Last night I was at the gym wearing my hoody. Just doing my thing. just finished my shoulder and arms routine. I racked up 450lbs to do some shugs. Some young fellas were on the rack next to me. They were all in their early 20’s were all looking at me and laughing and joking. One said to me, “Dont hurt yourself old man!” and belly laughed.
I took off my hoody and did 12 reps with 450lbs. Then i grabbed two 45lb plates (gripped together with a hand on each side) and did 12 shoulder press plate over and back. (you straight arm lift the plates infront of you over your head, then press them, then drop them behind your head trycept press them, then straight arm lower. repeat 12 times) most people cant do that excersise with a single 45 lb plate.
They all stopped laughing. I looked over and said, I probably have been lifting weights before your Mom was born. Dont let the white beard fool ya.

if you have never watched that show Peaky Blinders on netflix? I Highly recomend it. My favorite thing about that show is how Thomas Shelby always let his enemy think they were winning. Even to the point that he let his enemys publically humiliate him, then in a single blow they were down in the dirt bleading in defeat.

I was thinking real hard about stuff. It turns out that was a form of meditation. I was meditating pretty much whenever I was awake and not engaged in a work activity. I was turning electric things on and off by walking past them, and saw auras of people. It lasted for a few months and then stopped.
I learned later that I had a deceased relative who always saw colored lights around people. So, maybe a genetic thing.

I have followed your reports on the Light Crown since you started posting about it, particularly its effects on vision. I would have built one, but my vision issues preclude working with a soldering iron. I have wished an affordable one was available.
I followed the link in this post, and took a hard look at their product, which was long on references, user reports, but short on technical details.
It has 26, ea. 670nm LEDs in a rectangular array, delivers 8.1 J/cm, 45 nm/cm squared, is recharger, has a 3 min timer, and is supposed to be used for 3 min in the morning. There was no mention of the LEDs being modulated, which I believed you mentioned doing on your Light Crow. It costs $399.99.
I got on Amazon to review competitive 670nm products, and found glasses, and all kinds of LED panels.
The closest match I found were 670nm therapy glasses by Lukirch at $85. They have a double row of LEDs above the user’s eyes and can be worn over eyeglasses. I think they are lower power than the Arunalight glasses and have a timer with 15/20/30 min settings.
