2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp white vinegar
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup water
½ cup rice syrup or honey
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 green onions, chopped
1 green chili + 1 red chili, sliced
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Boil the Eggs: Bring water to a boil with salt and vinegar. Gently add eggs and boil for 6 minutes (for Simi runny yolks) or up to 10 minutes (for firm hard boiled yolks). Transfer immediately to an ice bath and cool completely. just a regular soft or hard boiled eggs..
Make the sauce ..Mix soy sauce, water, and rice syrup or honey. Stir in garlic, green onions, chilies, and sesame seeds.
Carefully peel the eggs and place them in an airtight container. Pour the marinade over the eggs, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours—overnight is best… Slice and serve over warm rice or ramin noodles…with a drizzle of marinade and a touch of sesame oil. enjoy…A poor mans paradise..ok that’s an Asian pickled egg ..now here’s the best pickled eggs of all time….( my opinion)

as i have said before many times over, and here is 5 true accounts,
#1. I woke up at a lady named Ms Loves house in snohomish washington and thought i have to get the fuck out of here, right now. i had no plans of leaving prior to that moment. i packed my shit in my car and left that morning driving to california.
when i arrived at palm springs california i looked up and saw airforce one with Trump on it fly over me and land. he flew right over me on I-10. a few months later i found out that the first case of covid in the US was one block away from where i stood that day. 6 days after i left Ms. Loves House.
#2. i was sitting at a stop light on Country club drive in Rancho Mirage California. just sitting there waiting for the light to turn green. i still had paid for 3 more days at my airbnb. all the sudden i had the thought, i need to leave right now. the light turned green. i pulled into the albertsons parking lot. i stopped, turned off the radio. paused then i thought it again. its time to go. right now! so i went back and grabbed all my stuff, checked out as i was driving out of town. 6 hours later i was in San Fransiaco and saw on the news Tropical Storm Hillary came in and decimated the cochella valley.
#3. i woke up and after my prayer and meditation thought, i should call in sick to work. i got in the shower, heard it again. got out as i was brushing my teeth heard it again. i called in sick and the fella who tried to set me up to get fired got put in my train because his had an electrical problem and he got fired instead.
