Thursday morning, I mentioned about Trajectories and how – once events achieve liftoff velocity – things take up a trajectory and the future is out ahead of us. Like some deterministic landing zone.
Today we get into just a couple of things that matter. Trajectories of Markets and what about the “falling cities”?
In a semi-replay of Thursday, the posted comments of readers, plus another enlightening G.A. Stewart remark in the Comments section, and more than worth some neuron scratching. “It’s all in the books, dude” is right. However, most people are too buzzed out on highspeed concept skimming to think slowly and carefully; let alone read something as “slow” as a book. Let alone having the skills to select the right tomb to read and then analyze.
It’s a paradox of life: we read at the start of life about what’s ahead. Ditto as we age – to get a better bead on the “aftermess”. In the middle though? No time for serious reading when arguably it would do us the most good. Go figure.
Another Trajectory Calc
Double Top and breaking higher is in view as markets open today. Let me show you where our Aggregate Index and some Elliott theory puts us.
Our primary count (and this is NOT financial advice, just market chit-chat) is that the large (yellow) scale Wave 2 rally was comprised of a 1-2, 1-2 for a larger 1 up. To our old eyes it has a look of completion.
But the troubling part began to emerge when (in the decline since the March 21, 2024, high) went down a good distance, but is now in striking distance today of turning the present advance into a larger upside move. This began to appear when the Elliott rule (wave 4 cannot overlap the price range of the wave 1) in the micro movements took place.
This leaves the possibility on the table that we are over with declines and heading higher. But that will become clearer in market hours today.
And there is a modest argument for higher in our comparison (US Aggregate in red here, the Global Aggregate in blue (black is overlapping) that the central banksters really are managing markets higher.
As a trading tool this one has cost me thousands, but (remembering the US trace is red) you can see where the US tends to “wag the world” a good bit and that gaps between Rest of World versus here can sometimes indicate important turning points.
Now for the Trajectory Part
The US Aggregate stood 60 points lower ton early futures today than back on March 21. at 44,660.42. When we crunched the pre-open Futures in, it looked like we might trade through 44,602.93 in today’s session. A higher close and who knows what the next (emergent) pattern will be? We’ll have that convo on the Peoplenomics side tomorrow.
But here’s the amazing part. On its way to this morning’s projected open, the Aggregate had sunk to a low of 42,080.37 on April 19th. Which was how many trading days back?
Sixteen.
Which means in 16 trading days, the market has advanced 6 percent. (OK, for precision 1.059946240966988. Call it a BCH less.
If you’re hair is merely smoldering this point, you still have time to grab a fire extinguisher before your head either spontaneously combusts (or simply explodes) as we press the limits of logic here.
In case you don’t track such things, there are 252 trading days for US markets this year. We can put 16 into this 15.75 times. But just to err on the side of caution, we will use 15-times for our 5.99 (whatever) compounding. (Extinguisher ready?)
The stock market is climbing at a (greater than) 239.47 percent rate.
Have the skies parted, and Angels announced the Thousand Year Peace? Um, no. Let’s get on to that part before my meds kick in.

With a pause in the rains, we are back to focus on yardwork and maybe even building a hydroponic bucket rack. Seems a lot of plans kept getting pushed back this spring by one thing, then another.
Takes about 2-hours to do a mowing here. 3 if I “walk the yard” first and pick up the deadfall from under all the trees.
While Houston is still hip deep from flooding earlier this week, the rest of the country has experienced a messy week. At least 105 tornadoes reported across the country since Monday.
Meanwhile, a number of readers have commented on the large number of solar alerts which have been popping of late. Including what shows up midday today: Severe solar storm expected to hit Earth on THIS date, likely to trigger northern lights…
We are likely at the front-end of lots more solar warnings. Because as you can see on the long-range chart of things, we are possibly already nearing the backside of the present solar cycle:
Most people never notice things like sunspots numbers and flares. They don’t interact with them – so why would they care>
On the other hand, for me it’s a delicate balance. I like to play with the ham radio and – since solar cycle peaks are great for worldwide propagation – it’s a dandy year or three left of really good radio conditions.
Until something like a CME shows up. At which time, might as well be mowing the yard to get at least that chore out of the way.
One other climate note about local rainfall levels: Putting in the ground screws for the newest deck came up on the dance card for this weekend. With a lot of rain, the ground is softer and easier to put in ground screws.
But that leads to more work and less ham radio time…sheesh, work never stops looping does it?

The GPS system is another question when trying to get to the preparedness site. Not many people still have paper maps that are current. And if GPS goes down the stores will be out of any maps instantly so you to buy the map yesterday or you don’t get one.
A lot of folks will consider no need for GPS because they know the route. Don’t forget while we use the Interstate system daily it’s really a military asset and can be closed to civilian access. Just like the skies on 911..
One is then forced to take over roads map-less and GPS-less. Fine and dandy on a sunny afternoon. Throw in a few of the recent tornado natural disasters and the locals won’t let you pass so there you are taking a detour into Helter Skelter without aim.

A Hell of a week. Monday I had a root canal. What better torture method I could not even comprehend? And from the Endodontist I don’t need any pain meds other than taking alternating handfuls of Tylenol and Ibuprofen every 4 hours with little to no relief as I can tell. Post-op instructions say to follow the plan for up to a week. Shit.
Wednesday I started to get the mowing around the fences done but had to stop. The constant pain is joined by a buzzing and what feels like an ice pick being inserted into my ear and the ability to focus caused me to stop. Just driving Big Red and running the brush hog with a violently wicked flailing outrigger is hard enough without the distraction so calls went out to the Executive Committee for mutual aid.
Thursday I made a trip to town to meet with my financial advisor and the tax team. Getting ready for the tax breaks to sunset in 2026 and speaking with the resident Medicare guru. Didn’t even consider trying to get wined and dined so I showed up in standard work attire. Boots, jeans, shirt, sweaty old Steson and Buford. They have a small building that’s nicely maintained and landscaped. As I walk up to the door a big glob of mud and cow crap comes off my boot. Mark is standing there waiting for me while I kick it into the shrubs. You look like hell he tells me. After two hours of meetings, I couldn’t decide which was more painful. That or my throbbing head. I got some sideways looks from some of his other clients too. Left without nary a F$%K you.
Next was heading home with a stop at Lowes for materials for updating the Hoopty. Since I was not familiar with this store and I am still under orders to not test my right shoulder again for the foreseeable future I opted for curbside pickup. While I waited standing by the truck a “fellow” walked by wearing a short skirt, tube top, and high heels with a big bag over their arm prancing down the lot like they were on the catwalk. The odd thing is people in the lot were looking at me like I was the weirdo because I shook my head and looked away. Then my order in 2 large carts shows up with 2 ladies. Both were seriously ripped. They quickly and efficiently loaded the truck while we talked. Afterward, one scanned the barcode on my phone and then asked if I needed anything else. She asked if I had a long way to go. I said a couple of hours. She said stay safe, you look a little tired cowboy. We exchanged low 5’s and I left thinking what an interesting pair they were.
Topping the week off my sister sent me a text message this morning saying they are taking her in now to harvest her stem cells since her numbers are finally up enough so would I please call her neighbor in Benson and ask them to check on her cactus plants? Will do. I just pray this gets done soon so we can get her and her husband out of Seattle before the world lights up.
Hell of a week. Over breakfast, Diana tells me I need a nap. Sure thing, will you join me? That got me The Look and Sure, always.

i dreamed i vannished. i saw myself as other people were looking at me. it was a sunny day and we were all joking and one minute i was there and the next gone. and everyone who was there looked all around for me but couldnt find me.
then i came to work this morning. i was watching my refleftion in the windows of the light rail. i could see my self in them as it moved by then all the sudden i couldnt see myself anymore as the train left the station.
it was just like in my dream. everyone was watching me. i was seeing me through their eyes. one mintute there and the next i vanished.

An X-3.9 solar flare occured this morning, with a string of stout but smaller flares following. The sunspot which originated the flare and CME has been labeled a “Carrington Class” complex by a few. The original Carrington event has been estimated at X-60 to X-100 intensity, so there hasn’t been a flare to live up to that billing, yet.
I hope none of the proliferating backwater nuclear warlords launch on confusion.

Xi’s trip to Europe. An item virtually unnoticed in the US press.
Xi made a point to be in Belgrade Yugoslavia standing in front of the Chinese Embassy that the US bombed on the 25th aniversary of it’s bombing, May 7th, 1999. He released some interesting remarks too. (see below)
The attack on the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade, which the US called an “accident”, was actually FIVE different guided bombs (13+- meter accuacy) flown by a B-2 bomer directly and non-stop from the United States (Whiteman AFB, Missouri) and apparently the mission was flown with NO notice OUTSIDE of the NATO command structure with NO NATO approval.

If you read Xi’s remarks of May 7th 2024 he is clearly STILL PISSED at the US for that apparent direct attack on Chinese Soil, which apparently is the first time and still the only time in history that the US has ever attacked a Foreign Embassy – yep we never had done that before even in times of War.
The issue here is NOT about the bombing … but about how it affects Xi’s perspective and belief system wrt the United States. Clearly as indicated by his remarks Xi holds a very strong annimus AGAINST the US, and most likely considers it’s bombing in 1999 a continuation of the Rape Of China policies of the Western Nations on the 1800’s /early 1900’s where Might Makes Right.

It’s a system problem. The introduction of Trump into the system(s) broke almost everything, and in multiple ways.
The fake news created a White Supremacist hysteria, which led to the Fine People Hoax and the George Floyd Hoax, which led to massive DEI, which led to massive systemic incompetence in all of our systems at once.
Add wokeness and cancelation and we can’t discuss the issue, much less fix it. That’s a system problem. The corrective mechanism (free speech) has been removed.
