When to Short a Darkening Future

Other than more Fed-Speak today – and a PMI number just after the open – a large chunk of mental processor clicks is being devoted to solving the unknowable.  Namely, when to short this bloated pig of a market.

Our consigliere thinks we may have until sometime after Labor Day.  Because a gigantic “fall in the Fall” would fit so many of the remaining pieces in the Puzzle of Collapse into neat little patterns.  Not that it matters; there are two-ways to play it. One is a spring minor Elliott wave 1 down, then a rally as the Summer Rally, only to let loose on the world in Fall.  The other way? The markets simply continue exploding higher.

Makes for an interesting review of contrary indicators.  In the Peoplenomics report tomorrow, there will be almost a dozen and a half charts, but two worth eyeing this morning are the ongoing rally in the Aggregate Index:

The week, as we feared, was remarkable for its upside bias, which was hidden if you looked at only “the discretes” – in other words, the major indices.

Still, even here, our differential moving average crossings were pointing to an aversion to ending a recent test of the cross-over region.  Remember that in this chart, when the blue line (fast) is above the slow line (red) the market is in a position where a move higher is increasingly likely.

As long as the “blue over red, be bull or be dead” is still fogging the mirror.

Inflation is Not Wealth

Humans are uniquely fallible in a curious way. Optics of money.

You take Japan, for example.  Stock market today: World stocks track Wall Street gains, Japan shares hit record high (sfgate.com).  Sounds great. Until, that is, you remember the last flurry of records were notched in 1989.  Here, let me help you with the math: Today in 2024 to the Value peak was 35-years ago.

But in terms of gold, or effective price parity measures? Gold in Yen Hits New Record as Nikkei Finally Beats 1989 Bubble Top was reported last week.

The basis of Yen/Gold is the same as the Loaves of Bread calculations behind other world indices.  Like overnight, Australia’s stock market closed over 8,000.  Victory of Victorians?  Or something else?

Despite the (laughable) personal income figures, we are reminded that inflation distortions are all too real.  As my collection of Zimbabwe Agriculture notes (Oh! I’m a multi-trillionaire, by-the-by) testifies, or the odd US Civil War notes, the Weimar Germany Marks, or recently Venezuela, always count loaves. That’s where Truth lives.

Further emphasized by the recent price of Bitcoin.  Which fell back to $62,000 overnight.

Not question, though, while BTC and the other notionals head higher, the decision-making comes down to these salient proints:

  • Will prices (everything) generally continue higher? (Yes. Duh.)
  • Will you be able to purchase significantly more underlying consumables (like bread) with those gains.
  • And – if you are – then will your profit disappear after transaction costs?  In other words, when you eat the sell-buy and then the buy-sell costs, are you any further ahead?

Ponderous deliberations.  Which, after spending most of the night in an emergency room with Elaine (which we’ll explain later, though she’s fine and fit now…) remains a pile of questions, a pallet of calculations, and a library of speculations.

All we seem to be able to do between a possible rally into the weekend today is wonder “Which weekend will it all blow over?”

Here’s Where Creepy-Crawlers Count

Events – the stuff of headlines – exist to “throw rocks at the future.” When a certain rock hits home, that version of Future “Pops!” to us the Wolf notation.

Ukraine for the Weekend then:

  • My consigliere expects Russia will run a mass mechanized mobile movement to cut off the south of Ukraine. A blitz-like run over into lands that were Macedonian (and adjacent) in Nostradamus‘ time. “Russia will make its move before the Mud Season in Ukraine.”  Which says the AI decoder ring “Precipitation falls predominately in summer to fall months, with June and July typically having the highest rainfall (67 mm)” in UKR.
  • You remember the fun times in the Balkans during the Kosovo war 20-some years ago? (1998)  Hard feelings just won’t seem to pass. Kosovo’s Serbs hit by lines, limited withdrawals after currency ban. Is the Move on Money a prequel event to Russia’s driving toward first Odessa and then (who knows?)?
  • But it’s likely something other money manipulations for indicate.  Try Drones Strike Odesa from Black Sea, Ukrainian Troops Withdraw from Villages. Which means a Russian southern thrust would have less pacification work to do.  At the same time, Russia’s definitely going for the Ukraine jugular: In February, a record 8 million tons of cargo were exported through the maritime corridor.Putin’s a student of history – so he won’t attack Kyiv – he will simply close Black Sea access and turn Ukraine into a rump state.”

But will that poop this weekend?  Even if Iranian-made arms are showing up in use against NATO’s pals?   Which – again – weighs on outlooks because there are elections this weekend in Iran. Polling suggests Iran’s 2024 parliamentary election will see record low turnout | Middle East Institute.  At least for now, this one doesn’t scream “Short and get rich over the weekend” to us.

Gaza Deal Folds

This also looks like a “pivot weekend” following the appearances this week that a Ramadan ceasefire in Gaza is DOA.  This means the first weekend when the re-hardened positions will be at a logical breaking point in a week. Ramadan begins next weekend.

For this weekend, looks like just more “talk-talk” is being served.  European Parliament Calls For Unconditional ‘Immediate and Permanent’ Ceasefire In Gaza.

Other Malleable Futures

Too early for the domestic totalitarian State actors behind the curtains to come out.  The propaganda assassination of Donald Trump might still work out, although his chances of being on the ballot appear high – most – but not all – places.

Leaving the weekend’s play as:

Around the Ranch: TBPA

Transient blood pressure adventure overnight. There we were, binging season 2 of Jack Reacher when Elaine, sitting at the kitchen counter, announced “I just got a terrible headache between my eyes…”

Ure’s “running card response” was:

  • Take her BP – (194/108, very high)
  • Speed dial G2 on how many baby aspirin to onboard (2, chewed well with water, not 4 because of increased bleeding risk if a stroke). Get local paramedic enroute.
  • Call 9-1-1 and get them started while redoing BP.
  • While this was going on, G2’s fire buddy Dax was scrambled.
  • On scene in 4-minutes, I’d gotten the AED ready, while running continuous BP updates.
  • Elaine was stable, but high BP (178/94, pulse down into upper 80s now…).
  • 20-minutes in, Palestine Regional medic unit with Doug and Brittany are on her with a 4-lead, BP still too high so a 12-lead.
  • Decision to transport, IV’s started and an initial “knock-down” med started.
  • Over the next hour, G2 was on night vision web cam control, I rounded up the papers, secured the building and rolled.
  • By now it was 9:50 as I rolled into the ER ready for anything…

The good news? The pre-planned response was flawless all around. We were home at 1:40 AM.  All the right calls were made.

And in a (long) series of tests, leading to discharge a few minutes after 1 AM and driving home in light rain arriving at 1:30 AM, Elaine was (near as ever) normal again with nothing found in multiple head, neck, and chest CT-scans and x-rays with contrast.

Don’t know if we will ever know what it was.  Not heart, for sure: troponin sticks (normal and high sense) were both normal.  We will be getting some precautionary meds today and in for the PCP for eval next week.

But the takeaways here are useful: Plan the Plan, run the Plan, analyze the plan.

While writing the morning’s column, I’m still arguing with my decision to call G2 on right aspirin load and rolling Dax the local paramedic rockstar, or whether I should have rolled 9-1-1 first.  But took them 25-minutes to get here, Dax was intervention-ready in 4-minutes.

The shareable takeaway?  When you are in our age group, you need to have in place very precise, specifically actionable plans and the ability to run them.  Because one of these days, it might not just be getting over-stimulated by an action-adventure show on television.

In fact, her condition may have been triggered by binging action-adventure. Are action movies bad for weak hearts? | Action and adventure films | The Guardian and The relationship between exposure to violence and blood pressure mechanisms – PubMed (nih.gov) may have been at work.

I’ll keep you posted. But, for now, back to my main mission of the morning (after the grocery run): More nondestructive testing of my pillow.  Columns on 3-hours of sleep are outside the “normal operating envelope.”

  1. Seems like one asprin inmediately was a choice…

But things do seem clearer this morning, with no cataracts.

  2. George,
As usual, your news and finance screed was enlightening. But your account of the BP incident with Elaine made the column immediately important and useful. Time for me to post some phone numbers on the fridge, make some copies of insurance and medical records for the “go bag”, and make sure all of the “might need in a hurry” meds are fresh, (including BP machine and pulse oximeter batteries), labeled, and organized on a dedicated shelf in the bedroom closet rather than scattered as they are now among diverse closets, cupboards, and drawers.

  3. Prayers and blessings to Elaine. Glad she is home and doing better.
Correct. 911 first then secondary calls. Now it’s time to take care of George.

  4. A phone call to G2 was the right one, IMHO.

Direct, actionable knowledge is better than something else, even if it is only ~5 minutes away.

    Rest well

  5. ” inflation distortions are all too real”

The bailout complex doesn’t work without inflation. Thus, ask on a 1 ounce bag of potato chips is .99 cent. And these are the ‘good ‘old days’. The next president will have to double the debt.

Ask on 1 ounce bag of potato chips will more than double to $3.00+ around 2029 do to the inefficiencies of the inflation.

  6. HI George and fellow viewers

I was surprised the second largest fire in US history didn’t rate more than a paragraph. When ever there’s a disaster. I cant help but remember Hillary’s very educational words. “Never waste a good crisis”. I seem to have altered it in my head a bit I guess. I remembered it differently as “never let a good disaster go to waste”

I always seem to feel when ever a situation is showing itself to the public, “look over here”. What is it I really need to be looking at.
Is Texas going to need to pull people off the boarder for this. I dunno, I’m in Florida.

anywho glad Elaine’s better. Have a great weekend all. Keep stacking those sats, we’re still early

    George

    • you mentioned stats.

i just got back the results of my physical.

my testosterone levels went up 200 points to 940. perfectly healryg prostate, insuline levels perfect. The doctor just said, ” Im in perfect health. Everything is perfect. He said your testosterone is at 940, which is high for a 30 year old. Blood sugar, cholesteral levels, white blood cell count. Etc etc. Actually all your results are what we expect to see in a 30 year old physically fit Man. So you are 53 years old in the body of a perfectly healthy 30 year old.”

i said how did it go up? how did i get healthier? im kinda getting old.

he said what has changed in the last year.

i said, well, I dont sit in traffic, i dont ever eat fast food. (We dont have fast food here) i eat elk, deer, bison, free range beef, wild turkey, free range chicken, and all local grown vegtibles. Like carrots and potatoes grown just a half mile away. I dont eat any processed foods. Ever. zero processed foods.

If i eat something it doesnt have a long list of ingrediants including red dye #5 and all that shit.

I drink milk from the local dairy that on the side of the carton it says two words. Cow milk.

If i eat bacon? It says on the package of ingreadiants, real pig meat. i kid you not. hahaha.

If i eat turkey, it was shot on the front lawn that day and a pile of feathers is the ingrediants not in it.

if i eat some carrots. they came right out of the ground right outside the house.

He said well, reduced stress and healthy diet and living can retore all that to healthy good ranges. Pretty cool.

shit, i was going to go to arizona. i might just stay up here on the mountain and live forever.

      haha.

i didnt even have one pollip.

when i got my physical everyone in the house had covid. but not me.

stacking stats? yes sir. will do.

okay, all my bills are paid with no late fees, lots of food in the cupbards, got a good bed and good company in it. im 53, not to be confused with directorat 53, in the body of a physically fit 30 year old. so when im 73, i should feel 50.

i spose, i can stop being a whiny tit baby now.

      and enjoy life.

per your other part of your comment,

Farmers burn their fields to remove plants that are already growing and to help the plants that are about to come up. These burns are often called “prescribed burns” because they are used to improve the health of the field.

and their be alot of that going on summer of 2024.

there is alot of that going geo politically, in the weaponized entertainment industry, the weaponized tech industry and in the —>> weaponized wealth management systems.

      times are a changing.

  7. Any excessive salt consumption or new supplements? Licorice root ?Stressful phone calls or news? Spousal aggravation ? Sometimes having beta blockers on hand for transient episodes can help if you can take them (which I can’t). ARB’s work. I’ve been up close to that in pre-op laying on the table waiting for a surgeon who showed up way late to work. A dose of happy juice cured. 120/75 coming out from anesthethia on that occasion.

    • Glad Elaine is doing well now.

I went to the dentist a week ago and the nice dental hygienist took my BP; in 42 years, this is the first time a dental hygienist has ever taken my BP.

      She said it was 255/140.

I kindly and nicely told her that it was a mistake, that I never run high on my BP. So, she pulled out another device; not as high, but not good. Told me I needed to go to the doctor.

Well, I got home and took my BP with our own cuff, and it was just fine, not high at all.

      What was that? Dental Nerves?

      • I have the same kind of reaction to medical settings. The fire/wildland/emt/ohst son says it’s called white coast syndrome and I have it bad – sounds like you do too.
Talk to your doc – have your vitamin d3 levels checked…that’s how I reduced my systolic (big #) by 20-opints. That and 100 ml of vodka for the afternoon martin. Measured in a calibrated beaker.

        • Yeah, I have ‘white coat syndrome’ too. Always higher at the Doc’s office than at home. He had me bring my cuff device in to check against his reading once. Both read high when the nurse took my reading. As I sat in the empty exam room waiting, I relaxed and imagined myself relaxed at home. Took my reading and it was 30 points lower. When Doc came in I showed him that lower reading. So he took his reading again, and I took it with mine. Both were high again. He tells me variable blood pressure may not be a problem as long as it does not affect the kidneys. Too high too long and kidneys begin to ‘leak protein’. So now he checks my urine at every test & exam. So far so good. Many years back another Doc put me on blood pressure meds, and I did not do well on them. Numb feet and falls. I quit them when they interacted badly with another treatment and will not go back on them unless absolutely… and provably… necessary.

        • (“Yeah, I have ‘white coat syndrome’ too. Always higher at the “)

lol lol through the years I have had medical school students work beside me .. now .. not saying they were wrong..but on many occasions the student would take 20-30 bp.. and hand me the list..dam if they all weren’t exactly perfect..lol lol then we would go back and do them all over again..

        • You know.. I have eczema one big patch in the center of both hands.. sometimes they crack and bleed.. and in my ears.. nasty stuff.. a good friend told me the secrets of Vitamin D3 and I started taking it religiously.. wouldn’t you know it.. but you can see it is still there but no cracking and bleeding.. my ears haven’t itched since I started.. it is one of the best things I have ever started taking…
I owe a great deal to BIC for telling me that.. I cannot thank him enough…

      • Pain, threat of pain, or imminent mortal danger will get you a 10 – 15 point rise in diastolic and 10 – 50 points on the systolic. In my case, my name is similar to a local outlaw (currently in the state pen), and despite the fact that I am not related (he was adopted) to him or his estranged stepfather, I’m 75 lbs heavier, 15 years older, no family resemblance, and my name is not really that close, I have gotten more vigilante incidents at medical facilities than anywhere. I have also had diagnostic sessions where there was a lot of screaming due to pain issues in the distant past, unrelated to the vigilante episodes. I have come to regard medical facilities as death traps, and the squirrelier and more brutal they act, the higher my blood pressure goes. The smart @sses always find an excuse to make me take off my shirt, so they can see if I have a prominent scar that my near namesake is known to have. I have literally walked out of medical facilities into vigilante inspired police ambushes in years past.
In my case, white coat syndrome is a conditioned Pavlovian response. I’m guessing that Others have had varying degrees of conditioning by medical “professionals”.

        • I understand completely! I studied medicine in medical school for long enough to realize that if I ever practiced medicine as I’d choose to, I’d lose my license in six months or less.

I don’t trust a system that’s as monolithic and authoritarian as modern medicine, nor hospitals that are built and run as low risk jails. I don’t appreciate the loss of freedom when becoming a “patient” and have never visited a medical institution in that role ever as an adult. I’m fully aware of my medical limitations and realize that I’ll die, likely in the next decade. Ideally, it will happen without medical intervention and probably alone at home. I don’t appreciate being poked and prodded by anyone unless she’s an intimate. I endure dentists reluctantly and as little as possible for tolerable results. My hygienist tried the BP nonsense and now I’m seeking a new one.

My BP is whatever it is – nothing I can do about it beyond what I’m doing already. PTSD or CPTSD causes chronic elevated endogenous cortisol and that doesn’t help. Meditation and exercise does. Oxytocin from a loving female bedmate does too. Living at high elevation has its effects – I’m not sure if they’re net positive or negative.

Seeing an MD is a non-starter. If I can’t buy useful meds OTC, then I’ll do without.

At least I’m not aware of any criminal with a similar look or name to mine.

But I have no other symptoms. While a day at home puts me at 135/75………..runs in family, unfortunately, my grandfather had the same issues. And one day he came home from work and passed from a stroke. Since Dax can be there in 4, and the 911 in 25. perhaps knowing this now in practice you call 911 first to get them rolling, and THEN Dax? Or text G2 while calling other two.
I think either way sounds like only minutes difference , but minutes count.
In any case sounds like excellent planning, well executed, and well done the results.
    Thoughts and prayers going up.

  13. thank god Lady Elaine is ok…that’s how it happens when my little woman has a TIA…she usually pops back with little or no evidence that she’s had one.. but after several of them and one big one you can see the slight consequences of them occurring.

  14. You made all the right decisions.
(I knew something was up when the column was late.)

Don’t stress her. You ARE a source of stress. Placid non-pestering is good. Supply needs; don’t “hover,” but be a companion.

For a time, she will be the center of all things. Just don’t let her know that.

  15. Just a thought I had. I think one of the reasons why we, we being, “The Country”., has not followed the regular pattern of the Federal Reserve raising interest rate – recession soon follows., then stock markets sell-off.., is the financial make up of the country in general.
    – In 1980 66% of the S&P500 was made up from manufacturing [ let borrow some money and go build some shit.] and only 14% was technology driven [ we don’t own very much and manufacture overseas.]
    – So, when interest rates suddenly started to climb manufacturing suffered the most and it was over two-thirds of the stock market.
    – This time around as “The Fed” aggressively raised interest rates the manufacturing sector is only 18% of the S&P and Technology is nearly 50%. Much less impact on the economy overall.
    – “Let’s go build some shit” – doesn’t have the major roll it once did., and the, “We don’t own very much and manufacture overseas” crowd is less impacted by the financial manipulations of the Federal Reserve.
    – That does not mean a recession won’t occur – what ‘The Fed’ does over the next 90 days, or so, may be the most important part of their “grand scheme” to save the world as we know it and keep inflation at least ‘tamed’ somewhat., without causing too much blow-back.
    – However., there are so many outside influences that could crash the entire economic party – there is only so much they can do. [ What will the ‘The Fed’ do if a mushroom cloud appears over Israel?] Trying to set those chess pieces to be able to maneuver an economy in such an event…, ? With an unsustainable Debt & Deficit..,?” Daunting., to say the least.

  16. “The basis of Yen/Gold is the same as the Loaves of Bread calculations behind other world indices.”

My IQ will never be close to yours — but I always wondered why you did not pay attention to that fact in the interpretation of the stock markets. Yes you write about it, but emotionally you never understood it clearly until above ?!

Excess money creation around the globe doesn’t give a dime about Elliot Waves. That’s my thinking.

    • seen this tidbit in another news post on the feds and the looming recession ..
(” One might mistakenly think news today that the national debt is now rising by a trillion dollars every hundred days would have put a little funding pressure on”)

but not one word about the interest we are liable for on what we borrow. right now if I am not mistaken..it’s at the doubling stage either every year or every six months..
granted it seems that the federal reserve found the goose that lays the gold eggs.. but can it lay enough gold eggs to pay for the millions of illegals crossing the borders?
send them all to California Chicago DC ( hell DC isn’t even a part of the usa. let them deal with it) nyc and other sanctuary cities..

        Who/What races/genotypes targeted by covert19?

In Ure face – when you know where to look..

        • Here it is on one site:

          https://pdfdrive.to/top-pan-europa-books

Of course, written by our ‘hate-Whitey’ internationalist: Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi.

The titles that I could find do not go back 100 years, but the plan was put in play at least 100 years ago if not earlier.

On this site, was published the list of the targeted races for Covid 19:

          1) White race;
          2) Black race;
          3) Yellow race;
          4) Brown race;
          5) Least affected, Jewish race.

Yes, they have collected enough DNA, (also much more DNA collection through the nasal swabs), to have studied this down to the very elemental level.

The attack went to the different variations in the lungs, minimally, based on race.

          http://www.rense.com

Go to Rense, the featured video at the very top has an old interview with Mohammad Ali about RACE. It’s a GREAT view, argument, for LOVING ONE’S RACE.

When the White race loves themselves by trying to keep their culture, customs, dna, religion, laws, protect their children, and families, and mostly associate with each other, they are called WHITE SUPREMACISTS.

When other races do it, they are called a strong FAMILY culture, or they are called TRIBAL, or they hang because of their common RELIGION for example, ISRAEL, a country for the Jews, created/funded/supported by wars for the Jews, or any other supportive adjectives.

Where is the country allowed to be majority White, culture, community, beliefs, Christian?

          Continued attacks on Whitey.

          https://www.bizpacreview.com/2024/03/01/white-rural-voters-are-now-a-threat-to-democracy-new-racist-narrative-pushes-trashing-of-whites-1441450/

Didn’t HIllary refer to rural Americans as “FLY OVER COUNTRY” and “DEPLORABLES”, now we have been elevated to:

“Second, they’re the most conspiracist group. QAnon support and subscribers, election denialism, COVID denialism and scientific skepticism, Obama birtherism,” he continued. “Third, anti-democratic sentiments. They don’t believe in an independent press, free speech. They’re most likely to say the president should be able to act unilaterally without any checks from Congress, or the courts or the bureaucracy,” Schaller said, rattling off the traits of the modern Democratic Party only transferring them to Trump voters.”

I only picked that one paragraph, the WHOLE premise is one BIG HATE WHITEY TRANSFER of LEFTIST POLICIES/ACTIONS/ACTIVITIES, BY THE LEFTISTS TO THE REMAINING WHITE AREAS AND BLOCKS OF PEOPLE not yet multi-culturalized and invaded out of existence.

Watch out, Rural Whitey, the well-funded forces of legions of leftist/government/ngo/foreign attack policies and forces are aligning themselves against you.

Soon, instead of bombs, you will be covered in illegal immigrant drop offs, forcing your little towns, cities, and states to use taxpayer money to provide for your replacement, and no, it doesn’t matter if you cannot communicate with these invaders. (Taxes gonna continue to go Up, and Up, and Up!)

This will push more hiring of bi-tri-lingual people and leave you and your children and grandchildren out of hiring opportunities for generations to come.

  17. You might keep your head on a swivel this weekend , pedo joe went to the bunker at camp david til Monday.

  18. i happy to hear about E’s doing well. Thank Goodness. Well done.

interesting that the head ache was between the eyes.

it has been my experiance head aches there, come before one has a ~ Vision ~.

yin ia female, left side of the brain. yang, male, right side of the body comes to the rescue, where two become one.

the issue at hand was found center between each.

    hmmmm.

    the future???

and good to hear about the light rain.

from Ure adavantage point, it seems its going to be a Hot, Hot, very Hot summer.

speaking on the topic of the other side of Mountain D.e.w.

perhapse that is why i keep hearing the song, “Highway to Hell” by ACDC.

i know the song Highway to hell has nothing to with me personally, but the last time i heard it come on the radio, i was traveling through the Shasta mountains and it lookes like a nuclear bomb had gone off. everything was burned to a sinder and ash.

and fire and ash come before a revival new growth.

probably why the ancient sumerians and hebrews when shit hit the fan, marked their center forheards with ash. then shortly after, entered into new Divine organizing skills.

i look forward to reading all about it.

    :)

    for clarity,

Im the Mountain Dude. not the Mountain D.e.w.

i liked being a beach bum. much better.

  19. oh last thought and its out ragouse as anything.

    on the topic of politics,

you remember the old 3D movies. one has to wear these glasses to get the *effect. one lense was red and the other was blue.

    hmmmmmmmmm

onder if that applies as much in politics as it does in M.W.I. Many Worlds Interptitation theory.

perhapse soon, we will get a glimps of the cigerrette burn *slang aka known a the “Cue Mark”

    which begins the new real.

  20. is not the whole world, even the WEF is focused through the 3 D lenses of Red and Blue Politics in the upcoming Presidential election?

    tells ya a lot.

quite the sit under a large maple tree with a large butterfly in perfect serenity, while everyone runs inside, having a smoke, ponder.

    *tips hat.

all is well. life is good.

  21. Not investment advice, but with the nazzy up over 1% at close I had to Put in an order on QQQ. Just lunch money, but if things go south by Monday open, might be a few lunches.

  22. or have you forgot George,

    The Movie is the message.

what do i know? direct energy weapens dont harm things that are colored blue.

    even blue kachinas.

    lol

  23. Hope Bunny E is feeling fine today. Probably not helpful but in case it is… earlier in my life I had circulation issues that would cause extreme pains in my head if I got up from a resting position too quickly. Sometimes it would cause even a brief blackout or wobbly feeling with the extreme head pain. Then it disappears.

In my case, the whole ordeal would be very fast, like a minute. Then the headache could persist after.

Point being, good on you checking BP and acting quickly. If E has not done light cardio lately, maybe get on that.

Lastly, my intuition has been nagging me to mention Beet Root Extract to you anyway. I take an organic pill form.
Body metabolizes the nitrate-rich beet root into Nitric Oxide which is essential to regulating blood pressure, blood flow, and overall physical endurance/stamina. I use it, and creatine, daily and found results in the gym almost immediately.

    Not just for bodybuilding!

  24. hmmmm. kinda interesting.

the fella that showe up at the same time as me. is the shamman Red Sky Bear.

and im the blue star kachina? that is what they showed me, that is the suit i was given.

    red and blue lenses.

    hmmmmm…

    3 D world.

    huh.

    weird.

well, im going to smoke this smoke and then get my last item done. its snowing like hell outside.

if i return to The Emerald City? do i still get to be The Wizzard?

    that is quite the ponder.

    God only knows.

  25. and…. what if i died tonight? would that make everything red.

i miss my kids.. this is a hard path to trow.

fuck its snowing like hell. already white out conditions. i miss the sunshine too.

  26. Yo Jorge, just listened to an interesting video about parasites, cancer, snake venom, covid etc… Many interesting data points from two medical professionals on the covid narrative. See: https://www.brighteon.com/d456b28b-615a-4c38-8398-7391bde62feb
Fifty – four minutes of eye opening information. Source info appears to be sound. Horse past anyone? Nicotine patch for the win…..

  27. G, your Canada Free Press article missed the gist of the bill:
(and let’s protect the propagandists, shall we?)
‘Opponents to the bill include the Colorado Catholic Congress, Survivors can already seek criminal charges, regardless of when the abuse happened.’ “We’re 100% in favor of protecting children from sexual predators,” said Senate Minority Leader Paul Lundeen, a Monument Republican. “But this bill wants to reach back and make retrospective financial claims against large pools of cash and big institutions. It’s not designed to actually protect children from sexual predators.” from:
    https://www.denverpost.com/2024/02/24/colorado-legislature-child-sexual-abuse-constitutional-amendment-lawsuits-opposition/

Better look at that relationship between exposure to propaganda and scapegoat targets.

Spoiler alert for the addictive blood pressure/adrenaline rush from bashing Democrats:
Fani Willis has already won and proved most of her case against Trump, 4 already pled guilty (probation not prison) and agreed to testimony against Trump in the future, https://apnews.com/article/trump-georgia-fraud-defendants-201d73d2a6b165d06230961af9f21b61

  28. I just wanted to document this experience for posterity, and see what feedback it receives.

In 2018, during my ten day medically induced coma, which would end up being a 12 day out of my mind experience, and a 17 day ICU/hospital stay for double pneumonia, sepsis, ARDS, 2 bacteriums in blood and strep, where I was given a 5-10% chance to live, and I faced the hardest, longest, suffering in my life.

I was awake in my coma and conscious, but unconscious to the world.

I have related a few of my experiences on this site, in the last several years about that time. I did experience a miracle and some wondrous experiences.

However, one experience I have not shared, because I could not understand it, but wanted to share it now.

I was sitting up, conscious, in a room. My arms were tied to the chair arms, and my feet were tied to the chair.

A few feet in front of me was a screen, and a man’s voice emanated from somewhere, as he ordered me to follow his instructions.

I was facing a screen, like a flat screen tv, however, it had some type of training/test/program where I was supposed to use my mind to move cursors or green and red balls up and down the screen, like testing my ability, but also, if I failed to move these balls up the columns, as directed, in certain ways, then i was tortured both verbally and physically.

This torture sequence lasted a long time, and it crushed my spirit, as I was held against my will, and did not understand why I was chosen for this experiment as I had no outward ability to move objects with my mind including dots or objects on a computer screen.

During this 10 day medically induced coma, I experienced multiple organ failure. My suffering was so great, that at one point, let’s say Day 5, I became alert enough by fighting constantly to overcome the drugs that I was being given, to respond to my husband to move my bed up to a sitting position, and then I used my left hand (which was tied down and had a mitten on it, but the PA had failed to secure it correctly) to tear the intubation tube out of my throat and scream at him to get me out of there as they were trying to kill me. He said later, my scream was a whisper. Of course, I could not keep an O2 level above an 80, so I was put under again.

That’s how terrified I was of what I had been experiencing in the torture experience in my coma. There was a lot more, but the point of relating this information is this. In January of 2018, I was NOT aware of AI, nor aware of anyone working on a chip to implant in the brain that could be used to move objects or use objects for assistance to a human. (Maybe, all that technology was already out there, I was just not knowledgeable about it.)

Just in the last 2 weeks, it has been announced of a successful chip implant so that a human can move a mouse with their brain.

Also in the last week, a man with Parkinson’s can now communicate with his brain chip and get a small robot to serve him food.

One more thing, a little over two years ago, we were watching tv, nothing much, no cable. I heard that man’s voice either in a commercial or a program on tv. I reacted to it and it brought back the memory and the experience, and I told my husband, that is the man’s voice who conducted the torture. God bless my humble, down to earth, salt of the earth husband, he did not know what to say.

I just wanted to document the warning that these implanted chips can be used for torture, and to be warned about thinking that this is solely a benign beneficial development.

Especially as the years roll by and they think of more ways to use these chips.

    • Your description of “Trauma Based Training”, is exactly like how the “abducted” kiddies are MK Ultra’d. same exact methods used by Illuminati families on their own Children, cept they are harsher and sooner..See DuPont family -one of the scions was busted for raping his toddler, Biden and crew were involved in the legal defense mechanisms around the father and his vile actions.

Idea is to literally SPLIT their minds, and learn to completely disassociate one of the personalities/minds. Same exact scheisse happens when ever Human Spirit transitions, ie goes to the light…zzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZAAAP!

      AI fills in the rest..

..and this is why “they” sleep with one eye open.. https://youtu.be/_W7wqQwa-TU?si=BKPVApv5hGSzoQuq

  29. Glad E is okay.

FWIW, ex-wife suffers from pancreatitis. When she has an attack, her BP goes through the roof and she gets a splitting headache. The last time I visited her after an attack, her BP was 262 / 186 IIRC (which I didn’t even know was possible.) It took the doctors three days to get her BP back to a level which wasn’t life-threatening.

    {Throwin’ it out there because it is something I’d consider a left-field event, and something that’s probably not on every physician’s radar, but apparently a pancreatic episode can cause BP to spaz…}

    • Ray, a woman in labor can have a systolic BP of 300 during contractions, though contractions are not continuous. Of course, labor is not forever, though perhaps some women feel that way. Most women in labor are younger and hopefully in decent health.

  30. I’m glad Elaine is doing well! My best wishes for her. She had what seems to be an idiopathic hypertensive crisis, and the aspirin was definitely a good idea. The massive medical intervention might have been comforting or terrifying – depending on her temperament. At least she has a loving husband that cares deeply and she knows it.

Best wishes for both of you!
