The “Jumbo Jitters”

We began to mention the possibility of a “Slaughter of the Elves II” back in early October.  Now, a couple of months later, we still have it on the table and time is running out,.

Normally, at this time of year, we would be doing the regular Saturday fare (mainly the ChartPack).  But events justify a little longer discussion about events due to arrive next week.

We’ll keep it to the point; we’re well into eggnog season and work can spoil a good buzz.  But that comes with being a grown-up, sometimes.

    It is the massive call for future Credit to Fund Data Ctr buildouts. Just yesterday Oracle got blasted for their terrible cash flow problems currently impacting stock price. Had to come out publicly and deny reports they were slowing down planned data ctr buildout schedule..Bullscheisse!

    Banks dont seem to want too much data ctr debt on da books, but they are also trying to make moar room for more data ctr scheisse on their books soonly. Seems they are having a hard time making all the Maths work.
    Personally, I think data ctr debt is great short here…SOLD!

    Silver is the real Fin star today and future. Get physz if you can, and yes Sterling holds Value historically, same Coin Silver.

  2. Good morning sunshines. First, this is not financial advice: do Ure own homework, and own your investments.
    I typically have made better ROI on PM’s in the past than any other asset class. Still, I wouldn’t touch a paper PM right now. Holding modest quality physicals for contingencies makes sense. Just about all financials are in nosebleed territory. Not many bargains to be had. As to which segments will deflate first, and when, is crystal ball stuff. Bitcoin is down 30% from peak, so I would call that a major technical correction, which may not be over.
    Don’t get over-invested in anything, or convince yourself that you are anything but a coach passenger on the investment train. I will say, if you are investing on the margin, conventional or unconventional, then liquidate, and get professional psychological help, before your gambling addiction destroys you.

      Fresh eyes. Cease the chatter about BTC. Watch ETH. There are gobs of Bigs who entered when ETFs approved. They really need 3,300. Tax loss selling is shaping up. And, there’s a cadre of spec. investors triple dipping Tech with Crypto … on substantial leverage.

      None of this is advice, just crazy old eyes on what is.

  3. IG credit spreads continue to tighten in the wake of the potential downgrade of ORCL to junk. The rating agency’s will be under pressure from the Whitehouse not to do so. My opinion is they will take them to the bottom of BBB ratings one step above junk and in most cases will lower them to junk after orcl collapses from a misplaced bet on AI and data center buildout. Particularly the 2026 buildout which has now been moved to 2028. Ellison like trump is lying his ass off about their financial position. Negative cashflow here is a major tell.

          If you were around when i was running security at the stadiums you may rememeber my True Story about the two thought dead cherry trees infront of my office. Every day i would greet them and say Good Morning Trees! Happy Monday or Tuesday or what ever day of the week it was. Lets have a beautiful day. Then after 8 months they begain to Blossom. The First time anyone had ever seen a blossom on them in 4 years. They were the first cherry trees to blossom in the Seattle area and the only ones to blossom for a whole week. Then the other Cheery Tree begain to Blossom on a spiral pattern (starting at those two trees) outward until the all the Cherry Trees in Seattle blossomed.

          I prayed in that office every day. Early in the morning. I ran 1500 person crews from that office that provided security to everything from The Seahawks to The Mariners to Paul McCartney to Tool and The Eagles.

          I hired and helped many homeless people. Put them to work on odd jobs amd found them help at the Missions.

          Shortly after I left the stadiums in 2021 they closed that office. Id stop by if i was in the area.

          I stopped by there recently and my Old Office is now considered Holy Ground.

          It is an out reach Ministry for homeless women and Children. I spoke to someone standing outside and theh said it is closed for the night but they will open tomorrow. I said oh. I used to work here. They said You can sure feel the Presence of God here. This is a place of much healing. Many who were broken have been healed here. To many to count. I have seen many miracles and strange synchronicities here. Children reunited with their families after being missing for years.

          They said, This place is considered by most of the homeless around here as Holy Ground.

          I said, That is Great to hear. God is Good. They answered, All the time. I said thank you hope you have an amazing day. Got in my car, pleased with the Results of my Efforts with God.

          You see me just a man. And do not see the force of life that follows.
