OK, how much money is an extra day, week, month, or year worth?  With all our work on equal dollar indices and charts, the money isn’t worth much if it can’t buy you more time.

So, we’re updating all of our research on anti-aging.  Including various supplement protocols and how they fare in actual science-based testing.  And remember that “George has gone weird” with his Light Crown work?  Well, there are nearly 1,700 trials now on the government’s ClinicalTrials.gov website.

We like to be early.  This seems to be no exception.

    While I am personally a little disappointed to hear you are taking back some of your time, I applaud you for setting a personal boundary.

    I have followed you and the rest of the regards in the forum for many years. I know it must be a lot of work to keep it all going.

    I had previously imagined the work/cost/return equation. I came to the same conclusion you did.

    I never got the idea Urban was strictly a revenue stream. Your editorial presentation has been an educational exercise. A labor of love to red pill as many people as possible. God bless you!

      The idea of a ‘Fourth Turning’ is a whitewash of reality, of history (or as had been shown an utterly biased work of nonsense: https://theworthyhouse.com/2019/01/22/book-review-the-fourth-turning). Similar to Desmet’s book on “mass formation” and many other works that the majority of “awake” individuals of the “alternative media” have been thoughtlessly jumping on and spreading.

      • Sadly why people never learn from their past is those the lived and went through it are gone that why history keeps repeating itself.. its a continuous loop. they made up nursery rhymes to teach the children but didn’t let them know the reason for the rhymes.. take the heads of our three agencies that seem to be so badly corrupted and being set up.. they heard the story about the three blind mice.. but can’t see that they are being set up to take the grand fall..
        I loved to read the old diaries in the BYU library . you see how they made it.. they were a lot similar to what the Amish colonies are like today.. they survived being one with god.. today it still has a lot of that in it.. but even Monson brought it up in the magazine the ensign… no one listened.. people are swayed by the thought of grand riches and easy life.. they don’t see the struggles of those at the bottom.. nore do they care and seriously why should they.. I have had a rougher than most life.. but I learned things from that and decided to use those moments for learning modules..
        I went to the colonies a couple weeks ago to get some cucumbers.. for the years pickles.. ( trying a new recipe to see if it works.. wish me luck.. I am canning them in plastic bags.. ) what I seen there.. as the girls teased me about my gardening abilities LOL.. was a beautiful small town.. the kids were out playing like small communities use to.. a norman rockwell community.. they still are living a simpler life.. were everywhere else.. we complicate it with modern conveiniences.. industry was destroyed with deregulation. mom couldn’t stay home any longer had to go to work and big companies threw they employees under the wheels of progress to cater to a few at the very top.. pride in ones work left and people only do what they have to instead of being proud of the jobs they did do.. what good is it.. at one time if an employer did good he passed out the xmas bonus to his employees.. everyone was proud .. today that doesn’t happen.. so when it all folds.. everyone …. everyone.. will feel it it will be new ..something they have never ever even considered a possibility..
        like the friend of my daughters that just bought a house.. her payments for the house and the taxes for that house along with insurance for the house.. not even counting the basic expenses that are on the rise to maintain the house.. will be over ten thousand a month.. the cost of auto utilities groceries etc etc.. will be between forty and sixty thousand more than they take in.. my barber was just telling me their rent is just over two thousand dollars a month.. and they only make fifteen to twenty dollars an hour.. its unsustainable.. and will take them down the rough road.. the stress will cause breaks in their relationships and take them all away from one another..
        then the mortgage brokers.. most banks sell your mortgage.. to a broker that is being funded by a company or group from outside the USA.. yup an invester.. and in each of the home loan clauses is the what ninety day pay up or get the hell out..
        My faith has what forty million members and the vast majority will be facing mass eviction.. the cloward piven strategy has been played and an administration only thinking about one family group has sold our our country.. we are going down the same road that Romans did and France.. the weimar depression looms in front of us.. the the difference it what happened during the weimar depression will appear as a trip to disney land.. all it took was promote greed high profits and a few drugs and some deviant lifestyle promotions.. as I sit here I can see it all ramping up.. the horror situation that could come in many forms.. from an all out nuclear war to an invading army and us all either being executed for not following sharia law.. or learning the laws of another country.. so many ways.. a trojan army destroying from within.. then there is the social discourse that coule erupt in a civil war..and seeing our administration has been pushing for a racial war of some sort.. then there is the cloward piven.. that will destroy the fiat currencies. then there is the urban expansion and the fact that the earth can’t produce enough food to provide.. the broken medical system oh heck I could go all day on all of this as I type with a keyboard that is made in another country. either way.. we have lost this war already.. its just the matter of time at this point.. I don’t think it can be turned around by anyone going into office at this point.. to much damage has been done with this administration.. any changes to be made would have to be so massive and because we have put the USA and the citizens needs last and the least.. anything we would do will be a major sign of defeat.. the closest thing we could do is pull our military back from all the points they are out at…. put our energy and all the money into our country.. rebuild our infrastructure.. where today our grid is set to fail because of the business model ..our gas lines antiquated and fragile.. our dependence on other countries to survive.. our industrial cities turned into fast food cities instead of the once proud industrial city of the past.. the only thing is we haven’t admitted defeat.. but then that is my opinion..

  5. Etruscan onion soup. It’s the ancestor to a renaissance dish, “carabaccia”, from the same region as Etruscan society (Tuscany), so it shares similar taste profiles that have been transmitted through the populations of Tuscany for centuries!
    In any case, lets now take a look at The World That Was! Follow along with my YouTube video above!
    Ingredients
    3 cups onions (preferably red well that’s what the recipe calls for I personally like vadellia)

    1/2 cup almonds (crushed)
    honey
    salt
    pepper
    3 cups of water (or stock of your choice) ( my mom used milk)
    Prepare the Onions
    To begin with, we need to peel and chop our onions. I’m using red onions here, because they’re similar to the kind of onion found in Tuscany today, but really any onion works here. Cut each onion in half, and slice these halves into very thin pieces. Make sure they’re all roughly the same size.
    Cook the Onions
    When you’re done dealing with your onions, pour some olive oil into a large pot. Toss your onions into this, along with a generous sprinkle of salt. This will help draw out the moisture from your onions, and stop them from burning in the pot. Place your onions over a very low heat, and let them cook and caramelise a little. This will take quite some time, like up to an hour, so keep an eye on it. Give it a stir occasionally, while you deal with your other ingredients.
    Crush Almonds
    Now we need to roughly crush our almonds. You could also use pine nuts, or walnuts. Either way, crush the nuts into rough chunks. It doesn’t need to be a very fine powder, as you’ll want the bite from almonds. In any case, leave these aside while your onions cook away.
    Combine Ingredients
    When your onions are soft, falling apart, and fairly translucent, toss in your almonds, your freshly ground black pepper, and a large squeeze of honey. Give this a stir, and place the pot back onto a medium heat. Let this all infuse and caramelise a bit more (for maybe 10 minutes). When it’s all had a chance to mingle, pour in 500ml of water (or a stock of your choice) on top of all this. It may turn the soup from a deep purple, into a lighter broth, but don’t worry! It’ll turn out amazing.

    Place your pot back onto a medium-high heat, bring this to a boil before turning down the heat so it’s just simmering.

    Leave your soup to simmer for about 30 minutes (or to your taste). Ladle up into a bowl, garnish with a bit of basil, and dig in while it’s warm!
    The finished soup is delightfully sweet, and very hearty! I made mine using plain water as a stock, and it was extraordinarily filling! Onions were a staple food for many societies in the ancient world, as they were easy to grow, and were very versatile. As a result of this, they were prepared in many different ways. The Etruscans were one of many ancient societies who had culinary traits that revolved around the onion (alongside pre-Dynastic Egypt and Mesopotamia).
    Modern versions of this uses beef broth and garlic.
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 cup port wine or dry sherry
    2 cartons beef broth
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup of Swiss cheese ( melted on top)
    I prefer one dubbed potato and celery one small carrot for color.. kind of modern onion potato soup..we did fix it once with some crumbled bacon as well.. its real easy and delicious enjoy your ancient onion soup..

    2 cups rice cooked potatoes
    2 cups ground ham
    1/4 cup of ground onion
    1 egg or 1/4 cup of powdered milk as a binder
    pepper to taste..
    place the ingredients in a bowl and place in a freezer for about 45 minutes then grind it again till its all really fine. you can either make ham patties or stuff it into sausage casings..
    I have thought about doing the same thing with sausage…or hamburger.. I use to make potato bologna..
    2.5 lbs lean beef
    2.5 lbs. pork shoulder
    5 lbs. potatoes cooked aldente
    2 onions chopped
    1 garlic Clove ( you can use more)
    1/2 cup powdered milk binder
    grind all ingredients up mix together freeze for about 45 minutes till its really cold then grind very smooth stuff in sausage casings.
    you can cold smoke these add cheese to the mix or even bacon crumbles for a twist..
    sausage seasoning to taste..
    great as a meal main course.
    the old labor day telethon was potato and bratwurst making day..

    LOOB do you ever grind your own wheat? I’m thinking about adding new foods to my carnivore diet. Ezekiel bread increases my pain levels. I have been wondering if unprocessed organic red wheat berries might be an option.

    • I grind my own wheat. I use white winter wheat. I buy it online in 25 lb buckets. It makes wonderful simple wheat bread, and is not hard to digest. Less coarse and no bitter aftertaste like you sometimes get with red wheat.

    • absolutely.. I had a really bad spell in the seventies.. no car..had to walk 12 miles to work in winter no snow boots or gloves no coat..the farm crises shut down the plant for the winter.. I had no job couldn’t find a job you couldn’t buy a job..heat shut off the eviction notice was given no food..had an old coleman camp stove that I would grab the old used coffee grounds out of the garbage then reroast it.. ( I still roast coffee from time to time from green beans)
      anyway I had to gather grain off of the ground and beat it into a crude gruel.. I have mire grinders than you can imagine..wet grinders to make nut butters and can make my own cooking oil ..
      every year just before winter I get a few hundred pounds of red wheat and white wheat..the grain elevator gives me barley grain to brew beer with..
      each time I have had a horrific event that I had to survive I took it as a learning lesson.. and realized what there is that we all take for granted.. we all take so much for granted that we can just run to the store and pick it up.. yet when it hits you can’t..
      the last time my wife was let go because of the annual witch hunt.. medical institutions do that to balance the budgets..we went a year without an income.. every once in a while the wife would say..I wish I had a little wine.. so now I make it.. some are good others not so good..I’d like to think I’m getting good at it..but that’s totally debatable..at least she won’t ever say that again..

    • The best bread I ever had my mom made..we went camping and in the days before we had store bought mom baked bread.. dad forgot it sent dat to the little store at the lake my sister and my job was mom made a frame out of sticks we were to cover it with clay mud.. she then lit a fire in it and after it showed cracks she sealed it up and the wood fired oven was done.. she baked a loaf of bread in that then slathered butter over it..all these years later I still can taste that bread.
      a friend of mine at the hospital and I would talk about that bread..he built a big wood fired oven just to bake his own..
      he’s always showing me photos of his next loaf lol..

I get most of our wheat from the elevator.. the ones to get first pick is the colonies.. then I can have what I want of what is left.. buying it from the LDS warehouse is the easiest way and most convenient way to store it..   12. I can still hear Federal Reserve Chairman Powell saying, just last week: “2 % is not negotiable.” This morning’s CPI shows that the “Core Rate” is still above 3 %. Actually, it increased a point to 3.2 % over last year’s numbers. That is well above the Powell’s “Line-in-the-Sand” 2% inflation target.
    A fifty basis point cut seems a bit fantastic to me. If they do, a couple of things will happen. Inflation will come back even stronger [ just like what happened in the seventies.] ., and within 30 days the markets will sell-off. – Both of which would be a death-stroke to the Harris Campaign.
    So.., the question in my mind is: Does Powell & Company believe what has happened in the past, will happen again – given the same circumstances? Cutting rates after a series of raising rates – markets sell-off. ., and cutting rates before inflation is actually tamed – it comes back even stronger and lasts longer.
    If they know this [ How could they not know?] and believe this.., is it now a matter of internal politics? Harris or Trump ?
    Will the decision be a political choice, over an economic choice?
    Do they dare play games with the economic near-future of the country using that matrix? Politics – or – Economics ??
    Personally.., I would not want to be on the voting board of the FOMC right now.

  15. The question in my mind lately is not: “How bad will it get?”
    That is not the right question. And when you are looking for answers, you must ask the right questions.
    The question should be: “What can I do to prosper and grow during a recession., or even a depression? ” [ Depression is even better: “Everybody will need Everything” ]
    What can I personally do to stay on-top of the game? .., because that is what it is going to be. Very “Personal.”
    What happens on the south side of Chicago., or the Bronx., or inner-Miami .., East L.A. – will not be your problem. You can’t fix-it and you can’t help them.
    Ask the right questions.
    .
    I am currently looking and researching on how to do just that. Stay on top the swirling mess of collapsing economics and crumbling society – and prosper.

      this morning i did an honest self apraisal. taking a personal inventory, no different than buisness inventory.

      I need to look at what im doing well. what im not doing and why. What im doing that is unhealthy. where am i living in fear? what i can do? What am i trying to do that is THE DUDES department not mine.

      where am i being of service to others? where am i being of service to the earth?

      what am i using for distraction to avoid something. what is it i am avoiding?

      where am i being dishonest with myself and others? where am i being to honest? what area am i over stepping in?

      where am I growing as a soul and as a man? where do i need to grow? where am i being defficiant? what areas am i leading with confidence? what area am i leading with Ego? where am i blocking the sunshine of the spirit in others lives with the shadow of pride? where am i acting unhealthy? where am i excelling in healthy behaviors alone? in front of others?

      where am i doing things that are only between THE DUDE and me. where am i letting my acts shine before others to inspire them? am i investing in my creative skills? am I investing in learning ie reading books etc. am i investing in my discovery qualities and skills? am I investing in resting? am investing in others? am i doing without attachments? am i making good buisness deals? am i being gluteness in my desires and appitites? am i being to concervative? am I being overtly adventurous?

      have i compremised my integrity for people pleasing applause? if so, where? why? have i stepped down when i should have stood up? have spoken when i should have been silent? in what areas am i being arrogant? in what areas am i being arrogant?
      what am i not getting done that needs to be done. is my home clean? is my car a mess inside? because those things are reflection the inner sanctuary in my being.

      a real Honest self apraisal. an inventory of stock.

      So i can see where i need to improve and what is my part and what is Gods part. Again nobody sees it but me.

      it good for me to see i spend 22% of my day finding something to distract me. that is too much distraction. because being distracted makes me close minded.

      and a new idea cant be grafted upon a closed mind.

      so this morning i did an 8 hour personal inventory, an honest self apraisel. the good, the bad and the ugly. so i know what needs to be tossed out, so something new can be added.

      they dont teach that stuff in school. but its important.

      as soon as i finished it. i sat and a had a cup of coffee. and…. the answers started coming in fast.

      answers to questions like,
      why every where i go, i find diamonds now??? i mean like almost daily im finding gold jewelry and diamonds. evrywhere i go. last night i found another half carrot diamond earing stud laying on the ground next to a garbage can as i was going to throw my empty coffee cup out. i found that diamond tennis braclet, the half carrot ring, the one carot diamond pendant all these diamonds. i find them everywhere. its cool. what does it mean?

      the answer came to me as i sat there.

    The QT US short term/long term sovereign debt inversion is now about 45 days longer than that QT inversion leading to the 1929 peak equity valuation. This is week 31 of 32-33 of an October 2023 13/32-33 week first and second fractal series synchronized with a longer 1982 13/31 of 32 year first and second fractal series. A lot of bad debt and asset overvaluation with respect to real consumer wages will rapidly (much faster than 1929 to 1932) undergo recalibration.
    The terminal 32-33 week timing should be an interesting background for the national dem convention next week.

    If you were to stop writing Urban, I would miss it and all the comments from some knowledgeable and caring folks and even the licks from the left wing peanut gallery. It is informative but also entertaining. If you stopped writing Peoplenomics however, I would be really disappointed and have to search a lot of other websites to get the info you provide.
