“The Mrs” cooked dinner tonight. First time since November. I have been slightly discouraging her., just waiting.
Tonight I went into the kitchen to get dinner started and she walked in and announced she was cooking dinner tonight., and just starred at me.
“Cool. I was going to make my near famous, always compliment teriyaki meat balls and rice.” and smiled. I have waited for this. Not her ability.., her attitude.
“I can do that., I’ve seen you do it.” I told her what I had done so far.., made a small pot of green-mint tea., grabbed a new seed catalog and camped out at the bistro table to watch.
She did just great.
