A Zipper-Gripper Market and Book Release

“A zipper-gripper? Really?”
Yeah, really. Because when markets start making that nervous metallic skreee sound — the kind where the handle’s caught halfway up and the teeth aren’t quite aligning — it’s not a bad time to ask whether someone’s about to get… well, you know. (R-17? “Screwed!)

The ChartPack this week? Let’s just say it’s looking suspiciously “double-toppish.” One of those moments where market optimism might be running on Red Bull, but gravity — that stubborn, mean old sonofabitch — hasn’t had its say yet.

We’re sniffing around the edges of a setup that feels less like a breakout and more like a trap door with shiny hinges. But hey, while the crowd’s watching their 401(k)s wobble, we’ve got real news.Because today’s a bigger milestone than another sketchy market peak: it’s New Book Day. The long-awaited Downsizing: Missing the Collapse of Empire is officially live, and it’s not some sleepy memoir. It’s part economic field guide, part survival map, part cathartic howl from the sidelines of the Empire’s slow-motion train wreck. For readers who’ve ever asked “What the hell happened to common sense, dignity, or a functioning middle class?” — this one’s for you. Today we look at the charts. But more importantly, we look at how to chart your way out.

That may require sliding some pieces around, though.  Comments by the Fed, Musk, and the Big Bountiful are in motion in what’s that support the underlying reason behind downsizing.

The inflation monster is out and it’s coming for us all. Don’t think you can live on 80 percent of your income now?  Give it some time – you’ll have to.

  1. Classic Mr Ure, classic..

“Why do you act like that?”

    This IS a PARAENT thing..IOW a Parental Failure (s) .

Questioning the Kids is plain nonesense, that Horse done left the barn ages ago.

Those Boys have LEARNED that behavior and those attitudes from their Parents.

    No wonders..

      • I personally don’t believe IQ means anything. but n everyday life each has the intelligence of a genius.
IQ is a snapshot, not a soulprint The idea that intelligence can be reduced to a single number—often measured in a culturally biased, linguistically narrow format—is profoundly limiting. IQ tests might measure certain kinds of logic, memory, or verbal fluency, but they completely miss other forms of brilliance.someone denied schooling or economic opportunity can still be a genius in resilience, in intuition, or in emotional intelligence. There are farmers who read the sky like scripture. Grandmothers whose life-spun advice could outshine any textbook. Nomads who map the world without a compass. That’s not “lesser intelligence”—that’s a different language of genius.WHat i see is that we value metrics like degrees, scores, titles. But what about compassion? Adaptability? The ability to listen deeply or hold space for another’s pain? These are harder to quantify—and yet arguably more essential for healing a fractured world.I question the what if we stopped asking “How smart are you?” and started asking “How do you shine?” Or better yet: “How do you survive with grace in a world that wasn’t built with you in mind or your position in society?” By that measure, many souls once discarded would stand as giants.
Consider those that were coined Called “addled” by a schoolteacher due to their learning difficulties—ended up most likely suffering dyslexia. As with Thomas Edison that Became one of the most prolific inventors in history, with over 1,000 patents including the phonograph and electric light bulb.
genius isn’t always academic. It can be intuitive, emotional, spatial, or creative. And often, it blooms in defiance of systems that fail to recognize it. the new inventions that were developed not out of genius or iq. but from need to improve ones lifestyle the ability to adapt and overcome their position..
years ago I quit a group that seen everyone as dumb as sheep.. they would tease me because my social position stayed low.. not out of not having opportunities cross by me..but the ability to take advantage of those opportunities.. now the oxymoronic part of this..I quit because of their attitude of IQ and the ability to see patterns in abstracts.. I quit because of the same thing they had..I quit because I seen them as dumb as sheep..who was right and who was wrong..

        • “I personally don’t believe IQ means anything. ”

Oh come on Loob, STILL dragging that dead, stankin, nasty horse around !?

Take a look at the attached list. Scroll down the list top to bottom. Once you get to the bottom of the list, re-read the list and notice the Countries at bottom of the list.

All the countries populating the the 1/3 of list – 3rd world poor and obviously un/undereducated.

Just the facts as they stand today.

          – Education is the KEY, and only legit way out of the hood. YES, Education done right is supposed to be Rigorous and Hard..NOT faggot furries.

Sure entrepreneurial spirit will do the same – but the risks and dangers involved running a street level Drug business are unacceptable . The only other avenue is elite Athlete/Sports – which is rarer than Hens teeth.

All the above, the entire subject is Prezactly why I insist on having my Grand Daughter attend Private School – I got the tuition 1st year, and split it wit Parents after that. Public schools are a shit show anymore, least since the covert19 attack. And that is in a District that has the # 1 rated/ranked STEM school in the state of Pennsyltucky.
Yes I was public school edumacated – the only one in my entire family including Cousins, Aunts & Uncles.

Cant help but think about a book I had to read in 6th grade, Humanities teacher required reading..Dorp Dead.
          strange echo..

        • I had a friend in grade school with dyslexia. He could barely read because he had to rearrange the letters first…..but they didn’t check for things like that back then. They just thought he was dumb. One teacher even locked him in the closet; I guess she thought he was just acting up.

He’s retired now. Worked for the local power company, took all the training he could get and became the best foreman they ever had. If the power goes out now, and stays out a long time, sometimes he’ll call the main headquarters and tell them how to fix it.

Everybody’s good at something. The trick is getting the right person in the right place at the right time.

BTW, one method that helps dyslexics is to place a colored transparent sheet over the text. Different colors work best for different people.

        • (“Oh come on Loob, STILL dragging that dead, stankin, nasty horse around !?”)

lol yup .. so consider the question… what IF the entire observable universe were encoded into a single sequence of binary digits, would it be possible to determine whether that sequence is a compressible pattern or a truly random string????? the old three hunters and A room question .. where did the dollar go?

The answer to a question like that is the pattern that dives into algorithmic information theory, specifically a Kolmogorov complexity. The key idea is that a string is compressible if there’s a shorter algorithm that can reproduce it. But here’s the twist..There is no general algorithm that can determine whether an arbitrary string is compressible or random. This is because Kolmogorov complexity itself is uncomputable. its a pattern a reflection.. doesn’t mean seeing the pattern makes anyone better than another !! the problem with someone determined to be more intelligent is Some one considered a deep thinker more attuned willvTry to solve the problem through rigorous logic and mathematical proofs.
Eventually he ( or she) hits a wall, because the problem is theoretically undecidable just like the three guys and the thirty dollars question..The person with an average IQ doesn’t know the math behind Kolmogorov, but intuitively senses the deeper truth. Instead he ( or she ) Offers a metaphor that reframes the question, sparks dialogue, and reveals a layer of insight the high-IQ thinker missed.True intelligence isn’t just about solving equations—it’s about seeing connections, asking the right questions, and finding meaning and solutions to fit even in uncertainty. The question doesn’t just test logic—it touches philosophy, physics, and the limits of knowledge itself.
someone of the chosen ones eventually Concludes that no solution exists to that question and disengages while the person with an average IQ makes the turn where intelligence becomes creative agency. The so-called “genius” may define the boundary of the problem—but the “ordinary” thinker refuses to be bound by it. Where the high IQ mind says, “This is unsolvable,” the adaptive mind whispers, “Then I’ll make something new.”
I believe everyone no matter who they are are geniuses in their life and station.. I can tell you from knowing people that lived in dumpsters and under bridges that they had the smarts to survive where I would have perished.

        • (“I had a friend in grade school with dyslexia. He could barely read because he had to rearrange the letters first…..”)

I still have issues with that lol lol…sometimes I have to stop and reflect on it till I get it right lol..the thing that my wife hates is I answer or finish her thoughts or questions before she does.. it drives her nuts…

        • (“Education is the KEY, and only legit way out of the hood. YES, Education done right is supposed to be Rigorous and Hard..NOT faggot furries.”)

or institutions for higher learning and exploration of possibilities.. used as a daddy’s preppy boys daycare where all they learn is how to party and properly shotgun beer in a gotta party..

speaking about YALE.. I actually read a Paper from them that sounded pretty intellectual.. like someone crawled out and decided to study and reflect..lol who would have ever thought something like that would be published and shared by them..lol lol now Harvard and MIT cal tech byu..etc.etc.etc. they open their libraries to everyone e to expand horizons..

  2. Thanks for the free book link download ……. will make for good reading ….. hang in there, take a well deserved break …….. good luck to all

  3. ” laid off… vital pilot training”

Don’t overlook A.I. driven, pilot-less kamikaze drones being the future.

Recall the mystery UFOs from last year. (Did Trump ever tell us concisely what those were as promised or is he still working on JFK and that Black Book?)

It’s likely UFOs are the future… discounting the UFOs being from the outer planets & the reason why Musk gave up on the trip to Mars, the space aliens telling him and Team America to drop the trip or die!

    • I wonder..what would a being from another planet or universe think of mankind.I believe they’d see a species fumbling its great potential. building wonders yet waging wars, unlocking atoms yet failing empathy.A planet teeming with beauty—rainforests, coral reefs, ancient temples—yet also scarred by pollution and greed. A species capable of symphonies, surgery, and quantum theory, yet still struggling to honor the simple ethic of the Golden Rule.

      • .., and those “aliens” didn’t go through the same struggles, fumbling’s and failures ??

      • Assuming a hierarchy wouldn’t they have the same issues?

Unless everyone respects their place in the order there’s envy. And there it begins?

Here in my neck of the woods there are many Indians. This to me means the caste system doesn’t work. Indians don’t respect their place and leave.

        • Hmm…Bee hives are marvels of biological organization—each bee has a role, and the hive functions as a superorganism. Here’s how that compares to human social structures. There’s a huge probability of extraterrestrial societies developing hive-like social structures is speculative but not far-fetched.If survival favors cooperation and specialization, hive models may emerge naturally—especially in species with collective intelligence or limited individual autonomy. This is a normal process..survival of the fittest.According to the Drake Equation, there could be 36 contactable civilizations in our galaxy alone. While we can’t yet estimate how many are hive-based, the sheer diversity of possible evolutionary paths makes it plausible that some alien societies operate as superorganisms—especially if intelligence arises from collective neural networks rather than individual brains.
hive-like social structures—whether in nature, technology, or human society—reveal the vital interdependence between the elite and the foundational layers. The queen is nothing more than the symbolic center, but she’s utterly dependent on worker bees for food, protection, and reproduction. just like our top tier executives in their prospective social classes. If The workers are overburdened, malnourished, or stressed, the entire hive collapses—including the queen.Hive health is bottom-up, not top-down. The strength of the system lies in the well-being of its base.technology has historically shaped social hierarchies—from agriculture to architecture to digital systems. But when elites ignore the foundational layers.if the upper tier fails to nourish the base, the structure becomes brittle—like a hive with starving workers. As AI reshapes labor, There could be the creation of a new “useless class”—those displaced by automation. But if the elite use technology to replace rather than uplift, they risk creating a hive with no workers… and no future. man dies.. the hive collapses. you can ask any preschooler about building a tower with blocks. it requires a firm base foundation..But if the elite use technology and social class distancing to replace or delete ( take one look at the economic distances between social classes now.. we now only have two the haves and the have note ) rather than uplift, they risk creating a hive with no workers… and no future for everyone the society collapses. My yearly symbol is giving a light for xmas to send the message be the light the “Way of the Lamp”—or more poetically, “Way of the Lantern”—this isn’t just spiritual symbolism. It’s structural wisdom in a system that often forgets how delicate its foundations are.The lantern ethic radiates compassion, clarity, and accountability. That light the paths of others.Light Helps each “cell” see its place in the whole. It Encourages transparency instead of control.A well-lit hive doesn’t fracture—it organizes.when leaders cling to illusion and neglect, the hive turns chaotic. But a lamp-lit leaders of a civilization or corporations. They listen to the needs of the base or the needs of their laborers. two extremely hard to get in companies around the wastelands were hard because every member of the team was a member of a huge work family. the one I tried to get into someone had to die first..the boss took care of the needs of the employees..today the boss is gone and its still a decent company.. it takes a long time to destroy a good firm foundation.. but rather than take a lesser profit and invest in the company they put all the benefits at the top ten percent and cut the needs of the base.just like DJT and congress did for the big beautiful bill..The “Big Beautiful Bill” that was just passed accelerates the collapse of the American hive by gutting the very systems that sustain its foundational layers—Medicaid, SNAP, and public infrastructure—while funneling trillions in tax relief to the top tier. Like a hive that starves its workers to gild the queen’s chamber, this legislation weakens the base that holds the structure aloft, eroding trust, health, and resilience. The illusion of prosperity at the top becomes a puppet show of affluence, while the hive itself—its laborers, caregivers, and communities—quietly fractures beneath the weight of neglect it was happening before but with this it will accelerate exponentially. its nothing new and only the ramblings of a moron in the wastelands of society and the usa. when i believe it could have been turned on its present trajectory was if they had adopted the plan by Jimmy carter.. instead they tossed jimmy under the bus and targeted the middle class just like this big beautiful bill of trumps.. you have to strengthen not just pump more numbers on those that already reap all the benefits. Now the bill how will this affect the fiat currencies of the planet in my opinion of what a moron sees..The “Big Beautiful Bill” escalates global fiat instability by inflating U.S. debt, weaponizing economic policy, and funneling resources into militarization while gutting domestic support systems. As the labor and support classes face shrinking safety nets and rising costs, the illusion of prosperity at the top becomes harder to maintain—enticing elites to pursue war, resource extraction, and geopolitical dominance as a last-ditch effort to preserve their status. In this hive-like structure, neglecting the base forces the system to cannibalize itself, turning desperation into aggression and collapse into conflict. Now that is just what I see..

      • I remember a cartoon from years ago: two one-eyed aliens are musing outside their saucer. One says to the other, “We should have sanitized this place 10,000 years ago.” If they exist, “sanitizing” might still be on the menu.

  4. Great cover and really interesting read. Thanks George. I always enjoy hearing about how you and Elaine planned your current lifestyle. Sixty is old to start such radical changes in lifestyle. Pretty cool. I also admire how positively you talk about your wife. No nasty “teasing” or insults, just pure adoration. You are definitely a team.

    • Come to think of it, it’s not just the number ‘sixty’, it’s the mindset of leaving the rat race of a ‘working life’ to ‘retire’. George may deny it, but he chose to ‘retire’ to his present situation… busy though it is. I did something similar, leaving the constant stress and pressure of an active broadcast engineering life in a crowded big city. It’s like jumping out of a plane and popping your retirement parachute and hoping you have planned your landing well. It is a radical change in mindset. Many people do not plan well for ‘retirement’ and when it happens to them, they are clueless how to cope with it. Their entire being was consumed with the working world, and now it’s gone. They cannot cope. And these people usually do not live long in retirement, and certainly not happy.

      • When I retired from my fourth career in 2011, I had always made good money, but never caught the brass ring. Lucky for me, my wife had always been an excellent money manager, and we had no debt when we moved into a 55+ community with a modest nest egg. I had done some writing before, but finished nothing.
With no wolf at the door forcing me to make a regular income, I was free to be ‘retired, and I got serious about writing. I self-published BB-39 on Amazon in July of 2012, and now have 28 books on Amazon. With failing eyesight and an increasing level of limited mobility, other retirement activities like golf or fishing have faded. Today, at 81, my world has shrunk. Most of my long-time friends have passed, and I’m housebound, except for seeing my grandkids. Writing has allowed me to continue expressing my creativity on things that I find interesting. My mornings are spent in front of my 35 inch monitor keeping a finger on the world and connecting with this great group of thinkers. After a light lunch, I work on the current writing project, unless I’m digesting another of Ure’s books.

        • (” I had always made good money, but never caught the brass ring. Lucky for me, my wife had always been an excellent money manager, and we had no debt when we moved into a 55+ community”)

sadly..I thought I had the world by the tail when young..married the first woman that was willing to see me and entered the divine comedy in real life.

faced with astronomically high medical bills from the time I first learned how to shave..low income wages and trials no man should have to face alone.. my sibling he was the golden child.. everything hit him was roses.. where he was catered and drank from the golden chalice I was served dung on a spoon..young starving to face the issues alone it was sometimes quite discouraging.. what I did learn was that to be served lemons you have to know how to make lemonade.. adapt and overcome the trials..there’s very little I cannot make in the way of the creature comforts..built two homes and I don’t know how many garages..seen my ability as the means to offer others a hand up show them how to do things that they normally wouldn’t ever consider doing. my father taught me..work.. work the issue be the one to make it.. for decades my average work week was a hundred plus ..hell year was three full time and one part time jobs to survive..I wormed off a debt with the hospital by working one full time jobs in trade..its how I met my present wife..
I was recently on a vacation..the first in my life.. and went to my siblings gated community.. if someone had told me what the lifestyle was..I would have thought they were lying.. nobody lives like that.. my total savings is 114.00 and that will be used before we get paid..its how real life is..dental bills at forty percent interest .. the good thing is..I’m not afraid to work..told the wife..I only have to make fifteen.. I get that one thing paid off I can die in peice..she’s afraid I will slip back into my old work patterns.. up till noon they had me at twenty hours for the weekend then gave me ten more..it is what it is..you work to survive ..

  5. Musk served well as Trump’s opposition defunding cutout. Thank you for your service, Elon. So which country will he be deported to ? I could see Elon in Paris exile, if it weren’t for Macrone.

In the Chart Pack the Fast/Slow Bull Chart was not included.
Instead was a second copy of the Aggregate Wave Projector.
If you have time to fix I would appreciate it and like to see that chart.
    Thanks

  9. Every year.. everyone gets a light.. be the light let your light shine !!!
The Way of the Lantern Let’s imagine it not just as a phrase, but as a living ethos—rooted in the quiet wisdom you already live, be the light to guide , help believe..
Light as an Intention Not to overpower darkness, but to guide others through it with dignity and self respect.
Stillness as a gentle Strength like a lantern doesn’t run—it glows. In chaos, it chooses presence and compassion.
My father and mother taught us that true love isn’t a feeling its an action what you do for someone else.. Compassion as Action Lighting someone else’s path doesn’t dim your own—it multiplies the flame.
Legacy of kindness and understanding is the same as Offering Each person you meet a lantern.similarly you give plants as a seed the seeds of compassion you offer gives a positive growth of spirit and faith.. Maybe one day, the world will glow with thousands of lights that began with yours pay it forward..the heart of it, is an echo of ancient wisdom wrapped in poetic simplicity. What you sow in thought, action, and intention, you ultimately reap in experience, relationships, and legacy. It’s part natural law, part spiritual truth act in harmony, and harmony returns.

    • EE: Interesting that the link was from June 2020 when he had seen nothing like the current grift. I noted that next to the last sentence: “As in the last days of the Western Roman Empire, the masses are made complicit with breat and circuses, mimicking their “leaders” debasement of the public good to feeding atr the public trough.”

By the way, I recommend to all MAGA readers a 3.5 minute clip from Trump’s Alligator Alcatraz press conference. Look at it and then report back that the country is in good hands.

    • Modern society is following the same path every past civilization has followed..I expected or anticipated it’s collapse a couple decades ago.. what I realize now..is for decades, easy credit—fueled by low interest rates, deregulated lending, and speculative financial instruments—acted as a life raft for the U.S. economy, masking stagnant wages and widening inequality by allowing consumers, corporations, and governments to borrow their way through systemic dysfunction. This artificial buoyancy Has created the illusion of prosperity, propping up markets and consumption while hollowing out financial resilience. But from what i see is as interest rates spike, debt servicing costs soar, and defaults rise—especially in commercial real estate and regional banks—the era of cheap money is ending. The scaffolding of borrowed time is cracking, revealing a fragile economy increasingly unable to sustain itself without perpetual credit expansion one look at housing as just one component. low income housing is now more than a low income employee makes.

  10. the irony of being worried about fema camps for years and blaming all the wrong people. now the person you voted for is building them. think they’re just for immigrants?

and more threats to lock up and deport US citizens. ““But we also have a lot of bad people that have been here for a long time. … They are not new to our country, they are old to our country. Many of them were born in our country. I think we ought to get them the hell out of here too. You want to know the truth. So maybe that will be the next job we work on together.”
    https://www.unilad.com/news/us-news/donald-trump-threat-deport-us-citizens-582529-20250702

but it’s all good because it’s the developer’s mindset.

    • re: “You want to know the truth.”

      truth,
Apparently the “Unilad” website is one such of several under the umbrella of parent “LADbible” appealing to the valued 18 to 34 years of age reader demographic. LADBible itself is subsidiary of LBG Group, LLC. headquartered in Manchester, UK whose co-founder pulled the one-armed bandit ipo lever some years past realizing considerable personal financial benefit.

As a tip of hat to a certain VP, thank you for offering a perspective on matters Trump from the pen of a UK journalist writer. His cv notes past appearances in such august publications as GameRevolution, PlayStation LifeStyle, the Nerd Stash, and Culture Dent.

      Long live the King!

    • (” the irony of being worried about fema camps for years and blaming all the wrong people. now the person you voted for is building them. think they’re just for immigrants?”)

The FEMA camps conspiracy theory—suggests that the U.S. government has constructed secret facilities capable of housing millions, often speculated to match the scale needed for the top ten percent of the population. Some theorists draw disturbing parallels to Hitler’s early encampment strategies, where Jewish communities—including affluent families—were systematically dispossessed and confined before the Holocaust. While FEMA’s actual mission is disaster relief and emergency management, the myth persists as a reflection of public distrust in centralized power, echoing historical fears of state overreach and asset seizure under the guise of national security. in Adolph Hitler zwetzbuch basically outlines but doesn’t actually say to get the compliance of the mass of the population is by encouraging the wealth of the top sections of society. then get the dependence of the people on social programs..then take it away! now that’s just my interpretation of what he has written.
I see it happening today.. someone in a top tier community doesn’t have a clue. take the realtor from San fran.. he didn’t have a clue what was being written about his own city in the cities news. he couldn’t see it..in his world it didn’t exist..if you haven’t lived it you don’t know it..

  11. Well, you did it again. All my planned activities came to an ALL STOP, doing a deep dive on Downsizing. Awesome work! Tomorrow’s planned activities are also derailed while I finish digesting it. Thanks!

  12. re: “Zipper-Gripper”
    feat: “The Icarus Collection”

    Folks,
“Hello” magazine noted that last Thursday’s rehearsal dinner for Albuquerque natives’ Bezos-Sanchez nuptials at Madonna of the Garden Church in Venice was a “pizza party”. According to “The Daily Mail”, the bride wore a $100,000 gown from the 2025 Icarus Collection by the House of Schiaparelli.

Speaking of pizza and Schiaparelli, both the pie and surrealist Elsa apparently got their start in Naples, Italy. The latter operated her fashion house in Paris from 1927 until 1954. She linked up with Dali and together they produced The Lobster Dress for socialite Mrs. Wallis Simpson in 1937. The latter held her famous pre-nuptial photo op attired in the garment at Chateau de Candé. It was owned by one of America’s richest men of the time, a nazi sympathizer, and founder of the Baudet labour time management system. Shortly thereafter the Duke and Duchess of Windsor decamped for their honeymoon and were personally welcomed to Berlin by Adolf Hitler.

It seems the 2025 Icarus Collection is put together by the reincarnated House’s fourth Artistic Director and son of a Texan pastor, Daniel Roseberry. He explains that inspiration for the collection came from a Parisien shop stocked with 1920’s and 1930’s ribbons hidden during the WW2 German occupation of France.

The Schiaparelli website shows the future Sanchez gown on an Asian model at the season opening show at Petit Palais, Paris on January 27th. Interestingly then the garment was joined at the midriff by a golden fleece colour of sorts whereas Ms. Sanchez adjusted that to a silver (platinum?) hue.

Public notices advise that the Happy Couple have taken up honeymoon station in Sicily via their $500 million yacht at a retreat of the rich and famous, San Domenico Palace in Sicily. The resort property dates to a monastery founding in 1374 before becoming a Grand Tour stop in the 19th century. The edifice served as German Army Headquarters during WW2.

  13. Re: Ezekiel 4:9 Bread… After searching Wally World’s food dept. from one end to the other and asking 4 different “I’m here to help” folks, I finally found it in the freezer section. I didn’t bother to look at the price at that point, as I was just tired and ready to go home. Once at home, my wife looked at the receipt and had a conniption. $9.69 for a loaf of bread!?

But it IS really good. At that price it can afford to be. We just can’t afford it.

      • No, I didn’t see a five loaf bag in Wally World’s freezer. What’s a recal button?

        • Sorry – not the right bread brand. As to the recal button – I used to know, before spending 6 hours tractorback. Now, nothing makes sense.

    • just purchased a loaf of Ezekiel 4:9 bread at my local health food store , a converted old house on the edge of residential district
$7.51,,, just a small mom and pop store, got 1/2 doz duck eggs also

    • Ezekiel 4:9 Bread is actually really easy to make.. and cheaper..I bake a couple loaves a week.. I try to stick to the king tut bread recipe.. quite a bit similar and really good.. I had gotten some of the yeast from a professor that knew some of the Harvard professors that had harvested the yeast strain from the bread jars..
rather than throw the cash away just make it..
1 1/2 cup of warm water
5 cups of flour ( give or take) ( 500g)
      1 cup raw honey
      1/2 cup of olive oil
      1 tsp salt
      yeast
below are the components I don’t add in it..
      ( 2 ½ cups wheat berries
      1 ½ cups spelt flour
      ½ cup barley
      ½ cup millet
      ¼ cup dry green lentils
2 tablespoons dry great Northern beans
      2 tablespoons dry kidney beans
      2 tablespoons dried pinto beans
2 tablespoons salt, or to taste)
the bread is great though..no way I could afford a buck a slice bread..its bad enough we pay a buck an egg..
