    • the really sad part is .. he has the help of all the agencies and all the media outlets..
      We were talking last night around the fire.. about what is going on.. none of it is good.. it will come to a head though.. one of the gents was saying that they have been backlogged for years on new construction projects..
      This year.. there isn’t a single one of those big projects going on.. home building is slowing down because of cost and income.. and they are still building big apartment complexes..
      then someone asked about one of the local businesses.. and the one the wife works at.. the one the wife works at doesn’t make a dime.. he is spending money to keep them all working.. when he actually splits all his facilities and sees this.. it will change.. the other one has eleven employees and the owner.. I know he isn’t making a dime either.. how long before they downsize.. do like the old days.. mom and pop businesses only be run as long as mom and pop work it..
      with the last rate increase in utility costs.. they cut hours.. this time it isn’t just one.. it is all of them.. and they changed tax laws.. yup.. sucks I will know more in a week..

        • JC…on the three monkeys. are they a good luck charm or just agency heads… have you ever watched congress question the head ofthe FBI… his answer is always I haven’t seen that . I will go look and get back to you..
          when they question the head of the DOJ. his answer is I haven’t heard a thing the prosecuter has full authority and I will listen to what he says and get back to you…
          then there’s the head of the DHS . he sits there with that smug eat shit and die look and says nothing..
          see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil. even though it totally appears that they are being set up to take the fall.
          from what I see.they have lost the respect and their peers are questioning their ethics. waiting to see which way this flips.

        i read it yesterday and remembered.

        it was a note i wrote???? while in meditation. i didnt remember writting it. i found it in my hand when i came out of deep meditation.

        and shortly after i deleted everything off my old website.

        i forgot. i left it on a note pad on my old computer that was titled read this first.

        when i opened it up, that is what i read. and i remebered the note i found in my hand after meditating.

        of course, the ciggerette burn, is the same thing you see at the opening credits of the last rendition of The day the earth stood still, movie.

  9. well spring is almost here.. now the spice measurements are basic and can be altered to your personal taste..I myself like onion powder .. along with the garlic ..
    the trick is to fry up a small bit first then adjust accordingly..
    powdered milk is the binder..

    Homemade All Beef Hotdogs
    Everyone loves a good hotdog.
    Just beefy deliciousness.

    All Beef Hotdog Recipe:
    3 lbs. beef chuck roast (cubed to fit in the grinder)
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp. instacure aka pink salt
    1/4 tsp white pepper
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp ground mace
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. ground marjoram
    1/2 tsp ground celery seed NOT celery salt
    1 tsp mustard powder
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    1/2 tsp . hot paprika
    1/3_cup milk powder
    3/4 cup ice water

    Make sure EVERYTHING is cold! 35F or under. Equipment included.

    1. Cut up your meat to fit into your grinder.
    2. Using the large grinding plate, send your meat through.
    3. Place meat back in freezer while you set up your grinder with the smallest grinding plate.
    4. Send the meat through twice, making sure your meat does not go above 35F. If it does, place the meat back in the freezer.
    5. After 2 grinds through the smallest plate, place meat back in the freezer while you get the spice mix ready.
    6. Combine meat and spices in a bowl of a stand mixer OR you can use a food processor.
    7. On low, slowly mix the meat and spices. You don’t want spices flying everywhere.
    8. While the machine is running, slowing add your ice water.
    9. Mix the meat until you get a very smooth paste and it becomes nice and tacky.
    10. Fill your sausage stuffer and fit the horn with cellulose casing. You can use sheep casing if you want a snappy cased sausage.
    11. Stuff your sausages and link them up to your desired length. I went with bun length dogs.
    12. Place your hotdogs in the fridge overnight to let the cure and spices do their magic.
    13. Next day, seal them in vacuum bags and gently cook using a sous vide machine at 142F for 2 hours.
    14. After 2 hours, shock them in ice water to stop the cooking process and to let the fat firm up.
    15. Remove the hotdogs from their casings by snipping in between each link and gently squeeze them out of the casing.
    16. There most likely will be some fat on the outside of the hotdogs, which is normal. Rinse them quickly under warm water to clean that up.
    17. Now they are ready to be cooked up and enjoyed.
    18. You can vacuum seal the hotdogs and freeze them for up to 6 months.
    19. Since there aren’t any crazy preservatives in them, I wouldn’t store them in the fridge for more than a week.

    • I never did understand what was so great about the Kardashians..they can’t act. they can’t sing.. really the only thing I had seen is they could walk down a flight if stairs in a skin tight dress designe to show off their ample wares..

    Since everything is a business model, the Kardashians market the latest fashion in clothes, shoes, makeup, purses, body enhancements, and an elitist lifestyle. They make certain that the media follows them in everything they do, and who they are with wherever they go. It is critical that they are seen by the public, since so many people want to be like them. Amazingly enough, there are those people whose lives are filled by emulating the lives of celebrities. And, the marketeers want the Kardashians in the spotlight.
