‘Peroxide Week’ reminded me of something that will likely not be appreciated by winter denizens until warm weather returns. But living in a warm, humid, tropical environment as I do, fungal infections… ‘Jock Itch’… are a not infrequent threat here. And they are nasty to get rid of when established. Antifungal cremes are about worthless and take weeks to be effective. I have found that peroxide wipes and compresses are effective, with a good skin scrubbing that exfoliates… removes dead skin cells. Peroxide soaks need to be administered twice a day. And change clothing and disinfect anything that touches the infected areas. The spores shed, and contagiously re-infect. Peroxide kills not only the infection, but the spores.
But recently I discovered something dramatic, in preparation for surgery (that got postponed). I got some Chlorhexidine skin cleanser at the drug store (Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4%) “Antiseptic Skin Cleanser”. Applied with a nylon scrubbing ‘buff pad’ to remove the dead skin layer, it seemingly killed off a fungal infection with a single application! Dramatic relief! Takes days afterward for the skin to heal, but the itch is gone. Looking up the details on Chlorhexidine, it does indeed kill off fungus. So there it is… My new ‘go-to’ for the tropical itch.

anyway met a young woman and somehow we got talking.. she was being trafficked.. her story came out and her fears..
I suggested her moving.. ( if I had had a spare room open I would have had her come home to escape.I don’t know how I would explain that to the wife young in her early twenties)
anyway she took my advice ..they found her … I get a call from a physician asking for permission to treat her..
she had put me down as an emergency contact..well they kept her in their group then got caught years ago now.. they threatened to kill her and her family if she testified.. because of the fear she refused to so she is doing serious time because she was a victim..
well we keep in touch they tried with her younger sister luckily I was able to get her help before they got their hooks to deep in her.. nasty people .. nasty.. life means nothing to them.. she finally got a release date.. the last six months will be horribly long..
the deeper I dug into that fake pizza parlor story the darker and uglier it got..the photos were enough to make you cry..what this young lady went through would make you cry.. hopefully she will be able to get a decent job.. she will be in her middle thirties.. thank god she doesn’t have to do the entire sentence.. she would be my age .. Because he’s a worthless troll, and it bothers him when he can’t get people to reply to his trolls. When the troll can’t troll someone, it gets under their skin and they start with veiled attacks. He will eventually move up the attack ladder until George has to ban him.
Trolls neither care, nor desire to add value to an online community. They get their dopamine hit from people who feed their narcissism by replying to their garbage, or the friction they can cause between contributing members of a community.
Although they can try (and they probably will), there are no circumstances whatsoever, under which I will respond to either him, or to “c.” Neither is worth even a second of my time or a single keystroke.
If everyone stops responding to his trolls, he will just leave.
