      I’m debating on buying a 3rd crystal ball. The auction for the 3rd ball is June 12th. This auction comes before proof of concept on the existing crystal balls, but if the two do work this 3rd crystal ball would be awesome to have as it is a 12″ diameter solid crystal ball. Like a 65″ OLED Vs a 20″ CRT.

      Separately, the larger 12″ crystal ball should work better with the hippie babes. 12″ is a huge prop set on a red piece of cloth over a card table. I’m going to work in chocolate infused with Amanita Muscaria and sex as a way to connect with the spirit world. I’ll be playing Heilung real low behind the candelabras. It’s going to be a scene if I can put it together.

    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup of oat flour
    1/2 – 3/4 cups of sugar ( you can use brown sugar to )
    1/4 cup of cinnamon ( this is adjustable to your taste )
    1/2 tsp of salt
    mix it well..
    1/2 cup of butter .. ( blend that into the mixture like you would with a pie crust) it will resemble crumbs that can be formed )
    1/4 cup cold water mix it in well to make a dough.. similar to pizza dough..
    either take a roller or your dough sheeter like a pasta maker .. roll this out to about 1/8 inch or 3 on the pasta maker..trim the edges..
    this is where you can get creative..brush the sheeted dough with butter melted..
    mix up cinnamon sugar sprinkle the dough ..
    now you can form them..

    now take the crunchy crunch cereal or teddy grahams and in a heated oven at 350 for 10-12 minutes..
    this is my little generals favorite cereal…

    just to the mix add
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 cup honey
    and instead of 1 1/2 cup of flour add 2 cups of flour to compensate for the honey..
    roll it brush it with the butter cinnamon sugar
    then hit it with a docker or take a fork and punch little holes in it

    then cutout your Graham crackers..
    bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes

  9. Most cereals are made the same way variations for taste and texture..
    like corn flakes or wheaties..
    1/2 cup corn meal for wheat new its whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp.. sugar ( variable to your taste..honey can be used to )
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup of water..add it gradually like you would for making pancake dough
    ( I put 1/2 tsp baking powder in it and a tad more sugar..that’s my choices flavor)
    Line a cookie sheet pan with parchment paper spread the batter out..let it sit
    now take 1/3 cup of corn meal and 1 tbsp of water mix it till its like coarse crumbs..sprinkle over the top lightly..
    for wheat or multi grain cereal you can take crushed up rice crusties and do the same over the wheat batter.. or whole wheat flour and get a wheat cereal .. bran flour you can be creative here ..
    oven 35 for 10 -15 minutes tear into flakes.. add dried fruit.. if they aren’t crisp ie enough at this point you can put them in your dehydrator for a little bit.. just like you would with corn puffs..

  10. Welcome., sort of. – Part One

    – Been a long rime since I was here. Decades. The last time I was here I rode in on my old Harley Panhead to visit a retired homicide detective from the San Francisco PD.
    – The town has changed., a lot. Lots of money has moved in. California money ? According to the waitress at the dinner just out side of town, a place that looked like the locals would go., there are a lot of huge houses built in to the woods all around the town – on the side roads. She was ‘not’ pleased.
    – I had a feeling that the host was one those who had an off-in-the-woods mansion.
    I followed the directions sent to me in an email – pretty easy to find. What I found was not what I was expecting. It had to be one of largest rock and log houses ever built. A massive hunting lodge was more like it. It was beyond impressive and slipped right into ostentatious.
    As I walked-up to the front door I spotted three cameras., one was tracking me. I was roughly five feet from the over-sized door when I realized it had no door nob.., no knocker., no door bell. Nothing. Just a solid sheet of polished copper. I stopped and waited.
    The sound of three electronically activated bolts slid away. One at the top, bottom and one in the middle. Fort Knox. With a loud ‘thunk’ the bolts stopped and door slowly open.
    It opened to the – Model-of-The-Month.
    “Good evening., My name is Tama., and I will be your hostess for the night.” Silky smooth voice, six foot tall, trim athletic build, long blonde hair all wrapped in a very simple black dress with spaghetti straps. She motioned me in with both hands.
    As I stepped in the door started to close.
    “If you will follow me I will take you to your host for this evening’s game.” .., and she started to walk off. The door closed behind me and I could hear the bolts slide back into the locked position.
    We went through the living room, pretty much the size of a tennis court, then down a wide hallway. I could see a door at the end. Halfway down the hall my curiosity got the better of me and I had to ask….,
    “How long have you been in martial arts?”
    She stopped dead in her tracks.., spun on the balls of her feet and squared off in front of me.
    “How do you know that?” And gave me a hard look.
    I smiled. “Your finger nails are cut short, filed neatly round with a high gloss coating., I assume is for strengthening them., your knuckles and elbows are calloused, you have a swagger when you walk.., and it’s not from a model swishing down a fashion runway – it’s from confidence., probably from confrontation of an opponent and no model in the world would be caught dead in flat sole martial arts slippers.” I looked down at her slippers.., “Those are nice., I didn’t notice the black embroidery.” .., and looked back at her eyes. They were a lot less hard.
    She gave a faint smile. “You ?”
    “Close to nineteen years – Karate. Mostly Tai Chi these days. You?”
    “Seven years., Aikido. ” ., and motioned to the door. “Anton said you were different.”
    “Anton is here?”
    Before she could answer the door flung open and a burly twenty something stepped out of the room.,very bad fitting suit, he took a step towards me and placed his hand on my chest to stop me. I did not like that very much.., I reached up and over his hand and grabbed his thumb, twisting it back, hard, then slammed his elbow up, straightening his arm rigid.., and pushed him back through the door.., he stumbled backwards and landed on his butt inside the room. Heavy thud and loud grunt.
    Tama laughed.., “That’s one way to make an entrance.”

  11. Welcome., sort of. – Part Two

    Roger slowly got up off the floor and had a few words with the four hundred dollar haircut host., who had hurriedly come over., and he walked off towards the bar in the back of the room.
    The host then came up to me. “Seems we have a problem?” He asked.
    “Poor old Roger overstepped his abilities.., ” Tama said, smiling., “With the wrong person.”
    The host looked at her,, then to me. “What was the problem?”
    “Nice to meet you too.., ” and I held out my hand. ” I don’t like someone placing their hands on me.,”
    “Roger? I asked him to search everyone…….,.”
    “You search your guests?” I was surprised. “No one searches me. No one.”
    The host looked really surprised. “No one else seem to mind….,”
    “I am not interested if any miscreant cared, or not. No one searches ‘me’.” And smiled.
    Tama had slowly moved around in back of the host and what looked like ‘the bank’ was slowly walking towards me.
    The host didn’t know what to say. He just stood there with a blank expression and his mouth open. I don’t think very many people had ever told him to piss-off to his face.
    I moved around him and shook hands with Tama. “It was nice to meet you., take care.” And turned and headed back to the door.
    “Ohh.., wait a minute., where are you going? The Host stuttered out.
    “I’m leaving.., like I said., no one searches me.” and reached for the door knob.
    “Well.., wait a minute.., guess we can make an exception.”
    “We ? Exception? ” I turned back to face him. “I did not travel all this way to play mind games with a host.”
    “I can vouch for him.” Anton stepped around from behind the host.
    “Good to see you again.” Anton stuck out his hand – I shook it. “Hope to see you again.”

    I opened the door, tugged my vest down and walked down the hallway, with a swagger., towards the front door.

    • D’Lynn,; I am just past the 30,000 word mark on my second novel. Not one lick of it captivates like your “entrance” story., Well written – the poker doesn’t matter. Always another.
      But if you want to write some short stories and post them, I’d be willing to be there’d be a Cussler type cult stood up instantly. Or, you write chapter summaries and I’ll split ’em up with Kimbrough to finish out…

        “The Mrs” has asked a couple of times for me to write down a few of my escapades from back when I was helping people out for a living. She has said several times that they are really fascinating. They might be to her, or some one else – it was just a job for me. A bit violent, perhaps., but that was me – way back when. It’s what I did – who I was.., and the bad guys always lost. Which was rewarding in it’s own way.
        .., and I have a small notebook full of short story and novel ideas to draw from.
        Always thought of writing as an escape for the mind.

    I was outside and headed for my car when a voice called out from behind me.
    “Wait up !” It was Anton. ., and he jogged up beside me.
    “Your not staying?” I asked.
    “No. I came to see ‘you’ play. I still have not figured you out.” ., and he smiled. “No point hanging around, now.”
    “Sorry to disappoint.”
    “Ohh., no disappointment. You seem to always put on a show.” And he smiled again.
    As we got near my car another person came out of the “house”.
    “That is the guy I came to see you play. He is pretty good.”
    The man walked up to me and held out his hand. ” Sorry we didn’t have a chance to play.” Neatly dressed, expensive casual.., and a rolex watch. Wedding band.
    “Sorry about that., but I won’t be dictated too.., by anyone.”
    “I don’t blame you at all.” He glanced back at the log mansion. “Not quite sure why I let him do it.”
    “We’ll meet again.., soon enough. I need a good challenge.” I said.
    He smiled. “Me too.” Slap me on the shoulder., and walked off.
    I looked at Anton…,
    “Franklin.” he said.

    That’s it. “Total bust” ., and a huge waste of time. Looks like my own swagger and ego kind of got in the way.., but I was mentally gearing up to play poker, not to win friends and influence people., or be challenged by the host.

    By the time I got back home there were five emails from “Lady Fingers”..,

    • a BIG thanks for another well told, and interesting story. bet many stories are told about you in their back rooms.
      I still think of the little chihuahua dog belonging to lady from the real Mexican cafe,,,, got milk bones in the back floorboard of my car, large and med sized, neighbor lady’s young chihuahua,dashound cross got lose, they were chasing it to catch her, I just sat down crosslegged and the pup come to me, wanting her treat, yup It was a easy catch. why chase her?

      • That little chihuahua was great.., my arch nemesis. He didn’t really hate me.., but I was gringo.., and needed to sit at a certain table – according to him.
        The day before he died I went for my usual huge Vaccaro huevos rancheros breakfast. He growled as per usually and escorted me to my table.., then suddenly jumped up., turned around a few times and laid down – went right to sleep.
        To this day I believe he was saying – “We had great time gringo.., but I have to leave soon.”
        It was his way of saving goodbye.

You can literally make your cereal for pennies instead of dollars as prices are escalating beyond the means of average wage earners capacity to afford on an hourly wage..its important to know how to make them to maintain a good quality of life. especially if you have kids.. kids don’t understand the financial limitations and their peers are extremely quick to point out just how much better off they are than they are.. its one reason I believe in school uniforms.. my daughter actually was bullied because I couldn’t buy her the fashion statement clothing.. I could go on about that but it is what it is..
    I learned how to make all the things we take for granted..out of necessity..
    cereals is just one thing that most people don’t have a clue about as for continuing a quality of life..when life turns to desperation and your frantically wondering how do I get this..

    • I am trying to eat whole grain and avoid eating cereal with sugar in it. Even generic corn flakes have sugar, just a lot less than most other cereals. I’m also cutting back on whole grain wheat; it doesn’t help the arthritis. Generic whole-grain oat Cheerios are decent, and some don’t really need a lot of sweetener, non-nutritional or otherwise to be palatable. I will acknowledge, some generics are edible, some are challenged. Winco has reasonable prices. Their Cheerio clones in the box are the same or lower price per ounce as the ones in the giant bags, and look better.
      Manufacturing cereal yourself usually requires milling equipment, unless you are just blending Muesli. If you check out Bob’s in 20+ lb bags, the prices are decent per serving. Still, I’m waiting for Ure DIY cold cereal recipes and sources. I tend to like to do dry canning with bags and oxygen absorbers over wet canning anyway, and keep materials on hand for contingencies, so a big recipe I can store in dry bags would be fun to mix up.

        • I want to see a Youtube of how you make cereal flakes for drying efficiently. Real flaking mills are enormous pieces of machinery.

        • an industrial flaking machine does it in an assembly line at home you use the equipment you have. a corn puffer is probably the biggest one even there you have to dry the corn pops.. then they go into the panning machine to be coated with cheese powder..
          or coated with whatever your wanting..corn pops or puffed wheat.. those are shot out of a cannon.. I actually sent G one of those for Xmas.. just a small one . my grandson said .grandpa show my fiancee how puffed wheat is made.. ( her favorite cereal) so I got everyone a corn cannon that year.. I have the big one..it’s basically a pressure cooker and at ten pounds of pressure you pop it open.. this is why high flying pilots and astronauts wear positive pressure g force suits.. don’t want them popping out like a corn puss or puffed wheat .

        • the corn puffer for like cheese curls uses pressure as the corn or wheat flour is compressed it generates heat then when it hits the atmosphere it expands.. pressure and heat.. if you watch how it’s made.. the flaking machine runs the batter on a flatbed conveyor that goes through an oven then a soaking table that vibrates it.. through the drying low temp with a fan circulation to finish drying the flakes then an inspection table where trained corn flake inspection to make sure the flakes were broken apart any big flakes are broken by hand then to the boxing unit where cereal boxes are filled by wheight..at home your the conveyor and chip ripper..drying is done in your oven or dehydration unit..

    • Oh..if you use an oil expeller.. the peanut solids that come out the front can’t be dried even more then ground into peanut powder or flour..
      that makes great peanut cookies…

  15. If you do a time line – Decker was already on the Pacific Crest Trail by the time the Sheriff discovered the girls bodies. “If” that is the way he headed. He is a combat vet Ranger., who happens to be completely off his nut. G2 is lucky he and his friends didn’t run into him.

    His ex-wife blames the VA for complete lack of out-reach and resources. I have no idea why Decker blamed his little girls. Can’t imagine a mental state like that.

    • Usually they give up on society (or life.) They lose the ability to see a path forward and can’t bear the thought of their kids surviving without them, or have come to believe the world is so bad that killing their kids is the most loving and merciful thing they can do for them.

      In either case, this dude is seriously off the reservation and will be indescribably dangerous toward anyone whose path he crosses. He is Rambo, only completely psychotic and without a check valve…

      • PTSD is serious stuff… I always cringed on the 4th of july..
        one guy I knew worked at the VA .. during o e of his episodes he flipped off was going to kill his wife.. she got away and out of self preservation shot him and killed him.. at the cabinet shop.. one of the drivers had bad PTSD.. they hired people from that country.. they had to work at keeping him from freaking out..

    • Sad… PTSD… devorced from what it looks like ptsd issues and then being humiliated with financial issues..losing all self worth.. it happens a lot.. beat down and alone struggling and no hand up from the bottom..
      he is haunted already from what he has experienced.. did the unthinkable and horrible crime that will shove him deeper in despair..
      I believe if he’s found he will have committed suicide..
      when I did crime scene photos there was a guy..he committed suicide.. because he felt despair over his finances wrote a letter..left his bank book.. it was sad.. what was sadder was he had more in his bank book than I would make in three years..
      as despair and panic replaces the feeling of security.. I believe there will be a lit more incidences like this ..more crime ..
      they could possibly help but it will just push the noodle a little further ..its still going to tear apart.. but then that’s just my opinion..anyone knowing my life story knows I have been there at the edge of The cliff.. I just refused to jump..

      What happened is indeed tragic. May they rest in peace. Mention of the Pacific Crest Trail again brings to mind rogue court and the cascade dining room. Both can be found in the Timberline Lodge situated on the trail at mile 2,097. Time is a strange thing.

    heat your milk to boil.. stirring constantly.. the water will evaporate and the milk will take on a creamy consistency.. take that and put it on tour fruit leather trays then dehydrate it till dry.. blend it to a powder.. now you have dehydrated powdered milk. ( oh you can freeze it to cubes then grind it and put on trays )
    or just pour it on the freeze dryer trays then freeze dry it blend until its powder.. the flavor of the milk is better than dehydrayed.. but not everyone has a freeze dryer..

    everyone seems to push for war to gain a number… but what use is a number if there’s nothing for it to matter.. A war happens ad nd if all the scholars have any intellectual ability at all..then everyone will be starting from square one..each hoping that they are one of the lucky ones..
    companies have huge meetings on teamwork.. work together for the betterment of the whole..all while working for the benefit of one.

    Yesterday at 1240 pm the President of the Ukraine posted pictures to his Telegram account from a Presidential Palace-like conference room. Open curtains allowed in daylight perhaps in the absence of electric lights. He noted his gathered meeting attendees had returned from their Washington journey. Downcast, sullen stares replaced their USA group photo smiles of a few days past which had disappeared along with suits and ties.

    On June 7, 1944, it seems the US 8th Air Force conducted its first daylight bombing raid of WW2 on Berlin, Germany.

    Today at 1212 pm a solitary Ukrainian President posted to his Telegram account. An unseen spotlight shining from above had margins around the plain, white wall behind in shade. Throughout the 5m15s video the President maintained an extended right arm positioning apparently in control of a selfie recording device.

  21. Wow.. I got lucky… A friend gave me two fifteen gallon jugs…
    I have to put a larger top on it..then turn them into fermentation tanks..
    I will make it this week..

  22. Pizza dough is better home made.. like the dough to make lefsa is there an easier method then I seen a post where they make a batter then pot it out..
    pour out pizza dough..batter
    Dough:
    flour – 1 cup
    milk – 6 oz.
    water – 1/2 cup
    salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
    thyme – 1/4 tsp.
    black pepper – 1/4 tsp
    oil – 1/4 cup of oil
    yeast – (0.29 oz) or 1/2 cup of sour dough
    FRY OVER MEDIUM FIRE 15 minutes

  23. After to fry it.. flip it then put your toppings on it and bake for ten minutes until the cheese melts

  24. Oh..you can make these ahead .. then package them in the two gallon zip lock bags and freeze them for future pizza night ..no muss no fuss
