ShopTalk Sunday: GenCuis, UAPs, Idiots in Marketing

Reader Notes First:

Coal in the stockingsMega Millions jackpot surges to $944 million after no winner Friday – ABC News.  So, off to the gas-mart today for another “Lotteries are for people who can’t handle statistics” visit.

Someone in the USN may have a very bad day with the report U.S. Navy Shoots Down Own Plane as Fresh Strikes Target Houthi Rebels in Yemen.  Oops.

GenCuis

I woke up in a start this week with one of those “messages from Dream realms”.  This one involved a new website which (by the dream) the world is ready for.  It’s called Genetic Cuisine.

The idea of it is worth thinking about.  It hankers back several years to when Elaine and I both had our genetics run by 23andme.com.  Here’s who we are – genetically: (Ladies first…)

Then came Ures truly.  Not any surprised, but maybe a bit knowing already from family lore that I was about half Danish and half Scottish.

But the whole gist of the dream was that there needs to be a “one stop shop” online where you could go through the whole “genetic eating” process.  It would involve:

  • Getting gene testing done. Geo-locating your genes.
  • Food maps for major regions of the world (meats, veggies, fruits, nuts, and so forth)
  • Then (at least for major countries) a selection of old and traditional recipes that people in those regions actually ate.  This was easy in my family, since my late grandmother was a cook for a minor royal family in the Odense, Denmark region.  Some of this was passed down including how to make a very good frikadeller in a hearty Danish gravy.  Which has no calories….lol.
  • Then you’d find a “menu guide” for each of the genetic types.  I went off into the digital weeds this week finding out what Danes and Scots ate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for example.
  • Then – as the data becomes available as science marches on – the site would have the latest in research into how specific foods impact your body.  Which enables intelligent choice.

Now, if you haven’t been following, there has been a ton of recent research into just how important food is; and it’s not just “when it hits the belly.”  See, the impact of food begins in your mouth.  Where, various foods are given their first shot of “body chemicals” (saliva) and it’s this that influences how the food is processes in the stomach.

Once the food is “en gut” it will be chemically broken down into various parts before going into the intestinal track for absorption.  Which is where the gut biomed lives.  Recent papers have linked the health (and contents/type) of the gut biomed (which lives as a really disgusting gut biofilm) before leaving via piss and poo downstream

A good reading to begin with (to recover ancient health? ) might be Role of the normal gut microbiota – PMC.

We have already started to change/evolve our eating habits, as a result.  For example, this week we had the first “liverwurst on pumpernickel” that I’ve had in more than 50-years. Oatmeal is likely to sneak back to the breakfast table, as well.

And a lot of modern ills – like celiac sprue disease, which may be related to wheat belly and arthritis and that whole constellation – are likely to see a new understanding of relationships as science unwinds the mysteries a bit.  the work on the relationship between gut biomed and Alzheimer’s/dementias is already several years underway: The Potential Role of Gut Microbiota in Alzheimer’s Disease: From Diagnosis to Treatment – PMC

Holistic is not something we humans do very well; perhaps because of the “hand on a hot stove” mentality (cause and effect) ground into us at such a young age.  It’s a stretch at first when someone says “You might not want to use toothpaste to brush your teeth,” for example.  BUT the data is there on how the ingredients in toothpaste disrupt the oral flora and that changes the inbound chemistry to the stomach and that’s, in turn, what feeds the gut biota.

It’s long, but lays out a ton of the science: How to Improve Oral Health & Its Critical Role in Brain & Body Health with Andrew Huberman who’s a real medical guy.

This is where the “give away the website” idea came from – this whole cloth of food—> to —> health and evolving a logical, science-based path.  Seems like a good future may be ahead in that arena.  Except for the one thing: I’m trying to retire in 2025.  Which is why Urban (here) will be toned down which means maybe some Peoplenomics reports posted a month after the fact, we’ll see.

Anyway, I don’t need to write more, so that’s why it’s a giveaway “thing” for the pool of Peoplenomics subscribers (details on the site in the Saturday report.)  It’s a fertile garden, worth working in our view.

Shade Tree Anti-gravity

Been thinking about the whole UAP thing, especially the Las Vegas siting which sure appears to be an anti-grav version of a Lockheed Cheyenne prototype (back-fitted with an anti-grav unit amidships).  We’ll have some input from our subject matter expert on PN next week. But as a heads up, have a look at the Las Vegas UAP footage and then notice the profile of the Lockheed AH-56 Cheyenne, possibly the best attack helicopter never made. Where did the 10 prototypes go?

But if you want to make it into the history books, there’s some “home mechanic and chemist” stuff that may unlock the world of cheap-to-free energy.

The area to investigate might be to retool the work of Fleisch and Pons (in cold fusion research).  And while looking for deuterium as a sign of fusion is a fine thing, maybe we’re looking at the wrong metric.  What IF instead of looking for heat gain, there’s a direct electrical effect which could be harnessed.  Picture a controllable output battery based on the F&P work, is what I’m getting at.

In part because of all the videos which suppose that there’s a link between the pyramids and ancient energy.  Yet, when you watch things like this video from about two years ago (hold the Hecklefish) TESLA KNEW The Secret of the Great Pyramid: Unlimited Energy to Power the World – Why Files it may bother you (like it does me) that heat isn’t at the core of it.

Similarly, who were the (Dune fictional) Fremen and did their real-life Atlantis survivors put up the lighthouse at Alexandria and put in chemical reactions housed in the pyramids? Atlantis Revisited 3: Atlantians.

Just strikes me that we ought to be able to zoom-in a bit better on free energy by using the brain’s pattern and analogy making skills, coupled with visualization skills rather than all math, all the time.  Because it’s just a guess that any “trick to free energy” is likely to be in “How we frame the search” and countering this is “How our thoughts limit our science.”

Just saying…

To the Magical Idiots in Marketing…

50-years ago, or so it seems, I was one of the early-adopters of databases for marketing.  You know, the kind that went:

” Dear [first name],  How do you like your new [Product name]?

Well, fast-forward through a shitload of what we call “progress” and I am getting emails like:

“Do you like your ‘1 NOS RCA 12BZ6 Vacuum Tube – RF Pentode for Drake Hallicrafters & Swan Radios’ ?”

…from a certain online auction site who’s first letter is “e” something…

What this reminds me is that most auction sites don’t have any idea the level of minutia they are dealing in.

Imagine (going back to the 50’s) get a letter that asked:

Dear [first_name]  How do you like that new third gear synchro for your three speed Ford manual transmission?”

My point (if there is one)?

We live in a world where computers have taken over everything. And so for now, I am going to be sending a 35-page book (complete with thermionic emission curves for different voltages) how I really do like the 12BZ6 Pentode vacuum tube. Maybe eBay will read it?

It’s the least I can do.

{Which was a lot more police than “They can suck my ShopVac! I have enough shit to cope with in life….”

Bring your own damn ho’s,

George@Ure.net

  2. Morning G
Another thing as you stroll down the genetics of the food you should be eating, lets not forget blood type antigens and their geographic placement with your genetic make up… knowing your A B and O’s and their mix also has a lot to do with food toxicity

    • Thank you Frankness
Extolling my diet that I gravitated/coalesced over years of eliminating intake of discomforting food choices. Type 0 here and believe blood type dictates healthy metabolism.
70yrs old and zero meds. Thank God. Some people(sheep)think I need meds. Har har

  3. “Coal in the stockings?“

Maybe after the Holidays we can all get together and have a barbecue or something.

    BYOB ;)

    • Bad news: Can’t find my hand knitted Christmas stockings to decorate the fireplace this year.

Good news: Santa won’t be able to put coal in my stocking since I am a naughty disorganized old woman. LOL

    • SPOCK: Commodore Wesley is a dedicated commander. I should regret serving aboard the instrument of his death.
KIRK: The instrument of his death will not be the Enterprise if I can help it. M-5, tie-in.
      M5: M-5.
KIRK: This is Captain Kirk. You will be under attack in a moment.
M5: Sensors have recorded approach of ships.
KIRK: You have already rendered one starship either dead or hopelessly crippled. Many lives were lost.
M5: The ships attacked this unit. This unit must survive.
      KIRK: Why?
M5: This unit is the ultimate achievement in computer evolution. It will replace man, so man may achieve. Man must not risk death in space or other dangerous occupations. This unit must survive so man may be protected.
SPOCK: Captain, attack force almost within phaser range.
KIRK: There were many men aboard those ships. They were murdered. Must you survive by murder?
      M5: This unit cannot murder.
      KIRK: Why?
M5: Murder is contrary to the laws of man and God.
KIRK: But you have murdered. Scan the starship Excalibur, which you destroyed. Is there life aboard?
      M5: No life.
KIRK: Because you murdered it. What is the penalty for murder?
      M5: Death.
KIRK: And how will you pay for your acts of murder?
      M5: This unit must die.
(It disconnects itself from the power feed in Engineering and goes dark.)
      KIRK: M-5?
CHEKOV: Sir, deflector shields have dropped.
SULU: All phaser power gone, sir.
SPOCK: M-5 is leaving itself open to attack. The machine is committing suicide to atone for the sin of murder.
KIRK: Scotty, Spock, before it changes its mind. Get down to Engineering, pull out every hook up that makes M-5 run. Pull out the plug, Spock.

It takes one Calorie to raise the temperature of 1 kilogram of water 1 degree Celsius. So when you drink a 140-Calorie can of cola, you are ingesting 140,000 calories.
so to burn off the meatballs and pasta dinner..one less meat gal and chew each bite twelve times and drinking a glass of ice water should eliminate the calories… so considering this have another slice of desert you earned it…In life there are few real pleasures .. enjoy the meal and don’t take in any calories.. but on a safety note..maybe you should skip doing that during one meal.. heck you might starve to death if you are taking in zero calories.. of course this is only a theory lol lol lol

  5. “Someone in the USN may have a very bad day with the report U.S. Navy Shoots Down Own Plane as Fresh Strikes Target Houthi Rebels in Yemen. Oops.”

Makes me think of nuclear weapons — Oops ;_(((

    • you know this happens more frequently than we are told…… in the military school… there was the announcement that we were being activated and orders were being made…everyone had to line up for orders..the line was long.. I like coffee… anyone that loves coffee knows that it’s effect is to show you how well your kidneys and bladder work..
after an hour of hurry up and wait I couldn’t deal with the pressure anymore.. so I asked the guy in front of me and the guy in back of me to …save my place…I went relieved my bladder issues and returned..the guy behind me took my spot in line… he got his orders and went to Nicaragua… I went to the insane asylum of the beltway dc…
a few weeks later… the announcement from other school graduates..the guy that took my place and we switched places… the chopper he was in was shot down and all were killed aboard by us that they momentarily thought he was an enemy attack chopper…my life was saved by an urgent pee trip..

      • Upon graduation from radioteletype school at Ft. Gordon, my whole class was supposed to get orders to go to Korea. Got all the shots and came down with cholera. Two weeks in the hospital caused me to miss the shipment to Korea, and I wound up in Greenland instead. Heckuva deal!

        • That’s ok. I, “05C20,” went for you — only it was RVN, and I worked MARS and a few Special Projects.

It wasn’t cold there, but the swimming every day was fine.

  6. Viktor Shauberger was a forester in Austria who developed implosion devices that generated power with cold as the product, no burning. The whole burning thing is what’s doing us in. He was also forced by the Nazis to do development of flying craft using his ‘forces’ and right before the collapse had a prototype that demonstrated his success… two were built, then the Reich destroyed one. The other disappeared. Few know about him because his research was marginalized quickly and he was part of the defeated nation.
    Heat is not the answer.
There are some great books on this guy and a following of dedicated believers. Same deal though. Big energy killed his ideas, much like they did with Tesla. Defund, deprecate, and bury.

    • re: treading lightly on H2O
      feat: Shauberger

      Stiks,
It is so apropos that you would be the one to stir the water vortex regarding the Austrian, Schauberger. I dusted off my 500+ page copy of “Suppressed Inventions & Other Discoveries” from 1999 by Jonathan Eisen although the chapter devoted to Schauberger is only 14 pages long.

Curiously the last months of his life, June to September 1958, were spent in Texas where he had been cordially invited by authority. It seems things soured and he was allegedly forced to sign apparati and papers over perhaps under duress. At least up to 1999, freedom of information requests concerning the materials had been denied due to reasons of ” national security”.

I just noted Okanagan Offgrid’s remark #191130 of 1510 below. Can good technology be twisted and warped to leave a bad taste in the mouth?

    • Yo Stiks –

how did you get Ure name “Stiks” ? Stiks is what I use as my subject line to Belizean tobacconist on San Pedro. So am wondering if youse be a connoisseur of the Tobacco Leaf. If indeed youse be a fan – what/where is is your Fav stik ?

If not – sorry for the interruption, carry on..

      * thought the wonder kraut was a Conservation Officer, not that it matters one friggin bit..

    • say Vic S… its going to sound strange bu i have a semi serious question what do the elderberries look like when they mature?
I planted elderberry bushes a few years ago last year there pods on one of the bushes…somehow I assumed they would appear like choke cherries…

      • Dark purple little berries. Light green when first appear on stems, darkening with age – also the Burds will let youknow when they are Right/Ripe. I know Ure akeen observer of Nature..no probs.

        • yeah that is what I thought.. I have pods.. they look similar to pea pods.. so my guess is the plants I got that were suppose to be elderberries are not elderberry plants but something else.. the leaves look like elderberry leaves.. but no elderberries..I wonder what it is that I have growing there..

      • Elderberries appear as clusters of purple-black berries on the bush.
        https://www.shutterstock.com/search/elderberry-tree?

Growing up in Wisconsin farmland, the elderberries would grow wild in the ditches of the county roads. The whole family would go riding with big buckets and harvest them roadside. Dad had big stoneware crocks in the basement where he mashed and fermented the berries and made Elderberry wine.

        • I just got a warning from a lawfaring firm. Demanded equal time on my site for Youngerberries if the Elders get free time. I told them to piss off (though however they wanted). We believe in equality not just for the juices but the whole vegetable patch. So mote it…um…

  7. “Someone in the USN may have a very bad day” This is what happens when being “spun up” for long periods of time happen. The movie the “The Bedford Incident” comes to mind! All it’s going to take is one fat finger!

  8. Should what our ancestors drank also be included in this Genetic food search ? Seems to me it should. What wine, beer / ale, mead., etc – was regularly consumed and considered a dietary staple ? Did they drink much milk? How about tea.., or herb teas ?
“Bar maid ! A flagon of ale !” Resounds throughout the history books and folk tales.
I think it should be a consideration.

    • Be careful what you read in those History Books. We have people rewriting the dietary table …

“Healthy plant oils – in moderation. Choose healthy vegetable oils like olive, canola, soy, corn, sunflower, peanut, and others, and avoid partially hydrogenated oils, which contain unhealthy trans fats.”
      (Source: https://nutritionsource.hsph.harvard.edu/healthy-eating-plate/)

Oddly, the good oils are not mentioned.

I do have some canola oil. I use it as lawnmower oil. Works great !!

    • (“Did they drink much milk? How about tea.., or herb teas ?”)

they did drink a lot of tea’s…. I believe the consumption of Milk in the ancients is actually how we got cheese…
similar to the discovery of wine.. and mead.. old ancient stories.. before the time of writing.. said that Eve had migraine head aches.. that they carried thier food in earthen jars.. and she drank the liquid in the jar to kill herself and instead discovered a wine mead mix instead.. in countries they still make a brew similar to this… I believe that cheese was discovered in a similar fashion…
      https://nationalhistoriccheesemakingcenter.org/history-of-cheese/
writings show its use in ancient civilizations ten thousand years ago.. in China they found cheese that was buried in rulers tombs..

      https://www.scmp.com/lifestyle/food-drink/article/3143737/cheese-china-has-long-history-made-buffalo-yak-goats-cows-and

Now I don’t have any proof of how this happened but since goat herders and yak herders and camel herders.. carried liquids in flask containers made out of stomachs and bladders..
      https://youtu.be/BltDUYyAzv4?si=tt5nbq1AOOCGEVTT
in doing so.. at some point my guess and best guess is that milk was stored in a bladder that had not been properly cleaned of the stomach acids.. and in the trip was made into cheese.. even today Rennet is made from stomach bladder acid..that separates the curds and whey..
the same thing with wine fermentation.. from carrying juice or fruit in a stoneware container or aa bladder..
like most things it was discovered by accident if you ask me..

  9. What about using AI to write your columns? You could scan your archive’s database and then use it as a basis to write your columns. What you need to do is to write bullet points of the topic you want and let it write itself!

  10. U.S. Navy Shoots Down Own Plane as Fresh Strikes Target Houthi Rebels in Yemen…

“It wasn’t immediately clear if the friendly-fire incident and the U.S. attack on Houthi targets are connected.”

    Sounds fishy.

Maybe it was a UFO or…

    • Houthi, Houthi, HOUTHI HI!

Carrier flees the area after the attacks…

No not talking talking castrated turkey’s or Virginia, we be talkin certain someone coming out of Yemen, causing some serious scheisse to go down.

Gotta love hard scrabble group of Tango’s whooping ass on multi billion dollar fighter planes and carriers of the great satans’ fleet (elohim worship cults) – all those Trillions of DOLLARS up in smoke vapor.

      * KARMA – its way worse than just a “BITCH” – advisor once said the KARMA from taking Life.. will effect 7 generations. ?

How do you avoid Karmic Debt, when in that line of work ?

Hey dogpony joe – how many have you killD?!
100’s thousands at least – just counting current conflicts..NICE.

  11. I just noticed that yesterday Stu added a postscript to his latest, updated, post.

    POSTSCRIPT DECEMBER 21st, 2024
I will be using this post to add further information regarding the New Jersey drones.

Clearly, news reports are starting to follow my interpretation of Nostradamus’ Quatrain X-49 as well as several more Nostradamus’ prophecies.

Update: NJ Residents Near Drone Hot Spots Reporting Strange Tasting, Weird Smelling Water
“Forced to drink sulfurous poisoned water.

    • The municipal utility district I am connected to has H2S bacteria in water. It thrives on warm but not hot water.
My late father would turn down the thermostat on my water heater every time he walked in the door, thinking he was saving energy, with me screaming not no, but hell no. Old folks do this sort of shit. Worse than kids. What he was actually doing was making me take lukewarm showers in sulfurous tap water, and wrecking my water heaters. He cost me about three water heaters from accelerated corrosion.
If one is smelling H2S in the water supply, try turning up the water heater thermostat.

  12. I went through some of the “drone” UAP footage on the web today on YouTube, for entertainment. Most of the footage was either poor, or suspicious. What really struck me was how terrified the people making the amateur videos were in some of the clips with audio. Blinky lights on the horizon are oh so scary, I suppose.
I live under one of the corridors where the big birds fly into a regional airport. I’ve been told there is some sort of beacon antenna somewhere nearby. I figure some of the local government lakes are probably visual route markers as well. At any rate, there is constant stream of aircraft overhead, although usually too high to hear indoors. Never seen a drone out here that jumped out at me. No blinky lights that can’t be rationally explained. I’m puzzled by the panic I hear on amateur videos. Med issues, maybe?
I’m still waiting for a TR-3B to buzz the neighborhood. My new cell phone doesn’t do all that with night photos, I’m afraid to say. Washes out with bright lights. I figure that is a problem with a lot of the amateur night video.

  13. Good Morning George,

Regards the video link you provided above about Atlantis.
I opened your You Tube link. I have not watched it yet, I
do think to be able to evaluate the material and come to
a proper understanding of any left over relics, it is useful
to have a solid baseline of history and knowledge so one
    may reach solid conclusions.

Thus I am sending you a link for the real history of Atlantis.
    https://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/Atlantis

This link can serve you well.

    Merry Christmas my Friend

  14. I am glad no one won the Mega Jackpot … and because of that I have already been out shopping for my Grumman Gulfstream since I know I am now in line to WIN!

(as for concentrating on Grummans who would want to even bother showing up if you had to do it riding in a Cessna or Hawker?)

Now I know a 650 is out of my price range, even a used 550 (Epstein’s model) is out of my price range, but I think I may be able to snag an older G-5 for a respectable price. Only problem with all of those big G’s is you need a really big airport to land them at (they weigh 50,000+- lbs) and I would like to be able to go to midsized airports too (the no longer made “little G-150”, only 20,000#, just doesn’t have the distance range). Ah … the problems with figuring out what jet to buy … that is hard work!! I think I need to take a nap now so I can rest my mind, maybe my dreaming will tell me which one to buy once I cash in my winning ticket.

      • Yeah, a luxury jet is one of the few things you are better off renting ‘as needed’ rather than buy and maintain for intermittent usage.

      • Silly you two.. you both just tossed your money out the window on those tickets.. see I must have been the one that bought the winner..

    • Dude Stephen 2,

Grunions only come in one standard size. There is some variation in weight, as semilglutide concentrations in our waterways is still too low to have any affect. Here, see for Ureself..
