Which Person to Be Next Year?

The New Year is a dandy time to look back – and then ahead – to see what levers we can each pull to increase our odds of health, wealth, and living happily ever-after.

After a few headlines (so little is going on and we hate rewrite!) a personal story from one of my books and how those principles can be used as big life-changing tools.

I think you’ll enjoy it – whoever you decide to be.

  1. Lol lol lol….. we read all over how great the economy is doing and how low inflation is…just now on the morning show they were discussing the inflationary rate.. according to what they reported its not 3 or 4 percent its 16.5 and higher..lol lol lol more of what I see.. lol lol lol
depending how they curve the figures you can skew the numbers anyway they want.. Don’t believe me take a journey to the local auto sales lot..
on my way home from work I was visiting with an old friend..she was so excited.. she bought a Mercedes.. for bargain basement price..I couldn’t tell her how big of a mistake that was..

    • ” for bargain basement price..I couldn’t tell her how big of a mistake that was..”

Cars will be more next year. And if cars don’t sell Big Car will get bailouts. Big Banks too. Little Bush rescinded capitalism.

  2. (https://www.anseladams.com/ – as you now do – living in a world where you can be anyone you wish. )(How would that person be different from who you are right now?”)

Hmm.. two huge issues.. most of you know some of the situations I have experienced.. on urban I vent my situation..just to vent..as a child I buried myself in graphics my goal in life was to be the next Wheel Adams..
    https://www.anseladams.com/
with a twist..I wanted to etch memorable photos on glass and mirrors..buried myself in books because I was shunned because of my last name in a small community..I didn’t even think I was worthy of having a friend till I was seventeen and in the military.. then the first woman that even gave me any attention I married.. only to discover that she was suffering from being raised in an abusive family with every disposable trait I detested in mankind..and flaunted it.. swamped instantly with medical bills And extreme poverty because of the economic situation… My own adventure through Dances divine comedy..my goals changed.I didn’t live the life I once envisioned—no gallery walls, no etched glass masterpieces—but I lived something deeper. My path was shaped by hardship, rejection, poverty, and the kind of loneliness that carves out empathy. I’ve worked more jobs than I can count, buried dreams beneath survival, and wrestled with the weight of medical bills and broken trust. But through it all, I discovered something priceless: the ability to see others who’ve fallen through the cracks.

I’ve been there—down and out, asking why me. And now, when I meet someone in that same place, I don’t offer judgment or pity. I offer a hand. A moment. A gesture that says, “You’re not invisible.” That’s not charity. That’s wealth. Not the kind you tally on a ledger, but the kind that arrives at the right time and changes everything.

I may be poor by the world’s standards, but I am rich in the currency of care. And if my story helps even one person feel seen, then every detour, every scar, was worth it.I didn’t live the life I once envisioned—no gallery walls, no etched glass masterpieces—but I lived something deeper. My life events gave me a rare talent.I can see beyond their public mask…
NOW.. the big question… would I trade my horrible life experiences to be what I had I vision ed in life a situation.. My personal NOT ON YOUR life…
there isn’t anything more important or enlightening than to see someone experiencing the drop through the cracks the helplessness and the loss of hope ..then do something random that brings a little light in their eyes.. that ispriceless

  3. How did I end up getting this doubled..dam I erased and rewrote this a few times thought I had deleted it..only to find all the deleted sections still there..dam..

    • Gotta slow down LOOB. You’re working too many hours.

Make sure the hand you hold out for those in need holds back something for you and the Mrs. When the oxygen masks appear, be sure to put yours on before helping others.

      • So true…got fifty for xmas..seen those two little girls walking by.. nothing under the tree for them.. guess what I did with the two twenties and two fives.. from grandma and me..
made egg rolls today.. didnt have any pork but hamburger worked just fine..and egg fried rice.. yum..they asked me to work tonight but I didn’t respond going to give my wife a little company…watch a little tv..relax

      • I saw two little girls walking to the gas station, hoping someone might buy them a sandwich. It was Christmas — a time of warmth and giving — and they had no meal waiting, no heat, no hope. I knew their situation. I’ve lived it.

Years ago, I walked twelve and a half miles in winter. No coat. No gloves. No food. I was about to be evicted. I had an old Coleman stove and a camp oven. I gathered grain dropped by the farmers’ wiggle wagon and beat it into a crude gruel. That Christmas was my best and worst. I had nothing — but I learned everything.

When you’ve seen it up close, when you’ve felt the cold bite and the hunger ache, you don’t get to pretend. You have two choices: say “Merry Christmas” and walk on, or act. Mankind has the same choice. Once you know, once you see, you’re accountable.

I’ve got a bank loan. I’ll pay it off or die trying it’s a no brain er.. I can only depend on myself its my debt and I will do it one day at a time. But I won’t give up I refuse to give up. But because those girls don’t have that option I stuck out my hand..not much but a little hope in their bleak world. And when the oxygen masks drop, I’ll of course put mine on — but only so I can help others to breathe.
Unfortunately my life experiences had been so rough that I can’t ignore those needing a hand up..
Jesus loves me and I know he watches over me..when I’ve been at the lowest points he’s lifted me up..lime the sea hawks..they play hard but when someone’s knocked down..out goes their hand..

      • I have so much in comparison to the life those girls have..their to young to have to worry about adult situations..

  4. I shall now risk a real light [paraphrased, in mines of Moria]

GU : “… What I’m Watching Closely. The tell will be what happens when volume comes back. If gains hold with renewed participation, then the market earned them. If prices sag once real money re-enters, then we just witnessed seasonal levitation, not structural lift. …”

It’s my belief letting urbansurvival readers peek under the kimono is a savvy advertising gig, and spawns more jabber. Plus, no worries here, if His Georgeness doesn’t approve well, my post won’t be posted. Neat as neat.

Back to meat of the matter.

Gandalf: We now have but one choice. We must face the long dark of Moria. Be at your guard: there are far older, fowler things than orcs in the deep places of the earth. Quietly now, it’s a four day journey to the other side. Let us hope our presence here may go un-noticed.
Gandalf: The wealth in Moria was not in gold or jewels, but in Mithril. Thorin gave Bilbo a shirt of mithril rings.
    Gimli: A kingly gift!
Gandalf: Yes, Gimli. I never told him, but that shirt is worth more than the value of the Shire.
    Merry: Pippin!
Gandalf: I have no memory of this place.
    Pippin: Are we lost?
    Merry: No.
    Pippin: I think we are.
    Merry: Sh! Gandalf’s thinking.

Who to be in 2026? Uhm the same feller as 2025? Gotta be, there’s no time to change now kids. I am who I yam (Popeye – OBSCON). It’s OK, now I’m Grandpa. Still sit-in cardboard tugboat building. My little pal likes boats he can sit in. Wait till he sees what’s next!

Frodo: It’s a pity Bilbo didn’t kill him when he had the chance.

Gandalf: Pity? It is pity that stayed Bilbo’s hand. Many that live deserve death. Some that die deserve life. Can you give that to them, Frodo? Do not be too eager to deal out death and judgement. Even the very wise cannot see all ends. My heart tells me that Gollum has some part to play yet, for good or ill before this is over. The pity of Bilbo may rule the fate of many.
Frodo: I wish the Ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened.
Gandalf: So do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us. There are other forces at work in this world, Frodo, besides the will of evil. Bilbo was meant to find the Ring. In which case, you also were meant to have it. And that is an encouraging thought. Oh, it’s that way.
    Merry: He’s remembered.
Gandalf: No, the air doesn’t smell so foul down here. When in doubt, Mariadoc, always follow your nose. Let me risk a little more light. Behold, the great realm and Dwarf-city of Dwarrowdelf.

    Have a fine day all,

  5. People saying how bad the economy is ,are the same people who said shit while pedo joe jammed the country with illegals and wrecked the economy. While obozo wrecked the healthcare industry. The economy isn’t great , but Trump is at least trying , no help from the commies and the rinos.

        • I’m sorry…even though I have kids in the insurance industry.. the healthcare and pharmaceutical situation could be fixed..
we give the pharmaceutical industry hundred billion plus in research grants yearly..yet pay tens of thousands of percent MORE than any other country..an inhaler here is six hundred plus depending on which one.. in another country its ten dollars or less..
citizens pay trillions for health insurance only to have high deductibles and them refusing to pay for services.. four of the big names insurance are refused at local clinics doctors offices and hospitals because of that here..
I fought with one for two years trying to get them to cover what they said they cover..finally told the agent to tell them I don’t care if they pay a dime..I’m paying forty percent interest on this already..just send me the eat shit and die letter so I can frame it and hang it on the wall..they instead sent me two hundred..
my wife had a stroke when she was in her twenties..because of that her catastrophic healthcare plan was over two grand a month..you cannot go to a clinic or have a physician without insurance..if you dont your redirected to the Emergency Room at the hospital at twenty to fifty times more money..they in turn still dont have the money and those costs a passed back down to tge physicians….at the ER they have to diagnose but not treat unless its !I’ve tgreatening..because of this people are waiting till they are sicker beforE seeking care..
I have seen it over and over.. I took a guy that lived in our spare bedroom to a cancer clinic..before we went they sent him a nice letter asking for his pre deposit of fifty grand for his future care.. I wheeled him in and they told him to leave..I was loading him in the buggy and he started to cry.. then said what about me my life.. well that free heal are this visit was being paid by the VA healthcare system..it took three months before the social worker could get him in tgere..
now subsidized assisted living centers.. your not declined enough to need a nursing facility but you do need someone there to keep you steady assist with some of your daily living.. that’s me that’s a hers e I come in..help them bathe clean their homes change their soiled underwear help them wipe their rushed and stand there as they try to walk..etc… the cost of an assisted..someplace around a hundred grand a year..to get in one you have to be self pay.. once your unable to pay this then you have to leave..one of my clients had to pay a quarter million for his one efficiency apartment I didn’t have a tape measure but from observation it was twelve by sixteen.. then pay five grand per person monthly maintenance..
once you’ he depleted your income or ended up in a nursing facility at a quarter million a year plus.. plus all your medical expenses..take tylenol.. one I knew thirty years ago..took one high time Tylenol a day.. but his son would take him shopping and get him a bottle..today its ten bucks.. back then it was I believe three… the facilities rules are you get the meds through them in bubble packs.. what his son got him was confiscated and flushed down the toilet..the cost of thirty Tylenol was ten bucks a tablet plus..
the facilities..phew the one I work at is sold every three to five years..the reason..they cannot afford to run..it takes that long because money idle constantly moving..I call it the paper boy move..I delivered newspapers the money came in periodically so there was a constant flow of cash..it took me six months to realize I was paying them to deliver the paoer..two weeks ago I put eighty hours in to take home under five hundred bucks.. now I felt insulted but I need it to keep the wife and my head above water.. paddling like a SOB.. what they assume is proper finances for this free healthcare on assistance is once your monthly is gone then you apply for federal assistance.. now the place your living may not have any rooms avaikable..so you are sent to another where you get a six by twelve space.. the assistance.. that they allow the facility to receive for room and meals utilities caregivers etc. is 3:19 cents an hour per day.. one residents assistance doesn’t even pay the cost of one person working one twenty-four hour shift at minimum wage..it takes two..which is why the facility sells every few years..
no the system could be fixed but if the money handed over to the paper pushers was directed at the sources its meant for would also create an economic hole on that side..waiting periods..to see a doctor for myself there’s a six month to two year waiting period..
I have struggled had my whole life destroyed by catastrophic medical expenses my whole life.. at twenty I faced a half million in costs while making under three dollars an hour income at twenty four percent interest.. the boss was playing precious metals and stock market took the money the workers were paying for insurance and left us with just a piece of cardboard card in our wallet..
there isn’t any free medical at all..nothing in this world is free..

        • If we had put the money we had to pay for just my wife’s healthcare insurance and put it in savings bonds alone..we would have had over a million in reserve..but you cannot see a doctor at a clinic without the insurance card and end up paying so much more.. that’s how my wife and I became friends.. my ex wife had to have a simple same day surgery .. the cost for someone I knew with the same surgeon the same day was thousands of dollars less for the surgeries complete costs..I worked it off by resurfacing his whole city block parking lot by hand in hundred degree weather..because of my wife having had a stroke..the healthcare industry instantly drops your insurance and eliminates your job..the collection service for them ( aka Satan and his minions ) took everything she made but five bucks a month..she had to work day labor for cash to stay alive..she knew what I was facing and came with ice water and in coveralls to help me..we became friends..then I begged the hospital to allow me to work off the debt there..when they finally agreed..( not counting the horrific and insulting phone calls every hour till INE o’clock at night..they called my bosses mother inlaw) I actually started to feel sorry for myself till I walked in seeing a quadriplegic woman crying..being the snoopy guy I am asked what’s wrong hun.. she was a housekeeper at a local hospital..insured through the hospital..worked the swing shift got off around two am on new years eve..she was hit by a drunk driver without insurance..the hospitals heal are plan instantly refused to pay.. then being a quad..Satan and his minions took everything from her bank but seventy five cents for her to live on.. I instantly decided he’ll I am not so bad off afterall..a nurse I worked with got breast cancer..well because I got deathly ill they thought I wouldn’t survive wanted me in hospice..I was working to many hours and my immune system rebelled..took years but because of that I was a burden on the heal care insurance my wife had..they dropped us off the plan and then she had a TIA they let her go..we went a year without an income the hospital drained our retirement and we had the plague or could have..the first thing people do is isolate you from their lives..your in your own..no friends nothing..your worthless to everyone.. now back to the nurse that had breast cancer she was I ended until she got cancer..they dropped it..because of her end of life expenses they took his thorough bred farm he raised and cared for race horses took the rental property they had..because of us and our tear of no income we decided there are others and opened out spare bedrooms to others..he came to our home with nothing but the clothes on his back..they left him.. through the years I have made up beds in empty rooms and couches for men or women where they were left homeless..so many time I cannot give you a number..made sandwiches etc because they haven’t had a meal..one if my clients now lives in a very nice house..he was injured and has a brain injury.. the wife isle battling cancer and had to seek treatment in another country anyway she started crying one day they can’t get food the colonies and I have been bringing them food..she let me know that she will be homeless in a year or less..she’s forty years old younger than my kids facing he’ll on earth..oh I could go on and on about how broken this industry is..and how easy it could be fixed..

        • Wilson wrote
“so the taxpayers have to subsidize the insurance industry so some people don’t have to pay?”

We are the ONLY industrialized count IN THE WORLD without at least Catestrophic Health Care coverage for our Citizens. ONLY Industrialized Country IN THE WORLD

Saying it should be left to the Free Market and everybody should be on their own is the same as saying EVERY ROAD and BRIDGE should be a toll road /toll bridge, like in days of old (up to the Civil War in most of the South – FREE road travel was something invented by and practiced by those Damn Yankees), and those who use those roads SHOULD PAY … for using ALL roads, including those needed to go just 5 miles. If you want to travel? By God YOU SHOULD PAY and those who don’t go anywhere shouldn’t have to pay FOR YOU (and of course ditto for road maintenance).

Why should the government pay for Fire Departments? Until the mid 1800’s, late 1800’s in some places in the US, most people had to pay for a local private “Fire Protection Society” if they wanted anybody to show up when their house or business caught on fire, and only “some” places would catch on fire so it was the government SUBSIDIZING THE FEW when Govt FD’s were started. Before that … DON’T PAY for that “Private Insurance”? … well it was a “fun” fire for people to stand around and watch burn.

Why should the government pay for the Coast Guard for rescuing people. A sinking vessel won’t impact most people so why SHOULD THE PUBLIC pay for such a government extravegance that only effects a few rich people or rich businesses?

Why should the government pay to have any parks, National or Local?

Those only benefit a few people so shouldn’t every so called park be on “Private Land” and owned by a person or business who CHARGES everyone who uses it a fee (ala Disney)? I am sure Private Owners could turn parts of Yellowstone, Yosemite, Smokey Mountains NP into a nice business with lots of rides, concessions, motels, etc. where there is now just vacant land that can only be stared at or walked across! Ditto with “local” parks!! What an economic loss!!

Why should the government pay for an Air Traffic Control system? Those flying airplanes have eyes, and now radios so they can talk to each other, why should the government PAY to help those who wish to travel to stay safe? Want to be safe? Stay at home and don’t travel anywhere (including on the toll roads), why should others have to pay for somebody else’s safety? (or medical care)

Yep, every other industrialized sociey pays for those things, since they are part of being an industrialized society but WHY should Americans do what everybody else does … the MARKETS will provide ALL, for those who can PAY for it! … ala the American Medical System today (which by that line of thought should also apply to ALL roads /bridges, parks, fire departments, the coast guard, air traffic control, etc.)

        • Exactly Stephen… why should everyone pay for schools when they don’t have kids going to school..is another one..in the early days of American schooling, teachers were not paid by the government. They were often hired directly by families or by a small community, and their pay could be a mix of money, food, lodging, or labor.
I have seen so many people turned away and destroyed by the neglect ion of the insurance industry.. one of the gentleman that lived in our spare bedroom once was a very prominent and important man..he designed and was the engineer for deep water Oil drilling platforms. a severe accident happened and millions of gallons of oil was dumped into the ocean..many lives were lost do to the catastrophic event. He was called to give testimony in front of the seven hundred most worthless creeps on the planet and he told the truth..because of that the industry destroyed him..he had the plague his family avoided him to them he had no value once the cash was gone and he became homeless.. the dual punch was prior to the catastrophic event katrina destroyed his home.. he ended up living in his car..then it broke down in the wastelands and he had a heart attack.. Satan and his minions went after him.. then along came this big ugly guy hey we have a room..he had it all then lost it all..he wasn’t even invited to his kids wedding..it happens so fast… the healthcare industry is so broken it shocks me..now its not the hospitals or the doctors faults..they are trying to survive..the insurance industries brag about their huge profit margins.. great stock to invest in.. my kids get all kinds of perks..anyway the engineers brother showed up..he was talking about someone that had their belongings destroyed and how he thought it was useless to even claim it..then complained about his brother being denied care.. I then asked him..well these chairs we are sitting in cost me thirty seven dollars ten years ago..they are destriyed.. what do you think they would be worth? his answer nothing maybe fifty cents..there you just answered your own question on why your brother is being denied care..the bean counters out there are just evaluating what the guy was worth..the saddest part..is everyone assumes they have a support system..friends family… insurances you pay for for years.. then when it happens.. no one visits or even becomes a venting post..your family vanishes and your there alone..its like those two little birls.. they have the plague..everyone’s decided their worthless and they have nothing..I can’t carry their burden..I’m struggling with my own burdens..it just happens.. the industry can be fixed it just doesn’t fit the business model..

      • c,
Thank you for linking to such a fine example from CAP (Center for American Progress) in support of your cause. CAP appears to have been founded in 2003 by Mr. John Podesta (“the one who holds power”) who was easing into the workforce following a period of employment as White House chief of staff for President Clinton. His cv went on to further grand successes in public service as counselor to President Obama before being chairman of Mrs. Clinton’s 2016 campaign.

Amidst the latter assignment in search of kindling, the “KGB Files” section of “Politico” magazine launched a headline of “The Podesta Brothers are ready to cook for Hillary” about a “food-themed fundraiser”. Tiered pricing from $500 to $2,700 permitted guests varying degrees of access to the head chefs along with assistant chefs of whom one was named as being owner of Comet Ping Pong. Of course the latter venue would perhaps have been best known at that time amongst the general public for its pizza and hot dogs alone. Here is a link to the “Politico” item from 2015:

        https://www.politico.com/story/2015/10/kgb-podestas-cook-214286

c, going forward, please do not hesitate to bring similar such future examples to the attention of the group. Thank you!

        • “The podesta bro’s are ready to cook for hilary”

Sniff sniff..Double entendre – we be talking spirit cooking by those two low life scum bags, who both strongly resemble 2 perps pictures of suspects in the Madeline McCain tragedy. Another one of those strange ass cownkydinks.
          * well known eu minister involvement was the whisper at the time

  6. I remember impressing my Dad with the “Captain” designation, or something like that, on Army BOQ papers I was given from Page Communications when I went to work at their Scatter station on Kauai circa 1962 when I was 19.

For whatever reason I never did much more than minor maintenance work there, with some classes on the time division multiplex. Did stay up nightly typing comments across the Pacific on the TTY, like I’m doing now.

  7. The CA fuel crisis will probably have nationwide cost impact. Retailers in CA will be importing from other states, running up the cost nationwide. It will probably create a new market for imported refined products as well.
Mindlessly stupid governance is in play in CA.
Don’t think retailers in other states won’t use a Hollywood & LA panic narrative to gouge customers. Good operating environment to have a low energy consumption contingency transport.

Latest readout is that the Mazda compression ignition gasoline Z-engine won’t debut until 2027. Bummer.
The wheelbase on the CX-5 is getting stretched 4 inches in 2026. This will be enough to turn the CX-5 into a more viable micro RV. An ultra-efficient compression camping hybrid in 2027 looks like a potential retirement touring machine. We will see what happens to the towing capacity.

    • There’s no pipeline into CA from the East, so any fuel deliveries from there will have to come by rail or truck. Most imported fuel will continue to come by tanker from the few offshore refiners who will compound gas to CA specifications. Won’t be long before I’m paying over $9 a gallon. We are lucky to still have a 40 MPG 2011 Pris and only drove it less than 6K miles last year.

    • There are NO pipelines carrying gasoline or oil INTO CA at present, though there are pipelines that carry refined gasoline OUT of CA, to Las Vegas and parts of Arizona including Phoenix. Remember California uses a special blend of gasoline, one NOT refined or used elsewhere in the US, so it is basically an “island” when it comes to it’s gasoline supply. (ie: you can not take gasoline from TX and ship it to CA, or from anywhere else in the US in fact)

In the past when CA needed more gasoline than it can internally refine it has had to be brought into the state by water, often from across the Pacific (often India), but again that imported gasoline had to be refined specifically for the California emission standards. (there may be a refinery in the Pac NW, either US or Canadian that does have the ability to make the CA blend but those would be special runs for those refineries if they even do exist)

With the permanent closure of the Valero and Phillips 66 California refineries this winter California’s refining capacity will drop 17% to 20% which will obviously impact both pricing and increase the need for water based imports into California (if Marathon would also close it’s CA refineries that would cut the CA gasoline supply by another 35%).

If you live in CA imo get ready to pay an additional $2/gal on top of already paying the highest prices in the US since importing gasoline into the state by tanker is NOT going to be cheap

  8. Stay alert wrt Derivatives in the metals arena. Something is afoot. Hidden losses have grown to gigantic proportions, already close to rivaling CMO’s in 2008.

    How much?
    Who?
When the curtain hiding them will be ripped away?
Questions the answers to which I can not give.

I have my own ideas but you need to look yourself and arrive at your own conclusions. No need to panic … we all know the Fed and the Regulators are on the case, just like they were on CMO’s and Real Estate in 2005, 2006, 2007, and the first half of 2008.

    • Yo S2,

Wheres Ures’ girlfriend Blythe Masters nowadayz? – she who is credited with creating the credit default swap..back in the day of the Exxon Valdez spill.

  9. “Kinda like dLynn mentioned a few times in his (when he was playing poker) adventures: he moved into his doc Holiday persona.
He knew that helped his level of play – immensely.”
    .
Very true. I have no idea where from, or why Doc showed-up. It happened halfway through a game – and it stuck., big time. Val Kilmer’s interpretation of Doc is what it was fashioned from – stolen from. During those few hours at the table I ‘was’ Doc.., and sometimes it took hours, even days to cut him loose., and become ‘me’ again. Scary and Cool at the same time. I have wondered what would have happened if I got mentally stuck in that role, that persona ?
    – My contact and “Table” name was Three Piece., from always wearing a custom tailored three piece suite while playing. No one else even came close. I had always thought that a bit of class and formality was a requirement for me to play my best., even in the early days at Lake Tahoe [ 1970’s ].

During my years on the houseboat in Sausalito when I was helping people out, I went by a very different name. Just one word., one name. It was derived from an old Norse legend. It stuck from the first time I used it. And I felt like that one small change., changed me. I was a slightly different person when I was ‘working’ to help some one. I found it fascinating at the time, and it got me into studying abnormal and criminal psychology.

So.., using a different name., even a slightly different personality / mind-set to accomplish what you seek., to move forward in your life / plans – seems like it could be a good idea., just don’t go as far as I did with Doc.., that’s a wee bit too much. [ In a way I hope he never shows-up again – I enjoyed it ‘too’ much.]

Good lord Man, where on gods green Earth do live ? That aint no Pizza dough recipe, thats a recipe for carboard.
Secondly Chicago (Birth place) style Pizza is not a real Pizza, but a deep dish Pie. Can you cut a Slice and pickup with Ure hand of the Chicago style Pizza ? NO You can not! Its slop !

You are now one of the perpetrators of this Pizza fraud, and all the rest of any recipes you so kindly share with community will now be evaluated in a new light…hicago style Pizza..PULEASE ! Dont bring that nonesense to the East Coast, lest you want to sleep wit da Fishes!

      • Lol lol lol….no cardboard is the new popular thin crust pizza lol lol..
        Its called focaccia pizza dough..
Here’s another recipe similar to sour dough recipe bread..
        4 cups all?purpose flour
        2 cups warm water
        2 tsp salt
2 tsp instant yeast or ½ cup active sourdough starter
2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for the pan and top)
Optional: rosemary, garlic, flaky salt, tomatoes, olives, etc.

bake at 400 – 450 for twenty minuted give or take..After the first ten minutes put your toppings on then finish baking.. you can make these crusts and freeze them to..

      • Actually..I believe the cardboard box the new thin crust pizzas come in has more calories and nutritional value.
Some ultra?thin “healthy” pizzas are so stripped down that they contain less calories or nutrients than the box they come in. lol lol lol.so what if..they perforated a circle on the box then put the toppings and baked it on the cardboard itself.. instant pizza…lol lol lol and recycling of the cardboard to lol lol.. now I was being funny there not trying to give these industries and new ideas…Like the old news story about plaster being added to cottage cheese..Back then, dairy prices were volatile, and some manufacturers used: calcium sulfate (a firming agent — also used in plaster, but food?grade)
modified starches gums and thickeners like whey solids (whey cheaper than milk curds)
Calcium sulfate is the one that sparked the “plaster” rumor because:
it’s chemically similar to gypsum it’s used in tofu making it was allowed as a food additive the name sounded scary..So I’d sure hate for the industry to consider..dam we can enhance out paychecks by altering the ingredients of the packaging.. they already cut human staff at the bottom and bring in robots to do the work..in the end its all about the business model… lol lol I like a good thick bread crust ..

      • Pizza has traditionally been poor mans food..now popularized.. just like egg rolls..egg rolls is a noodle pasta with stuffing in it..in the Philippines.. kids run around searching for discarded meat in the trash this is washed and cleaned then boiled then after its totally cleaned and mixed.. they cook it with spices and feed it to the poor as a dish called PagPag…People called it pagpag because the food scraps collected from fast?food dumpsters had to be:
shaken off cleaned of dirt shaken free of old breading or debris before being washed, boiled, and recooked I to other dishes..pagpag means dusted off..

  11. i love Sausalito. and i love shorting everything thats ridiculous . god bless the USD . insert many things
