the main cause of the inflation that’s forcing the hike

The “fit” is: they don’t really fit. The administration is publicly backing the Fed’s independence while privately hoping it doesn’t hike. Warsh is hiking to protect his credibility, knowing full well it angers the president who put him there. And the timing — right before midterms — makes it one of the most politically fraught Fed decisions in decades.

One close Trump ally, when asked if the president would be OK with a rate hike, reportedly texted back: “Sure he’ll be thrilled.” (Sarcasm intended.)

  7. Well the FED raised interest rate by a quarter point to 4%. The treasury is gonna borrow at higher rates and new mortgages will take a bigger dump. 1929 her we come.

  8. whip em warshy !!! slave harder folks borrow more .. there’s a big pot of gold for you in 2032 .. the FED loves you

  9. Oh my god G…isn’t this just like you to do this to me…and the reason the professor suggested urban years ago..to bring up vacations subject…what if…scenarios that get me contemplating the possibilities… So……
We keep acting like our scientific instruments have already mapped the whole territory of reality…matter quantum bubbles..alternate realities and…Frequency…. But in consideration every major discovery in human history came from extending our senses.. radio waves, neutrinos, magnetic fields, gravitational waves. None of these were “real” to us until we built tools capable of noticing them…. So how confident should we be that today’s instruments and equations have exhausted what there is to detect?

Matter itself is just stable standing waves in quantum fields — vibration, frequency, resonance….If ….that’s true, then reality may be less like solid objects and more like overlapping patterns we only partially perceive through our receptors called the brain and its electromagnetic antennas…

This opens the door to possibilities we don’t have good language for yet…..

People Like myself and G..have lucid dreams of places they’ve never been, only to walk into those places later and recognize details they shouldn’t know….. Plants communicate through chemical signals, electrical pulses, and fungal networks — a literal frequency based conversation. Consciousness might be another kind of receiver, tuned to certain bands of reality while filtering out others… or unable to receive these frequencies…

Some call it intuition, deja vu, psychic flashes. Others call it coincidence…fate… But what if the mind, in a relaxed state, can process frequencies normally drowned out by waking noise?
What if dreams are not predictions, but glimpses of alternate paths — the same way quantum physics describes reality branching into countless possibilities?

Lets consider The “bubble theory” this theory fits here…reality as a field of overlapping outcomes, each one a bubble of possibility… or programming frequency. Or what about the simulation analogy…. life as a coded environment, where consciousness is the renderer and choices are the branching logic…and the fate that destabilized the possibilities that send reality in a totally different direction..I have seen this so many times..the engineer that was on top of the world. wealthy living in a mansion then the frequency ofvfate..put him instantly in a life reality lower than the one I live in in society…. Not because life is fake, but because it may be structured more like information than matter….

Maybe that’s why some lives feel impossible to others. Each person is tuned to a different frequency, walking a different branch of the same underlying program. My cobblestone path sounds absurd to people who’ve never tuned into that channel — and their lives sound impossible to me…. my brothers existence in a reality where other realities simply don’t exist…

So the real question isn’t “What is real and what is fake?”
It’s: What parts of reality are we blind to because we don’t yet have the senses — or the instruments — to detect them?

Lucid dreams, intuition, strange coincidences… maybe they’re not supernatural. Maybe they’re just leaks in the rendering. Glimpses of the larger structure behind the world we think we know… or can understand logically …our ability to process that frequency..

The big…IF…If matter is built from stable standing waves in quantum fields, then frequency isn’t just a metaphor — it’s the underlying architecture of reality. Every atom, every bond, every solid object is held together by patterns of vibration and magnetic interaction. Change the frequency, and you change the stability of the matter.

We see hints of this in the physical world we see and can interpret…

We know that Resonance can destabilize solid objects…..

There are tribal stories and i have seen videos showing this— and modern engineering examples — where a group taps a stone or boulder with small rocks…. When the tapping accidentally matches the stone’s natural resonant frequency, the vibrations amplify, destabilizing the internal lattice. It’s the same principle that can collapse a bridge when soldiers march in step. Frequency isn’t symbolic to me— instead i believe it’s structural….

We know that Magnetic fields hold matter together…..
Atoms aren’t tiny billiard balls…. They’re probability clouds held in place by electromagnetic forces beyond our mental comprehension. If you hit extremely dense matter with an intense magnetic pulse evenly in all directions at once, you can compress or destabilize those atomic bonds…. When the structure breaks, the stored energy releases rapidly…. It’s the same principle behind sonoluminescence, nuclear decay, and even certain types of explosive decompression…. its frequency of mass and matter..

Corn puffs are a perfect everyday example……
A corn kernel is a dense, stable mass. Grind it into flour and you break the structure of the mass. Compress that flour under heat and pressure, then suddenly release it into open air — the matter expands explosively.. the same with a hunk if carbon coal..under dishes heat and pressure the ..frequency of the carbon ( coal) transforms an creates a diamond.( my favorite is rise quartz..the Chakra of crystals..information can be programmed within the matrix of the crystal).. The starches of the corn flour puff into a new form. It’s a harmless version of the same physics: destabilize the structure, release the pressure, and the matter re forms at a new equilibrium of existence…. ( yummy to..just don’t put cheese powder on them while watching certain programs..an adult only joke lol)

High altitude suits prove the body is pressure dependent…..
Human tissue is stable because atmospheric pressure keeps our cellular structure compressed…. At high altitude or in vacuum, the lack of pressure lets fluids boil and tissues expand…. The suit doesn’t “protect” you — it keeps your matter compressed so your cells remain intact. Again, stability is a frequency pressure relationship….of electrical and magnetic connectivity..

god I’m a F@#king moron..such stupid crap I contemplate about..does it sound as crazy to you guys as it sounds logically to me..this is where the kids find the neighbors more interesting….

What …IF …Matter is not solid.Instead Matter is a pattern frequency of atoms….
Change the frequency, the pressure, or the magnetic environment, and the pattern changes…. Consider the brothers neighborhood of reality of life and the journey… they’re physical places — streets, houses, people living side by side.
But what if neighborhoods are actually frequency zones, each one tuned to a different pattern of reality?

Physics already tells us that matter isn’t solid.
Matter is a pattern — a stable standing wave in quantum fields.
Change the frequency, the pressure, or the magnetic environment, and the pattern changes…
The “solid” world is just vibration holding still long enough for us to touch it.

So what happens when consciousness — which is also a pattern of electoral bonds of matter —and this frequency moves through different neighborhoods?

Some neighborhoods feel normal, predictable, grounded.
Others feel impossible, surreal, like they operate on rules you can’t quite see.
You meet people whose lives sound absurd to you, and yours sounds absurd to them.
It’s not that either reality is fake — it’s that you’re tuned to different frequency bubbles….

Quantum physics already suggests that reality branches into countless possibilities.
Each branch is like a bubble — a self?consistent version of events.
Most people live entirely inside one bubble and never question it…its their reality their life…

While some people drift between them, noticing things they “shouldn’t,” having lucid dreams that map places they haven’t visited yet, sensing futures that haven’t unfolded.

If matter is a frequency pattern, then reality itself might be neighborhood based:

Quantum physics already suggests that reality branches into countless possibilities.
Each branch is like a bubble — a self?consistent version of events.
Most people live entirely inside one bubble and never question it.
But some people drift between them, noticing things they “shouldn’t,” having lucid dreams that map places they haven’t visited yet, sensing futures that haven’t unfolded.

If matter is a frequency pattern, then reality itself might be neighborhood?based:

If consciousness is also a pattern — a frequency — then it’s not impossible that certain mental states (dreams, intuition, déjà vu) might tune into different layers of the same underlying field. Not supernatural, not magical — just another part of reality we don’t yet have instruments to measure.

All of this points to a deeper idea……Maybe that’s why some lives feel impossible to others….. Each person is tuned to a different frequency, walking a different branch of the same underlying program. My cobblestone path sounds absurd to people who’ve never tuned into that channel — and their lives sound impossible to me…..

So for me the real question isn’t “What is real and what is fake?”
It’s…. What parts of reality are we blind to because we don’t yet have the senses — or the instruments — to detect the alternate frequencies of reality?

Lucid dreams, intuition, strange coincidences… maybe they’re not supernatural. Maybe they’re just leaks in the rendering. Glimpses of the larger structure behind the world we think we know….

    • I have a good friend who ran a fleet of purse seiners, sixteen under private ownership. He’s a degreed engineer.
They had a 6″ x 24′ prop shaft that was slightly bent, a huge problem that intermediate bearings could not handle. They pulled the shaft during haulout and attempted to bend it with hydraulic rams, ends secured. The bend was tiny in comparison, but trouble.
After many attempts failed this old Croatian fisherman mechanic offered to help. He went to the max bend point and began light tapping on the surface, very specifically located the tapping points. After an hour, the shaft rotated perfectly straight, no heavy forced bending, just some sort of rearrangement of the molecular structure of this very large chunk of metal. Needless to say, my engineering buddy was amazed.
We are all vibration. Nothing more.
      Stiks

    • “What is the frequency, Kenneth?” CBS anchor, Dan Rather, was attacked by a seemingly insane man in 1986. Maybe the guy was onto something.

    • There is a awful lot of talk and controversy on the availability of fertilizer., now and for next Spring – lots of name calling and finger pointing. The Blame-Game is in full swing.
I am still not sure just who to believe on this.
So, I will wait.., [ and watch prices..,]

  10. warshy and his mates believe the market cant crash. betcha they leave milk and cookies for santa. or they pull their own teeth out to get a dime from the tooth fairy

  11. What …I…dam it just gets deeper..I can smell the rubber and of my mind heating up..If ancient languages preserved traces of a vaporous, unseen substrate — ruach, pneuma, aether, akasha, qi, al ghayb — then maybe they were pointing at something physics is only now beginning to understand and contemplate… matter is not solid. Instead Matter is a pattern sequence.

Modern physics already treats matter as stable standing waves in quantum fields.
But Change the frequency, the pressure, or the magnetic environment, and the pattern changes….
The “solid” world is simply vibration holding still long enough for us to interact with it….

What if different neighborhoods — different lived realities — are tuned to different frequency patterns of the same underlying field?

We already see how resonance can destabilize matter.

A tribe tapping a boulder with small stones can accidentally match its resonant frequency and fracture it…

Magnetic pulses can compress or destabilize dense matter…

Corn kernels puff explosively when their internal structure is compressed, heated, and suddenly released…
Human tissue requires atmospheric pressure to maintain its cellular integrity — which is why high altitude suits exist at all.

Once you accept that, a strange possibility opens in my mind of understanding:

What if different neighborhoods — different lived realities — are tuned to different frequency patterns of the same underlying field??

If consciousness is also a pattern, then it’s not impossible that different people — or different communities — live inside different stability zones, different “bubbles” of reality. Two people can walk down the same street and inhabit completely different experiential worlds, not metaphorically but physically, because their minds are tuned to different slices of the same underlying field is it frequency tuning — the same phenomenon ancient languages hinted at when they described reality as breath, vapor, ether, qi, or the unseen…

If matter is a pattern, then reality might be layered, with each layer accessible only to those tuned to its frequency… called fate..take a different path..head in a different direction..my fate was sealed young by marrying the wrong person..committing myself to that path rather than breaking free.

then the …What if…I had chose to change that path young..then the reality of today..those I’ve me the things I had to learn simply wouldn’t exist..I would be different today because I had changed the trajectory if my future..
Some bubbles overlap. Some never touch. Some people drift between them.

And if ancient civilizations preserved linguistic traces of this vaporous substrate, then maybe they weren’t describing superstition at all.
Maybe they were describing the architecture behind the architecture — the part of reality our instruments still can’t detect…

And if ancient civilizations preserved linguistic traces of this vaporous substrate, then maybe they weren’t describing superstition at all….
Maybe they were describing the architecture behind the architecture — the part of reality our instruments still can’t detect….

If ancient civilizations preserved linguistic traces of a vaporous, unseen substrate — ruach, pneuma, aether, akasha, qi, al?ghayb — then maybe they weren’t describing superstition at all…..
Maybe they were describing the architecture behind the architecture — the part of reality our instruments still can’t detect.

And if matter itself is not solid but a frequency pattern, a stable standing wave in quantum fields, then reality may not be a single continuous surface. It may be a collection of adjacent bubbles, each one a slightly different stability zone of the same underlying field.

What a provocative possibility that I gave pondered for decades..if I had changed directions while young.. my reality today would be traveling in a totally different direction..and… I would be a different person..lacking the things I was forced to learn by adapting and overcoming …

What if certain humans throughout history were unusually good at stepping between those bubbles — or at least sensing their outlines?

Look at the pattern….Stu’s age of desolation interpretations of nostradomus..

Nostradamus wrote in symbols, metaphors, and dream images that seem to come from a place outside linear time…. he used certain her s and deep contemplation looking at the stars and their alignment while gazing in a crystal ball..could past history be recorded in crystals and the fabric of matter.. a stone found in Canada can be traced to its original territory on earth’s surface..

Edgar Cayce, the “sleeping prophet,” accessed information only in a trance state — a different frequency of consciousness….

Mother Shipton spoke in visions and allegories that read like glimpses of alternate futures….

Jesus, Muhammad, and the sages of the Dao all described reality as layered, permeable, and responsive to human intention…. change the path..follow their path and live in a world altered by our mental programming…its all written, carved and passed down through legends of history..

Confucius taught that moral action shifts the entire field of human possibility — a kind of social frequency tuning…again.. change the direction to a more aligned future..

Plato’s allegory of the cave is literally a model of humans mistaking one bubble of reality for the whole thing….

None of these figures need to be treated as supernatural to make any sense.
They can be understood as people who recognized that human consciousness can change the path of humanity — not by magic, but by shifting the frequency of the bubble we inhabit..Most people stay in one bubble their whole lives and refuses to notice the other bubbles of reality around them…
They assume their neighborhood, their culture, their worldview is the entire architecture of reality…
But some people — the dreamers, the prophets, the philosophers, the visionaries — seem able to sense the edges of the bubble and imagine stepping into another one…. they pass this information down.. yet even with this knowledge some simply cannot change the direction they are moving in..I tried to remain in the neighborhood.. it was so peac..the girls and their parents fought to stay away from their bubble of existence in the ghetto of Seattle.. yet they were like myself forced to fall back into the reality of my bubble of life’s journey…

Thers no way of escaping the reality of the bubble we’re in,there’s no denying it. Impossible to change be directions by just changing the tuning… the death spiral of economy is one we print numbers in an attempt to reduce numbers..an oxymoron….

If matter is Simply a pattern, and consciousness is a pattern, then the future may not be fixed… maybe Nostradomus , Jesus Confucius Mohammed was right..we could change the future simply by changing the directions mankind is following..insists this is the proper direction..
It may be a set of adjacent possibilities — and humanity’s greatest teachers were the ones who tried to show us how to move from one bubble to another instead of blindly pushing forward inside the one we inherited people even myself changing paths feels overwhelming and impossible ..our paths are locked in a pattern… Most people that attempt to change directions either drift back into the neighborhood of reality they grew up in…or they are forced to because they don’t have any way of acquiring the tools or units to make the change.. Not because they lack imagination, but because their entire identity is shaped by the frequency of that bubble….no coloring book page on the wall..forces you to accept a lower level.. for twelve years at one company..they had a thing..if..you could save the company ten grand a year by making small changes..you went out go lunch at the golf club where only members of the higher members of society are allowed to go..I sent every month..at first I made serious suggestions then when reality proved its not in your future.. then I made stupid and simple suggestions that any moron should have noticed..I was locked into my level..

And honestly, if I had changed paths at a young age, I wouldn’t be the person I am now. Every hardship, every strange event, every moment of improvising, adapting, and overcoming has shaped the frequency I walk in. I can see strife in others that they can’t see in themselves. I can read situations because I’ve lived through the consequences. I have knowledge that only comes from necessity — from surviving, not theorizing.

If I had stepped into a different bubble too early, none of that would be real…
I wouldn’t have met the people I know now.
I wouldn’t have walked the cobblestone path that taught me how to navigate chaos.
I wouldn’t have the ability to sense when someone is drifting toward a fracture point in their own reality…

my brother that couldn’t see the struggle in a store clerks face..

the ones who’ve lived through enough impact events to crack the walls —They can see the other bubbles. They can sense the alternate paths… They can feel when a neighborhood of reality is collapsing or shifting under its own strain… They can tell when someone is about to fall through a gap they don’t even know exists…see the future while gazing into a crystal ball..

    Changing paths is hard.
But staying blind inside one bubble forever is harder.
This is the part ancient teachers understood: changing bubbles is possible, but it’s not free. It costs identity. It costs comfort. It costs the version of yourself that existed before the shift….
what about history and life events being written in stone..

We already know crystals can store information.
Modern hard drives use crystalline structures to encode vast amounts of data.
Laser?etched quartz can store information for millions of years.
Matter, when arranged in the right pattern, becomes a memory device.

So what if history itself is written into matter?

    Consider the Hope Diamond.
    Its “curse” isn’t magic — it’s a pattern.
A chain of events, tragedies, obsessions, and human behaviors that seem to follow the stone across centuries.
Not because the diamond is supernatural, but because matter carries the imprint of the human frequency around it.
A stone passed through enough intense emotional, social, or violent events becomes a kind of archive — a physical object saturated with the patterns of its history.

    Ancient cultures understood this intuitively.
They carved stories into stone not just to record them, but because stone remembers.
    It holds vibration.
    It holds pressure.
It holds the magnetic alignment of the atoms that have been shaped by human hands and human lives.

If matter is a pattern, then history is not just written in books — it is written in the frequency of objects, the architecture of places, the density of neighborhoods, and the paths people walk…the haunted objects..the exercise bike heard lat at night while no one is near it..voices behind doors..places that feel honor and comfort and other places where the hair stands up and you instantly know.. I need to leave this place…

Some people can sense those patterns. some cannot…

My life has been shaped by necessity medical debt — where I was forced to adapt, overcome, improvise — because of that my frequency is tuned to a bubble of reality where strife is visible, where danger is readable, where human behavior is predictable because I have lived through the consequences that are thrust upon me..

If I had changed paths early, none of that would be real.
I wouldn’t have the ability to sense fractures in other people’s lives.I wouldn’t carry the knowledge carved into me by necessity.
I wouldn’t have met the people who shaped your current frequency…or have the family I have now.. I have a large family… but had a vasectomy at twenty..those that had my influence in their lives have a totally different trajectory pry or frequency of life potential..

History is written in stone….But it’s also written in each of us..

And if matter can store memory, then maybe humans do too — not just in neurons, but in the frequency patterns of the realities we inhabit….

  12. wow…the CASCARA wine..its been a while since I seen fermentation activity like this has been ..its just bubbling like crazy..
my son in-laws father wants me to make him a batch from his grapes..I don’t think he actually realizes how much you get from a batch..Lol lol now…
I’ve been thinking about making a tiny experimental batch of nut wine — just enough to see what happens…. Nut wines are so rare they’re almost mythical… but considering the wine beer mix from the legends of Adam and Eve and her stories from f having migraine headaches so she drank the liquid at the bottom of their food container with intent of dying… Most of what people call “nut wine” isn’t fermented at all. Walnut wine is really just walnuts steeped in red wine…. Nocino is a walnut liqueur…. Hazelnut and almond drinks are usually infusions or cordials. Chestnut wine is one of the only true ferments, and even that’s Extremely obscure.

So it makes me wonder…… What if…
If chestnuts can ferment because of their starch, and acorns can ferment if you treat them right, what would a peanut flour wine taste like?
Peanut flour is defatted, so it avoids the spoilage problem. It has protein and a little starch, so yeast can work with it if you add sugar. It’s basically a blank canvas with roasted, nutty aromatics waiting to be unlocked… I am so curious.. I will make a gallon.. like the ancient Viking mead..just to see what it would taste like lol lol..
    1 cup peanut flour
    1.5 lbs sugar
    1 gallon water
1 tsp yeast nutrient ( amalayse)
1 tsp acid blend (or lemon juice)
    1 packet wine yeast

    I’m quizzical about the flavor.
Would it come out earthy like chestnut wine?
Would it have the deep, roasted notes you get in peanut?butter whiskey?
Would it behave more like a bean wine, or more like a rice?wine hybrid if koji was involved?

It’s one of those “I wonder if…” experiments that’s so rare there’s no tradition to compare it to. The only way to know is to make a small batch and see what kind of strange, nutty, sake?adjacent wine decides to show up.

Considering that soybeans — which are also beans — can be transformed completely through fermentation into soy sauce, it makes me even more curious about what a nut based or peanut based wine might taste like… Soybeans don’t have much sugar either, yet once you introduce koji, the enzymes break down starches, release amino acids, and create an entirely new flavor profile. It’s not wine, but it is proof that fermentation can unlock flavors hidden inside dense, low sugar foods…

So my curiosity isn’t just can it ferment…you can ferment just about anything but would it be good? Would it be palatable?
Would it have that roasted, nutty aroma that makes you raise an eyebrow and say, “Huh… that’s actually not bad”?

Or would it be one of those experiments where you take one sip, wrinkle your nose, and declare, “Yep… this one’s perfect for going straight down the drain.”

It’s obscure enough that the only way to know is to make a tiny batch and see whether it lands in the “surprisingly drinkable” category… or the “never again” category… lol lol lol we shall see..I happen to have a 1.5 gallon carboy..just for some experimentation like this…lol

    • Mr. LOOB,

You mentioned Nocino. It is a most delicious green walnut liqueur that is hard to obtain. Found in a few places in Michigan. A friend was in Michigan recently and was not able to find any.

  13. Ok..m the grocery store has grapes.. a grape cherry hybrid.. just saying a bowl of them now..they are delicious… hmm.. kind of spendy..and since diesel went up almost a buck over night..its not going to get cheaper..gas went up just a half buck ..so if I’m going to do it I had better get with it..

‘Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas publicly dissented from the order, and Trump on Tuesday called them “legends both.” Trump has nominated three of the justices on the Supreme Court — Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh.

“These are not the people I interviewed to serve on the United States Supreme Court, they are merely a shell of their original selves,” Trump said. He asserted that the court “is costing the United States Trillions of Dollars with shockingly bad rulings that are of such magnitude that it won’t be easily possible for our Country to recover or heal.”

  15. Poor boys meal..or college dorm cuisine.. snack rammin noodles…

what ever flavor trips your trigger.. .
    I buy dehydrated veggies..
    https://www.harmonyhousefoods.com/products/dried-vegetable-soup-mix?variant=42180214259806
    1 tsp.
add this to the hot water.. ( when I rehydrate dehydrated veggies or mushrooms or potatoes..I put a good China container..( aka cottage cheese container r bowl with lid) fill halfway with dehydrated ..fill with filtered water..set it in the fridge at least overnight..just like dried beans it takes a while to rehydrate..)
add 1 tsp to the boiling water..
got some cooked chicken or beans.. 1 tsp to the water..
then the noodles.. cook for three MI ties ( you can do this in the microwave to..
    in a separate bowl
    put the slice packet…
    1 egg
1/4 cup of mayonnaise ( during the ww2 cooking oil was hard to come by and it was rationed.. probably why we have oil extractors.. I have two one electric one not..during one of my life learning events..cooking oil was a wish and a prayer..I’d get some from the restaurant garbage..they put it in sealed containers.. I just had to filter the used cooking oil out..1 toilet paper roll or coffee filter make a gravity filter)
    mix these three ingredients together..
pour some of the boiling water in the bowl..the boiling water cooks the egg..the mayo gives you a poor boy creamy texture then add the noodles veggies and meat..this will feed two.. for about fifty cents maybe less depending on which ram in noodles you get..sprinkle chives or green onions parsley on top..
    mix these together..

  16. To filter old cooking oil.. its a lot like an ova trap.. cut the top off of A 2 litre soda bottle.. the bottom off the other..but n the cap poke or drill a hole..place none perfumed toilet paper at the bottom or a coffee filter.. say the bottle with the bottom cut off in the bottle with the top cut off.. filter your oil..first strain the solids out then pour in the filter.
or you can buy a countertop filter..line it with a coffee filter ..paper towel or cloth.

most of us probably do this already..mine is red..
if you can’t but have an elevator..scrape up soybeans..

    https://www.amazon.com/Household-Extractor-Expeller-Continuous-Expelling/dp/B0D53FXJ4L/ref=sr_1_5?

I have this and an electric one.. you can get about a gallon of oil in an hour..but then it depends on the oil content of the grain..the year we went without an income..I used corn..and it took a lot to get..
funny story about that dire time in our lives.. everyone abandons you..
family, the church, your neighbors and friend you have the plague and they distance themselves from you..maybe they are afraid of you becoming dependent or wanting you to have them to give you a hand up..or simply they don’t want to hear it..

well the daughter was just over.. she was looking for the kids school and church pictures.. asked if we had one they could take a copy of it..for some reason..there aren’t any photos of the kids for one year..after the daughter left I reminded my wife that the missing photos were from that year….when we had the plague..

  17. I wonder about other things that seem impossible until you try them — like nut wines, peanut flour ferments, or any of those odd experiments where you just don’t know if it’ll taste good or if it’ll be one of those wrinkle?your nose drain pours. Then I consider in the hottest regions on the planet..there are desert ice houses that is proof that sometimes the strangest ideas actually work, if the conditions are right……
In arid desert regions, temperatures fall fast at night because the air is so dry and the sky is so clear… and there’s no mass that traps the heat in… With no moisture or clouds to trap heat, everything the sun warmed during the day just radiates straight out into space. Sand loses heat quickly too, so once the sun sets, the desert cools down in a hurry….. In ancient history they discovered things long before they should have —like desert ice houses that made ice in scorching climates, early batteries like the Baghdad cell, precision stonework that modern tools struggle to replicate, star maps carved into rock, and ways of preserving knowledge in clay, crystal, and architecture itself. Every time we look back, we find another reminder that ancient ingenuity ran deeper than we ever expected….

The thought of A desert ice house has always fascinated me who discovered it was it by acident or just someone that notices shallow ponds left at night froze— the idea that you can make and store ice in a place where the sun tries to melt everything it touches with hundred plus temperatures..my brother in Bagdad once commented he couldn’t believe that in daytime he couldn’t hardly survive with temperatures that exceeded 110 degrees ..and at night he had to wear a coat… It has me curious how reality isn’t always what it looks like on the surface.
A yakhch?l is basically a giant frequency tuned refrigerator…the shape, shadow, airflow, pressure, and night?sky cooling all working together to create ice where ice shouldn’t exist….
it has me thinking about how ancient builders used physics long before they had the language for it…. The yakhch?l turns desert heat into cold… the shallow ponds where water freezes then stores in the yakhchal that’s similar to the ice houses of our past.. The pyramids turn stone, geometry, and orientation into stability, resonance, and long term preservation.

Both structures are tuned to their environment.
Both use shape as a kind of technology.
Both do something that seems impossible at first glance….

one makes ice or stores ice..the other as a monument..or was it a power ball generating antenna..

oh my god… now I’m kind of entering my fifty plus year rant on solar towers at every substation and home systems as nodes.. mapping the goo e with the positions of the pyramids we find they are placed in a grid fashion around the globe…

When I look at the pyramids. On the surface they’re monuments or symbols, but the engineering behind them is just as strange.. Joe David o it’s and his geopolomer stone concept… Then the eight sided design of the pyramids, the alignment with true north, the way the stones fit, and the geology underneath have led some researchers to explore whether friction, vibration, and the natural piezoelectric properties of quartz in the stone could generate small amounts of energy…. Not a “power plant,” or was it..but a structure tuned to the land in a way we still don’t fully understand yet today.

Different cultures, different goals — but the same ancient genius of using form, material, and natural forces to create effects that still make us raise an eyebrow today….

just rambling here..watching tv and someone brought up something that got me thinking..dam rubber band running my brain again…

  18. “explanatory lucid dreams”

dreams seem to be structured around our personal templates. George dreams in processes, explanations, productivity, cold dry soulless concepts – trying to touch bliss while tethered to and transfixed by the system we find ourselves in.
