Another update from our sailing adventurers south of New Caledonia: And a special call out to the crew aboard:
“A word on who is on board running the ship. Female, 76, 8000nm, female, 67, 50000nm, two solo Atlantic crossings, two Japan to SF; male, 41, 40000nm, Atlantic NE to South Africa as bosun;me, 79, 30000nm, three equators, built two boats (including this one. We are proving you don’t have to be old and in the way and that every moment at sea is not counted against your allotted lifespan (so said the Phoenecians). Last few hours have been boisterous, bearing off in 25kt squalls, doing ten knots, but aiming at the goal, now 205 away. Must cross a major shipping lane that looks like a train is running on the AIS. Expecting to reach that at dawn day after tomorrow. Rock on. Stiks
And we shall – more as word comes in…

wow what a crew .plenty of experience there
Lots of crack crew – interesting, have loads of pilot friends who can state hours but … none of my sailor pals state NM experience. Wonder how many miles I have put under the keel?
Best of luck crossing traffic zone, fair winds Stiks and Co.
