Hmm..This sounds like the description I give my kids of floating noodle economics.. put a cooked noodle on the table and push it it falls apart.. put a cooked noodle on the table and get it floating on water you can push it across the table.. dry the water up and it crumbles…keep the dollar solvent you have to keep enough of it circulating to keep it moving..put to much water just like cooking noodles and it crumbles and becomes mush..
