Housing Ahead, Fresh Data Drops, World of Crazies

I’ve been up since 1 AM today, working on our “next big thing” over on the Peoplenomics side.  This report will be available for subscribers tomorrow morning.  Beside some neat “science of consciousness” work we’ll present the anatomy of a day trade which “bought lunch” for us Monday.

Housing data will be out at 8 AM central, so about 8:15 CDT should give us time for analysis and posting.

Hot Data

A couple of reports are just out: International Trade along with retail and wholesale inventories.  As we suggested, Cratering imports improved the balance of trade:

Some going into warehouses, seems like:

Color us skeptical.  We’re looking for a massive decline in Globalism’s influence.  Sure enough, already seen the Bain report: Asia private equity 2022 deals fell 44%; uncertainty ahead.

The Climate Stampede

Here we go again.  Handwringing and gnashing and the bum’s rush is on to scare you into stupid climate reactions.  The main ones of which include making up scarcity like slow Joe did with energy and war, while the other is chest beating by paid climate shills.  Renewables: Energy transition is way off track, IRENA report says.

What’s an IRENA?

The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) serves as the principal platform for international co-operation, a centre of excellence, and a repository of policy, technology, resource and financial knowledge,
and a driver of action the ground to advance the transformation of the global energy system. An international organisation established in 2011, IRENA promotes the widespread adoption and sustainable use of all forms of renewable energy, including bioenergy, geothermal, hydropower, ocean, solar and wind energy, in the pursuit of sustainable of sustainable development, energy access, energy security and low-carbon economic growth and prosperity.”

Not “force of law” in the U.S., except insofar as government officialdumb here is so stupid as to put any Soros-backed panic front-burner.

Let you in on a little secret:  Climate Change Hype is all a lie because there’s no change (except a stronger drift toward dictatorial corporate-communism) in its underlying economics.  If you want to end climate change, ground all billionaires, redistribute their wealth, end all advertising (pushed consumption) and radically revalue money so it has constant value and is directly fungible.

NO?  Old man Ure being a little tough on your Pansy-ass?  Want normal and change at the same time?  Light that duchy and call Soros.

We saw the world eating the Petri dish empty 25-years ago.  You get some cheap land and own it. Balance with it.  Then fight the leach layer out of politics, drive a 2000-pound (or less vehicle) scrap climate-killing regulations and stop trying to make a world out of delicately-balanced monetizations.  Not going to work.  There’s always a sub and you’re not rich enough to be a dom.  Denial sucks, don’t it?  So, you swallow climate bullshit instead. Not seeing how it’s just milking the last of the herd dry?  Don’t start me on this…

Eventually, when these rich pricks blow it all up, you’ll downscale anyway.  Might as well get used to it. Woke is a racist (White-shamming circle-jerk to deny social failure) obfuscation.  Enjoy it.

The Murder Cycle is Back

Haven’t looked at the calendar, but the mass shooting yesterday comes as no shock to us.  And the mainstream won’t question whether the perp was a tranny with issues because, well, as my back-up consigliere out in the high-rise jungle of Century City (W. L.A.) put it:

“Transgender guy posing as a woman becomes the first of his kind to engage in a mass shooting of three kids and three adults in Tennessee at a grammar school.  He had been a former student at the school and it seems safe to infer that his time there was not wholly edifying for him, probably on many levels.  PC liberals can be counted upon to blame the incident on Second Amendment rights and how the crazed fellow was driven to all this by the discrimination and abuse he encountered before turning to mass murder as a cathartic outlet.  There will, of course, be no discussion of transgenders being mentally deranged because reality is no longer in the liberal’s quiver.”

Oh, look!  He’s right!  White House Quick to Blame Republicans for Slaughtering of Kids at Nashville Christian School.  Surprised yet?

We hate to dwell on this, so go read Nashville school shooting: 6 killed including 3 students, shooter dead. Then remember what the data warned.  Apologists for trans promoters (like Canada) blame trans suicide rates on “unique stressors.” Burying data referencing straight communities, only offering a comparison on this page, for excample,  the rate as being twice as high of LBGs.

But in fact, the rate is much higher than trans persons. “The suicide attempt rate among transgender persons ranges from 32% to 50% across the countries. ” The quote from Suicide and Suicidal Behavior among Transgender Persons – PMC (nih.gov) is what’cha call science-based.   But, only sort of….

Suicide Facts and Myths – Transgender Trend offers what look like valid statistical/inferential questions about the data.

We are an organisation of parents, professionals and academics based in the UK who are concerned about the current trend to diagnose children as transgender, including the unprecedented number of teenage girls suddenly self-identifying as ‘trans’ (Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria or ROGD).”

Seems there are (poor pun alert!) a lot of holes in gender studies at this time.

Uh-huh.

News Talk

Ready for more OMR (old man reality)?

Where at the Hispanic people’s activist/hype class when there are problems in Mexico that could save lives, we wonder?  Fire at Mexico migrant facility near US border leaves 39 dead, officials say.  Reality: No, it’s easier to walk into Biden’s open border promised land.  Where are the advocates for Mexico’s hard workers?

Fried Trump, Try Again:  We are utterly befuddled how a callback for more testimony from a National Enquirer witness could be taken seriously by the wary grand jury that dems are desperate to steer toward indictment. Ex-National Enquirer publisher appears again before grand jury in Trump inquiry.  Seriously?  GITFU.

Remember,. the U.K. Started this latest escalation:  Why Russia Is Moving Nuclear Weapons to Belarus | Time but only after five days back Ukraine’s getting depleted-uranium tank rounds that can punch holes in Russian armor, and Moscow’s not happy about it.  Move up nukes pretty well sums up “not happy” I’d say.

One month from Taiwan Invasion/Reunification risk windows opening and in the wake of the Xi visit to Moscow:  Russian Navy test fires anti-ship missiles off Japan coast – UPI.com.  And speaking of which, I hope you notice how the Biden (war party) has kept the US media from focusing on Russia accepted China’s proposal: Plan for demilitarized zones at a depth of 100 km in Ukraine! – Will the conflict be “frozen”?. Naw.  Too much money in play.

ATR: From Our Analysts

Just because we “live apart” doesn’t mean we’re isolated.  A few worth quotes from the Reporter’s Notebook.

Warhammer first:

“Like a mashup of ‘Minority Report’ or ‘A Brave New World,’ this revolutionary, futuristic tech could be adapted to some rather dystopian applications.  From criminal investigations to job interviews, there will no longer be any secrets. From brain waves, this AI can sketch what you’re picturing

And can’t be attributed, of course, but the U.S. is ready for China to move on Taiwan.

“The thugs running China are running a big bluff once they get outside from their A2AD bubble. And they know perfectly well that after about 90 days of concerted blockade, the national gas gauge will be close to running on empty. And the overland alternatives will be at huge risk, cannot even begin to supply the demand anyway, and they are not in a position to protect those lines anyway outside of Chinese soil.”

Russian oil by rails is a non-starter for them.  Axle weight crunching reveals.

Will sense and hard logistics keep China out of Taiwan?  And what of the “terrorism” risk they might project via cartel-aided proxies in Phoenix and Taylor, Texas, where America’s fine-pitch semis future is being built?

There’s a path into future, but it could be bumpy.  And the CCP may rely on the embeds in key USG positions to hold back a Taiwan response.  Leaving us to ponder “Does Pops still have balls?”  Sharp pointy end of the spear folks are ready.  But is Joe?

Sleepless on speed crown.  Back in a few minutes with Housing.

Write when you get rich,

Global warming was the ruse. I believe in climate change. It’s what climate does. It would be good for those who beat the drum to participate in our salvation (if/then). Instead the loud talkers fly private, and run bigger SUVs than mine, and …

Worried about water in California? [now fixed by changeable Mother Nature] how about shutting down car washes. And fountains. And pools. Or capture / retain storm run-off instead of dumping it into the Pacific.

Do those ^ things _then_ ask for a drink.
    Until then? Shut it.

ps – it’s flooring installation day ATL. Can’t wait to get this done and put the entire house back together. Then on to manly improvements like chimney repair and a new roof.

    • Flooring is a bear – not so much because it’s difficult or dangerous, but everything needs to go somewhere else. It’s a visual thing, so it needs to be done right. Good luck and go easy on your knees.

    • They could use some clean water in Philadelphia…

“America is deteriorating so quickly that it’s hard to consider it a first-world nation due to the lack of clean drinking water. There was a massive chemical spill in Bristol, PA, on Friday. Officials failed to make an announcement until Sunday afternoon. Numerous people have sent me links saying they first learned about the chemical spill through TikTok, not traditional media. Over 1.5 million people call the Philadelphia area home, as it is the sixth-largest city in the US. The city sent out a mass text on Sunday, but the surrounding areas were not informed. At this time, the government is doing absolutely nothing to help.”

  2. I still haven’t seen a definitive article that says WHICH way this …. person …., the shooter, was transitioning. The NewsMax article this morning says it was a “woman” but don’t know if they’re just being their typical PC selves over there or what. (NM is just about as biased toward PC as the rest of the MSM. Say “stolen election” in the comments section and your comment disappears almost instantly) People on ZH were going both ways, too, yesterday. One person said the shooter was a high-functioning Autistic which should have definitely put a red flag (oops) on them ever getting close to a firearm after the Sandy Hook affair. We’ll just have to see how the firearm was acquired as the story is told (read: repackaged by the libs) in dribs and drabs.

But, of course, no one in the school had a gun ….

Re: Warhammer’s comment – It seems that ALL, A-L-L, tech is geared now toward control of the masses. They’ve dropped the façade of “convenience” now, pretty much, but it seems that the idea is so ingrained in peoples’ minds that they don’t have to push it any more. It’s pure momentum on so many levels that it’s self-perpetuating.

I had to get a new phone due to our carrier here selling out to a nation-wide company. It’s the same model as my previous phone but shutting down all the Internet and other “OICU” functions has been a real challenge. I had kept from updating my old one but this one came with it already installed. Apple is just as bad as M$oft in moving things around so you can’t find them.

    • The saddest thing is trans-regrets. Such things can’t be undone, and she can never become an XY man. The best she can do is pass, and men must constantly compete to get and keep a desirable woman(if that’s what she wants).

      • I have personally witnessed what the ‘education system’ is doing to vulnerable children. Niece of a friend, a love child of unmarried mother was well cared for by mom in another area. Mom moved back closer to family and married a sweetheart who is a wealthy business owner. They want for nothing. Her daughter was a fickle child, but never expressed any ‘trans’ ideas or needs. But I remember her desperately wanting a colorful little love bird. After some time the parents relented and bought her the bird. After one day of caring for the bird… and learning she would have to train the bird to do as she wished, she gave up and abandoned the bird, giving it away.

After another year in the schools she announced she wanted to be a boy. Last I saw her… prepubescent yet… she was dressed in boy’s clothes with a tight corset around her chest to keep her breasts from developing, and has adopted a boy’s name now. Knowing the former mental disposition of this child, I see nothing but disappointment and regrets ahead for her. I can see a lot of that happening in the ‘trans’ community. If they were so easily steered away from their organic identity, they will never be a stable, self-assured human being.

        • What is even worse is that psychologists in most places aren’t allowed to council kids like this to draw them away from their destructive leanings.

  3. re- ” this AI can sketch what you’re picturing”:

That would be fascinating, since I’ve not been able to picture anything at all in my mind! It would be worth a trip to Singapore(on them) to meet the fascinating Dr Zijiao Chen and her (apparently) all female cast of researchers, and then spending at least 20 hours in their multi-tesla fMRI field. Perhaps it would change me for the better(or otherwise).

    • NM Mike – excellent observation RE: meeting up with Dr. Chen and her mind-reading all female case for 20 hours . . . sounds like a potential plot for an X-rated flick. “Is it virtual or is it . . . . “ Hmmm!

    • Could be a scam. Women have always been able to read men’s minds. We never stray far from the mean. Beware of the tight lab coats and fishnet stockings. If they offer you something to drink – it’s time to r-u-n-n-o-f-t.

  4. “Fried Trump, Try Again: We are utterly befuddled how a callback for more testimony from a National Enquirer witness could be taken seriously by the wary grand jury that dems are desperate to steer toward indictment.”

I am sad to say he’s going down no matter what..and if the courts don’t do it for them .. I feel they will get creative.. didn’t he list one of the string pullers as an enemy of the state.. and threw a monkey wrench into the whole let’s stuff big buck billies pockets…
I believe that’s why no 9ne in congress is making a fuss.. it’s all tied in to being owned and controlled..

    feat. Ghana

    Folks,

VP Harris posed for a happy group photo beneath “Viral” graffiti outside the Vibration studio at a skatepark in Accra, Ghana. Accompanying Hollywood star Sheryl Lee Ralph, wife of a Democratic senator, instagrammed the moment.

Meanwhile, Accra’s Peace FM Online reports that the US Embassy in Lusaka is reaching out to the populace. Authorities wish to pinpoint the location of VP Harris’ Indian grandfather’s home whom she visited as a child. Apparently this is with regards to celebrating the diaspora.

      Folks,

The state owned broadcaster, Radio France, has offered up an interesting sequence of breakfast special stories the past three days –
1/ Brav M (Paris riot police)
      2/ water bottles
3/ Black Bloc (left wing anarchists).

Meanwhile a wealthy French socialist banker and avid videogame player in tandem with a Czech billionaire distributing Russian gas who is one of the largest shareholders of the UK’s Royal Mail founded by King Henry VIII in 1516 offers a street level update from a cancelled stop on the King Charles Royal Tour:

  6. George,

“…radically revalue money so it has constant value and is directly fungible.”
    ,,, G Ure
All of this was done in the late 1700’s in the Constitution !

    Article 1, Sect 8, Clause 5:
“Congress shall have the power to coin money, regulate it’s value, and of foreign coin.”
a, Coin is metal (Not paper). Coins carry no interest and would instantly solve a majority of the Federal Debt.
    b. Regulate means maintaining constant value.
    c. Foreign coin would be I suspect, all forms of Bitcoin.

Also, the Congress cannot assign to others what it’s required to do under the Constitution (Many Supreme Court rulings).
The Federal Reserve being not federal, and having no reserves, is totally unconstitutional. All it’s legitimate functions can be handled by the Dept, of The Treasury. It’s employees should get a salary period.

For several decades the mantra to justify the Fed Reserve was to claim it’s separation from politics – how is that working out for us now? Where is the Constitutional authorization for this ????

The solution, as I see it, is there are no teeth to hold Congress critters feet to the fire. They break their oaths every day, each time committing the class 1 felony of perjury. We forget that before 1913 the US Senators were appointed by the Legislature in each State. Why? It takes three ‘signatures’ to spend “Federal Money”, when the federal Govt, spends more than the receipts from excises, imports, and duties it used to send an apportioned bill to each of the States to collect the overage. Then the legislatures in the States would decide how to tax those who elected them to office, then the instructions went to the local Sheriffs to collect the money. One doesn’t need much imagination to guess at the instructions given to the US Senators. If this procedure is raised today you will be told that this is no longer the case as it was altered by the passage of the 17th amendment – WRONG as the 17th was NOT Constitutionally ratified ad is therefore null, void and of no effect (ditto for the 16th amendment).

  7. North Korea Unveils New Nuclear Warheads That Experts Say Could Reach US

North Korea on Tuesday unveiled new nuclear warheads that experts say could be used in missiles that can strike the United States. North Korea’s unveiling of the new weapons comes amid increased tensions in the region, as the regime threatens retaliation against the United States and South Korea. Earlier this month, North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un’s sister warned that interference with North Korea’s weapon tests would constitute a “declaration of war.”

  8. Obama’s Man in China Now Beijing’s Man in Washington

As the novel coronavirus wreaks havoc across the world, the Obama administration’s ambassador to China has found a second lease on life as a pro-China talking head on regime propaganda outlets. Former ambassador Max Baucus has given at least four different interviews to Chinese propaganda outlets in the last two weeks, repeatedly comparing the U.S. rhetoric about China to both the McCarthy era and Nazi Germany.

  9. A Guide to Understanding the Hoax of the Century

In 1950, Sen. Joseph McCarthy claimed that he had proof of a communist spy ring operating inside the government. The point was the power of the accusation, which made McCarthy’s name synonymous with the politics of the era.

For more than half a century, McCarthyism stood as a defining chapter in the worldview of American liberals: a warning about the dangerous allure of blacklists, witch hunts, and demagogues.

Until 2017, that is, when another list of alleged Russian agents roiled the American press and political class. A new outfit called Hamilton 68 claimed to have discovered hundreds of Russian-affiliated accounts that had infiltrated Twitter to sow chaos and help Donald Trump win the election.

  10. The Great Food Reset has begun

France is in flames. Israel is erupting. America is facing a second January 6. In the Netherlands, however, the political establishment is reeling from an entirely different type of protest — one that, perhaps more than any other raging today, threatens to destabilise the global order. The victory of the Farmer-Citizen Movement (BBB) in the recent provincial elections represents an extraordinary result for an anti-establishment party that was formed just over three years ago.
