Ok..I tried butter in chocolate making..
1/2 lb butter
1 cup coco butter
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup powdered milk
1 tsp lecithin
1/2 cup coco
2 tbsp vanilla
(cut down ingredients this will make about thirty bars depending if you wand just chocolate or there’s other ingredients like rice crusties nuts caramel nougat etc…)
it has a nice soft snap..for the true chocolate snap just use coco butter..
the steps..
1. melt the coco butter and coconut oil butter in a double boiler..
take your milk further whisk mix..
2 add powdered sugar while whisking sifting it in
3. add powdered milk while whisking it in
4. add vanilla while whisking it in
5 add coco powder
whisk on high in double boiler
mixing it on high in your double boiler isn’t has good as coaching it for days but still gives you a nice smooth texture.. enjoy.. of course you can increase and decrease ingredients.. I like a little more unsweetened where the kids love sweet.. my next batch I’m planning on using palm oil butter and sweet cream butter..just to test it..

3 cups shredded sweetened coconut
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup coconut cream (or thick part from a coconut milk can)
2 tbsp coconut oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
You make this a lot like fatty but here’s a Butterfinger peanut butter filling..
great in whipped ice cream..
1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural — use Jif/Skippy style)
1 cup sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Optional: ¼ cup crushed cornflakes for extra crunch (not required but amazing)
Cook the sugar syrup
In a saucepan:
add sugar …add corn syrup … add salt
Heat over medium until it reaches 290°F (hard crack stage)….
This is the magic step — it’s what creates the flaky, crunchy layers.
If you don’t have a thermometer, cook until…the syrup turns a light amber
Pour syrup over peanut butter
Immediately pour the hot syrup into the peanut butter bowl.
Do NOT stir it smooth — instead…
Fold it gently 3–5 times
This creates the layered, flaky Butterfinger texture….If you stir too much, it becomes taffy.
Add your corn flakes and speed out in a pan..with a pizza cutter cut it to desired size to fit in the mould then coat the bottom and place your filling then coat the botton..

Shipping line Irish employee Violet Jessop survived the collision of a British Navy ship with the Olympic in September, 1911, as well as the sinking of Titantic seven months later. Finally in 1916 she allegedly jumped out of one of the lifeboats before it was sucked into Britannic’s propellers as it sank after hitting a German mine. Miss Jessop apparently lived uneventfully after that, and retired from White Star Line in 1950.
