Now that I’ve rolled over 74-years-of-age, I have increased the daily dose of cynicism medicine.  Because, by God, Inquiring Minds Want to Know…

As the Birthday Weekend wraps up we just throw all the so-called news in the blender and see what sticks. Markets are closed in the U.S. because they can.

Crooked Border Biden

Mainstream hype in the corporate-run media this morning is that Joe Biden is a trip.  Literally: US President Joe Biden Makes Surprise Trip To Ukraine.  We have a problem (war) with both sides of the c/f:  The Russians are merely trying to band all the Russian speakers west of Moscow into membership in Russia.  Think of it as autonomous states without representation.  Very much like America.

The Big Joe Problem is that he’s got exactly the same situation on our Southern Border.  If Mexico tried to “reunify Spanish speakers, our war on that border would rage in half of Texas, and the southern halves of Arizona, New Mexico, and California.  Would Russia sending arms give you warm and fuzzies in such event? Kinda like that over there.

Not saying ultra lib media are totally wrong: Biden’s Plan to End the Border Crisis Is Already Working.  It’s just the outcome envisioned by the brain dead wokees doesn’t mention the fact that America’s larger non-white population previously (Blacks – 46.9 million) is being systematically replaced by Hispanics (62.1 million).

Since it’s my birthday weekend, I’ll mention that more than 87 percent of Americans were White when I was born and now, we’ve been reduced to 60.1 percent.  Which means everyone in America will be a minority of some color by 2040. All without a vote on the overall change.  And oh, so plausibly deniable by the people who made it so.  (It’s OK, racial replacement is deep seated in U.S. history and policy – ask Native Americans how that works – right?)

Back to point: Unlike Ukraine, the U.S. doesn’t have any internal sense of borders due to demographic dilution.  Either when it comes to border jumpers, or as we have discovered recently, neither can we get a line around a horrible train accident.  Column in the Boston Herald nails it:  Curley: Where’s Pete? Biden’s Transportation Secretary responds to Ohio disaster… by blaming Trump!

Wrong President?  Not sure about you, but the recent report that  Jimmy Carter receiving hospice care, Carter Center says, informs us “They got the wrong president!” 

Carter actually did a ton of honest work for Habitat for Humanity and wasn’t nearly as bad (policy-wise in terms of endangering forward American independence) as this clown posse.

Thing is, the Biden administration – or should I say O-Biden – leaves the southern US border under-protected while using chaos in Europe as a break-out market for the U.S. arms industry:  Poland’s Duda to push Biden on increasing US presence in country amid Russia threat: diplomat. Not everyone is as stupid as Americans.

Double-Dealing Joe

Another war front Biden is working (to Death Industry advantage) is the Turkey-Greece showdown to come.  The U.S. previously agreed to sell F-35 fighters to Greece. (Kah-ching!)  And then along comes Turkey (key to containing Russia from access to the giant Leviathan oil and gas fields to come on line) and now we’re selling F16s to them!  US reaffirms pledge to deliver F-16 jets to Turkey. Kah-Ching!

The best idea I have seen trial ballooned lately is this from the Miami Herald:  DeSantis suggests moving federal agencies outside DC.  Just leave the systemic corruption and bureaucratic over-government out, please?  Bring the restaurants, though.

Biden is making everyone involved and even those who are not spoiled children with the War Party agenda:  China slams Blinken’s comments on Russia-Ukraine war.  Which is watched closely as late April to the end of May is the weather window for China to “absorb” Taiwan.

Can’t be a tie with A.I. (write that down somewhere, it’s sure to become a long-term floating point around here.)

Yes, birthday weekend gone, another year on the personal timeline lit up, time to slack and rack for another day before the curse of day trading hits again.

Fortunately, I held back the urge to short the long weekend and with Slo on the Go to the Show, a rally tomorrow ain’t off the table.

      Yet the system does have its quirks. For example:

    • Not a war zone. If’fn you saw the vid clip of Biden and Zelensky walking in Kiev, you heard the air raid sirens go off in the background. A CNN reporter commented (para) what the hell, I haven’t heard a siren in six days and there’s been no shelling in weeks.

      The sirens were a theatrical prop.

      This should offend everyone in the Western world, especially the U.S.

      The Administration notified Russia to ensure there’d be neither an assault, nor any chance of a stray missile. As dementia-riddled as Biden is, he DOES have periods of lucidity. Harris does not.

      BTW, Zelensky mentioned during the visit that now that China has joined Russia, we are actually IN WW-III, that he expected hundreds of millions to die, and that he was perfectly okay with that, as long as they weren’t Ukrainians.

      I’m starting to not much care for Mr. Zelensky…

          3.the plan was released at what NATO and the USA would have to do to de-escalate the situation. NATO and the USA declined that solution posted one of their own.
          4. USA and Nato release to the media the thought that China was now a threat and possibly going to go into war with Russia against the USA and NATO countries
          5. Joe makes a visit to tell the Ukrainians that we are in it to win it..
          6. Joe visits Poland today to tell them we are in it to win it and gather support for them to now toss people into the war..
          7. Putin makes a national speech on all network channels in Russia today and has billboard signs set up promoting Russian escalation if it is forced upon them
          8. the Russian people are frustrated that Putin hasn’t taken a more aggressive approach to what is going on..

          so far we have not started to draft people for this.. but supply line changes are being noticed. will basics be harder to get again..
          local stores are seeing mega sales right now.. one store manager said they made four million in three days..

    Just floating a balloon here. Don’t shoot me down. Did eastern Ukraine regions have a vote in the 2019 election won by the servant of the people? My understanding is Donbas and Luhansk didn’t have local polling stations. Voters had to go to western Ukraine or a Ukrainian embassy in designated eligible countries such as the Finland to cast a ballot.

    • years ago I worked with balloons..mostly painting the graphics on the side..rather than a lawnchair ride with a BB gun.. I’d just take the champagne flight.it is on my bucket list….they plan the flight so you won’t have to worry about them shooting you down..enjoy the flight and with refreshments to boot.

Trump seems to have to prove he is an egotistical prick every once in a while, just to keep you on your toes.., while Musk doesn’t appear to care if you know it, or not. “Yeah.., I am., so what?” Kind of approach.

As a result he has not only created a bunch of REAL jobs, but the spin offs from his businesses are creating other jobs by the 10’s of thousands. Trump NEVER did any wealth creation for society that I can see, only for his own pocket.

      (I work in the business and I have NEVER seen real estate development OR casinos as generating “wealth creation” for society … I have yet to see real estate development CREATE long term well paying jobs by itself, instead it just SUCKS MONEY out of the true wealth created by others. Put a huge building in the middle of nowhere that is NOT supported by a real business … and it does nothing. It just sits there. Put a big factory in the middle of nowhere and lots and lots of people will make a decent living and as a result create many more jobs than just those in the factory)

    Elsewhere in London as power couple TRH Wills & Kate wowed adoring crowds at last night’s BAFTA awards, the German film “All Quiet on the Western Front” cleaned up. Meanwhile “Deutche Welle” paraded the arrival of Air Force One to Ukrainian airspace. A nation-wide sounding of air raid sirens heralded the arrival of another $500 million courtesy of Uncle Sam.     you take a refrigerator and unplug it. you open the door 2 hours later. everything inside still looks fresh and good. the outside of the fridge looks good. by all appearances everything looks the same. you wait a few days, by all appearances the outside of the fridge is looks the same. it looks good on the outside. you open it up. and some of the lettuce is starting to wilt an the strawberrys are soft, the milk has a little ring around the top, you open it up and its still smells good.

    you wait another week and you go over to the fridge. by all appearances the refrigerator is still looking good on the outside. everything looks normal. you open it up and now the lettuce inside has gone completely wilted, the strawberrys have a little fuzz growing on them and the milk has started to sour and curdle. on the outside everything looks OK. but inside the fridge is starting to rott.

    you wait another week. go to the fridge. sill looks by all appearances completely fine on the outside. you open it up and the stench of what is inside about knocks you down. All the food is rotten in side. there is mold and just a rotten mess.

    now you can hire a mathematician, a rocket scientist, a brain surgeon, a physicist, a line man, a Rabi and Priest and snap on tool man to come to your house and shout at the top of their lungs trigonometry and string theory, fuel systems and gravity and velocity equations, biological network systems, serotonin and dopamine receptors and quantum theory, shout high voltage resistors, amps and vote ohms, prayers quote scriptures, chants, blessings and speaking in tounges and every socket wrenche and screw driver in the world. have them shout all at once at the refrigerator the sum total of all their knowledge until they are blue in the face.

    but the refrigerator will not do what it is designed to do, until it is plugged into the power source. no matter how much knowledge is hurled at it.

    and although it may by all appearances look perfectly fine on the outside. everything inside is rotting away until it is attached to power.

    now a 3 year old little girl with pig tails who wants to grow up to be a kitty can walk up and plug the refrigerator into its power source, all the yucky stuff inside can be cleaned out and new stuff put in.

    but until someone plugs the refrigerator in to the power source. it will continue to not do what it was designed to do. and the sum total of all the knowledge in the world will not power it up. only power will do that.

    so, I say stay plugged in. because in the end, being pretty on the outside isn’t enough. especially if everything inside is rotting away. and especially if you think knowledge is power.

    Power is Power. you either have it or you don’t.

      what I find curiously interesting is in a persons mind.. you still feel twenty one..
      It isn’t until you physically try to replicate what you did at twenty one compared to today.. that it dawns on you.. Heck.. that is a definate limitation..
      I built our home from the ground up.. but because of an unscrupulous contractor that took the deposit money and ran.. I was forced to cut costs.. and where did I cut the costs.. roof fafters.. I changed the pitch from six twelve to four twelve.. the difference was a few hundred dollars.. ( don’t do it .. you want that pitch.. ) anyway.. it had been quite some time and I needed to dust the roof area with more insulation.. I crawled up the access panel.. only to realize.. I wasn’t the man I was in my forties.. I ended up having to hire a younger man that still could do that and he dusted the ceilings..
      mind says one thing.. oh you can do that.. the body says.. hey buddy you have limitations so be good to yourself..

        Yep. I made that discovery when I crawled under the house looking for a water leak. I’m not the man I was 40 years ago, I’m twice the man (in girth). I no longer fit under the beams under the house and was beginning to think my wife might have to call for a winch truck to pull me out.
        Ended up calling a plumber and paying $430 to get the job done.

      • LOOB, I absolutely agree. Still, if you don’t try, you won’t know. I’m a bit older than George, and I just built a simple wall here. It’s mostly done, but took longer than I’d have expected. I also don’t fit everywhere I used to. I get where you’re coming from re- 6/12 and 4/12. Perhaps a larger access hatch and ladder might help. I have a mixed pitch house with 6/12 and 3/12 and there’s certainly more room to move under the steeper pitch. It sheds snow much more easily too, but the shallower pitch is actually walkable(even with a metal roof). Moving around on a 6/12 metal roof is dicey without a chicken ladder and/or safety lines, especially if it’s new metal. If I had a wife, it might even lead to an animated discussion.

  31. Creality (Chinese 3D printer folks) is closing their US warehouse in March. Makes me think they know something we’re only wondering about.

    • I was thinking of buying a creality.. they make one that has a conveyor so you can litterally make a bumper or a long object without having to glue it all together.. That is bad news.. I wonder if people over there have an idea what is going on.. I got a bid on an object showing the newest version of it.. of an Item that I had bought years ago.. and a four day shipping time on it.. which kind of amazed me.. a good price considering what the equipment was for and the weight.. the one I have here weighs a few hundred pounds and it isn’t nearly as nice as the automated one..
      which has me curious if there is something they know or suspect that is going to happen and they want quick sales before it all happens..

I’ve been too busy with other important things to get up to speed on the machines, but redundancy is important. I’ll pass this on. Perhaps I need to buy yet another tool I won’t have time for!

      • The nice thing about 3D printers is that you put your design in the machine on a micro SD card, punch the button and go away until it’s finished. I’ve run some prints that took 36 hours to finish.
