$100-Billion ChemTrail Suit – Markets Wobble – ‘ween

Let’s start with the big one – because it is likely to establish that another so-called conspiracy theory – ain’t so theoretical after all.

clif is antiselenite on X: “$100 Billion…suing for chemtrail damages…” / X

You should take time to read the entire article carefully.  This is his plan – and others may file their own suits.

The first thing we noticed was clif’s self-labeling – being an antiselenite.  Which goes to the word “selenite” which Wiki’s out this way:

Selenitesatin spardesert rose, and gypsum flower are crystal habit varieties of the mineral gypsum.

All varieties of gypsum, including selenite and alabaster, are composed of calcium sulfate dihydrate (meaning that it has two molecules of water), with the chemical formula CaSO4·2H2O. Selenite contains no significant selenium – The similar names both derive from Greek sel?n? (?????? ‘Moon‘).”

The use of selenite – dispersed into the atmosphere was proposed back in 2012 in US Patent US20120269950A1 which presently shows “abandoned”.  Until this action, however, the rights had been assigned to an LLc in Arizona as you can read in the patent paperwork at US20120269950A1 – Chemical changes associated with selenite – Google Patents.

In particular, we were drawn to this part because of many other uses of selenite claimed in the patent:

“[0011]

  • Selenite has also found use in attracting moisture, rainmaking and weather modification, including modern-day practices. The Pueblo Indians believed selenite was a rain maker/attractor, and the Hopi believe it is the tears of the Gods.”

Selenite helps to focus on multiple approaches to Global(ist) weather control programs because there are a multiplicity if Methods.  High reflectivity can result in high-altitude cooling while application of chemicals such as silver iodide may “encourage” water droplet formation.  (Mind you, this is before the network of global atmospheric heaters is turned on!)

Selenite, for example, might be used because of its high reflectivity.  Which then twirls us into an AI query of what “albedo” is (earth-reflection of sunlight as a temperature control tool).

Increasing the amount of particles in the atmosphere to increase albedo is a proposed strategy to reduce the effects of global warming. This strategy is known as albedo modification or solar radiation management (SRM).

Here are some ways to increase albedo:
Stratospheric aerosol injection
Injects small reflecting particles into the stratosphere to increase albedo and create a cooling effect. This method is considered the most-researched solar geoengineering method.

Marine cloud brightening
Injects tiny salt crystals into the ocean to increase the concentration of water droplets in clouds, making them brighter and more reflective.

Cloud albedo effect
Increasing the number of aerosols in the atmosphere can lead to more, but smaller, cloud droplets. This increases the albedo of the cloud, which results in a cooling effect.

Albedo modification strategies can have significant side effects, including: Changes in plant growth, Precipitation, Stratospheric heating, Ozone loss, and Reduced concentrated solar power generation.

(Who approved Climate Engineering?????)

Until clif’s (ballsy/bold) announcement, the informational high ground had already been staked out by climate control advocates.  For example, Conspiracy Theories Fuel Chemtrail Beliefs and Climate Change Denial.

Analytically, it’s odd that global spraying and “climate change” arose in an oddly co-joined way. Was there a climate threat (for real, e.g. natural and self-arising?) or was climate control just another tool to be used for global population control?  We can’t speak to motives, but if High’s suit can find a receptive  (non corporate-controlled or influenced) Court, then we might learn something.

The riff is repeated on other sites, as well.  Although some go deeper and begin to bring in other aspects of atmospheric planet spraying.  Chemtrails: Real or Not?

The basic idea, however, that chemtrails are “conspiracy theory” is a view held by “drink the Kool-Aid” sheep.  Because with even a few moments of effort global(ist) government references are all over the place.  Parliamentary question | ‘Chemtrail’ method of military geoengineering for changing the climate. Environmental and health risks and commercial reasons for participating in climate policies | E-007937/2015 | European Parliament.

Again, we’re back wondering “What’s going on?”  (Who authorized this shit?) And our own government – having lost its “By and For the People” role, seems anxious to sell out to whatever interests have the sweetest (OK, and maybe most profitable) story to sell.

Go get ’em – under Oath.

If the ideas of chemtrails, mandated vaccinations, poisons allowed in our fields and foods, and the limited-choice elections bother you, congratulations – You have a brain!

What we see is a world that has bumped up against its Complexity Limit and has been busily building “complexity structures” (within Global or Universal complexity) for more than a decade.  See, just before a pile of sand collapses you can see organizational structures emerge anticipating collapse and (attempting) to hold it back.

A great intro to the topic (with a nod to Kit Webster) may be found in [1312.4066] Emergence of wave patterns on Kadanoff Sandpiles.  First you get complexity – then you get complex structures to maintain complexity – and then it all let’s loose anyway.  Kind of like the markets in here.

Wobbly N. Shakey

Mr. Market is apparently getting out of town – while the getting is good – before the election next week.  Have a look at how trend lines are being pierced in advance of the national turmoil likely when the “wrong candidate” wins next week:

As you can see, the market took out the bottom of the yellow trend channel (upper right) with Wednesday’s close. And at the open today the loss is likely to extend.  And it could get worse going into the election.  Depends who “holds and folds” now.

Jobs Data

Thursday trifecta includes the Challenger Job Cuts:

Job Cuts Fall in October 2024, But YTD Up 4% from Last Year

“U.S.-based employers announced 55,597 cuts in October, down 23.7% from the 72,821 cuts announced one month prior. It is 51% higher than the 36,836 cuts announced in the same month in 2023, according to a report released Wednesday from global outplacement and business and executive coaching firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc.”

The new UI filings on a weekly basis:

And the impact in some of the states:

A fine, though slightly incomprehensible time (due to systemic noise floors rising) will be had by all.

Playing the War Card?

Another one of those “structures that emerge ahead of sand pile collapse” (besides open talk of taking the clothes off the climate change-chemtrail duality, and the sham of the American UniParty system, is that War can provide all sorts of (Globalist-needed) outcomes.  Such as:

  • Reduce human population count
  • Increase war materiel production
  • Force populations to pay higher tax burdens
  • Concentrate power in the hands of Insiders
  • Give reason to kill or incarcerate non-conformers

Yeah – and that’s only the highlights….  That’s why “war checks” and possibly-pending false flag operations are so important, you follow?  Let’s walk the lines, then:

As a result, three cities we would not visit over the pre-election period are:

  • New York – based on “seer concerns and fears” because it would be the preeminent “false flag” target due to media centricism.
  • Phoenix – Because if the U.S. can make chips, the value to China of taking Taiwan is reduced.
  • And Tehran – because we don’t think Israel is anywhere near allowing Iran to continue making weapons-grade fissionables.

We’ll just leave the Gulfstream in the hangar.

At the Ranch: The Truth About Halloween

Long ago, there was a moderate-sized asteroid impact on Earth.  It was a huge event.  And it’s why the most widely celebrated Holiday among humans worldwide is Halloween.  Because this is about when it happened.

Story goes that not only did the asteroid throw up billions of tons of debris, but that some of it landed in our Northeast and caused the Finger Lakes region of New York. In fact, if you look at the picture here, you can almost make out how the 11 lakes “point” to possible impact areas.

Of course, the “rising from the Dead” stories were then founded on tales of freshly-buried humans being thrown out of their graves by the seismic shock.

While this will escape most people – as well as the basis of the “witches flying” being related to using of broom handles to anoint “trippers” with psycho-active drug ointments to certain sensitive body parts for quick absorption – we will instead point you to a high credibility source and let you sort truth from fiction yourself.  It’s not hard.  Understanding the dynamics and the cyclicity of the Taurids shower should fill in most of the blanks.

  1. George, my favorite theory about Halloween isn’t far off from what you said about the asteroid, but more grim. The meteor showers that we pass through this time of year are the remnants of large comets. 12-14k YPB the Earth was moving through much denser areas of debris with much larger fragments which caused weeks long global bombardments at the same time for years. Maybe even a decade or two. Imagine hundreds of Tunguska sized explosions happening randomly all over the planet starting massive fires and causing general mayhem every year at the same time. To top that off global sea level rose roughly 400′ globally during the same period.

That’ll leave a mark on global mythologies in perpetuity.

  2. Dont look now Kemmosabe – but the forecasted Slaughter of the Pumpkins is on like Donkey Kong. Zippity Do Dah, Zippity Aye My of My what a bloody ass day.

? Got any clues as to what Project Esther is ? Elon and orange jesus know, think they might be IN on it.

?? Have Youse seen the 4000 page report just put out by Kremlin ? It details prezactly how America fixes its elections..even Pooters is recommending “walking away” from this election…lest Youse’s lose Ure immortal SOULs ahahahahahahah..

Got MOAR popscorn – So lets raise the curtain of catstrophic DISCLOSURE – PS: FUCK mike turner of ohio – race traitor of 1st degree.
PSS Remote Viewers have confirmed he does NOT get thru the death traps, although he currently believes he will..bwahahahahah = miserable FA.

    • If Donald Trump wins, the conservatives behind the Project 2025 manifesto have a plan to go after pro-Palestine activists.

The Heritage Foundation, a right-wing think tank, has crafted the “Project Esther” plan to go after what it calls the “Hamas Support Network.”

      • You DO understand, “Project 2025” is fundamentally very little different from “Project 2021,” “Project 2017,” “Project 2013,” “Project 2009,” “Project 2005,” “Project 2001,” “Project 1997,” “Project 1993,” “Project 1989,” “Project 1985,” or “Project 1981.”

(Do you see a pattern here…?)

The Heritage Foundation has published a “conservative wishlist” every four years since Reagan was elected President. Roughly 70%-80% of it is very good, socially and economically sound, ideals. The other 20%-30% is in the realm of batshit crazy.

I personally have no problem with going after “pro Palestine activists” because they are really Hamas covert operatives. It’s bad enough having covert agents and sleeper cells from potentially
antagonistic nations. For the past, nearly 30 years, we’ve also had covert agents and sleeper cells from a number of the world’s most dangerous and notorious terrorist organizations imbedded into the fabric of our society (and I’m not counting the Triad, Yakuza, Khun Sa, or Tong, because they mostly keep to themselves and terrorize their own…)

    • I’ve not read such a report, and I’ve been actively looking for it. I can’t even find it with Yandex! I can only find one reference to such a report, without any link to it in either Russian or English. The source of this rumor is:

      https://thepeoplesvoice.tv/putin-releases-4000-page-report-exposing-how-elites-have-rigged-2024-us-election/

but there’s NO SOURCE at all. Just a report about a report. I have no doubt that the selections are engineered, but I’d love to read those 4000 alleged pages to find out the details.

      • Doesn’t exist.
        Although it might by tomorrow.
AI-authored as a work of fiction.
Then edited to change names into relevance.

Vlad Putin is an actual national Leader. He has his own nation, with its own issues, to lead. He would not waste more time on the U.S. Election than the comments a reporter could elicit during his walk from the Kremlin to his car — maybe two pages worth.

If such a document were to genuinely exist, it would be a product of the propaganda section of the FSB, not Mr. Putin. Its contents would also be meaningless…

  3. Two small points;
    1) Comets or asteroids don’t break up into uniform sized chunks. Ka-zillions are very small, some are house-sized, some are bigger, and a few could be very big. “Size of a mountain.”

    2) We think of asteroid/meteor strkes as coming straight in. Perpendicular. But a stream of chunks could also arrive at a grazing angle. This could explain the Finger Lakes. Groups of chunks could arrive together or strung out, like Shoenaker-Levy that was seen to hit Jupiter.

    • re: comet impacts
Plunder around information on ‘Carolina Bays’. There is a theory proposed that they were formed by ejecta from an impact in Canada based on their pattern and shape. There are also similar bodies of water in other Southern states.

Lots of ‘phun’ things have happened in the past to our planet, a lot of which are in our cultural memories.

  7. On the 18th the Dow closed at 43,275 – right at the top of the Bollinger Bands. Right at the close I entered a trade – options/puts. On the 21st the MACD [ YTD ] pointed down and on the 22nd it crossed over. This morning it gaped down below it’s 42 day MA and 50 day MA.., and is sitting just above the bottom Bollinger Band at 41,860 – that is a drop of 1,415 points, in ten trading days – and that is where I closed-out my trade – just a few moments ago.

    – On a side note., my “Carnac The Magnificent” has dropped nearly 860 points this morning.
    – On a side note – Part 2. With the sharp move down this morning across the board [ even gold is down $53.00] The ‘VFIAX’ – Vangauard 500 Index is down only 1.56 points. I can see why so many invest in Vanguard Funds. [ I’ve watched the 500 Index for some time.]

      Um, no.

They could use Starlink to hack stealth fighters, IFF (If you don’t understand logical terminology, you’d better learn. “IFF means “If, and only if”) they have a back door into the fighters, just like they could use conventional comsat or their spy satellites to do so. Starlink would not be the weak link — the software onboard the F-22, 35, or whatever would be…

I have my gates locked and will be checking around to make sure nothing is touched. Pesky kids and others might like the cover of darkness, but not on my watch.

BTW, what’s with Dentist’s Day? That’s supposed to be on March 6th! Coincidentally, a serious dentist appointment was what occupied me all of yesterday and why I’m in no shape to attend President Trump’s rally in ABQ. It would have been a good memory if I was in better shape. Best wishes for a sane next presidency. Remember that new presidents generally do their most damage in their first term. The second term is the one where they’re more presidential.

I’ve wondered who will run the country if Kammy ever “wins” or gets anointed? I’ve yet to see her manage a kid’s squabble, much less a crisis! I believe she has no executive functional ability at all.

Andy Soros — same as now…

  10. According to a couple of election researchers, one watch-dog group and one constitutional professor – if Trump can take Pennsylvania and any other swing state – he will take the Electoral College votes to a win. [ Just like he did to Hillary.]
The last poll before the election came out this morning and it shows Trump just went ahead of Harris in all of the swing states – especially Penn.
I believe it was our host that said a few days back that Harris peaked too soon.., and if you look at the numbers from the polls over that past two to three weeks you will see that is true. Harris has lowly gone down and Trump slowly going up in just about every poll.
    – But then – “poll” can also be considered a four-letter word.

    • Trumps NYC Puerto Rico fiasco may cost him PA. Reportedly 500,000 Puerto Rican voters in PA (3rd most in US behind NY and FL).

In the last two Presidential races PA was decided by only about 20,000 votes, so the working class Puerto Ricans who he was getting out in the industrial Lehigh Valley area may switch their votes.

Trump’s surrogates seem to be determined to shoot Trump in the foot time after time. Where do they find such clueless idiots?

  11. According to a Pentagon forensic accounting research, Boeing jacked up the prices as high as 8,000 % when billing the Air Force.
Boeing dropped 3.5% a share on the news. It has gone from $417, in 2019 to this morning’s price of $148 a share.

    • AND needs to drop another 50%.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they just DROP their space program if they can’t find someone to buy it and do a one time write off of about $8 to $15 billion.

So far they have NOT received a single penny for their cluster fuck attempt at building a space capsule to use to go to the soon to be non-existent International Space Station since they were only to get paid once they made a successful trip carrying NASA astronauts there (not their own crew). DING … still at least a year maybe two from getting that NASA payment into their hands.

  12. Yahoo reports A change in Five Eye south’s banking:

Aussie bank sparks outrage as fee introduced to withdraw cash for 2.4 million customers

Bendigo and Adelaide Bank said the $2.50 charge is part of trying to match the ‘evolving needs of our customers’.

Bendigo and Adelaide Bank will be introducing a new fee for customers who want to conduct over-the-counter services when they visit a branch. From November 1, the more than 2.4 million customers who have accounts with Australia’s “most trusted” bank will be charged $2.50 if they visit a branch and withdraw their money.

A spokesperson for the bank told Yahoo Finance that this move is being brought in because the banking system is “evolving” as digital payments become more popular. They added that bank staff will be ready to answer any questions about the change.

      • ATM’s work that way if you’re not near one that belongs to your bank. Sometimes it’s worth it if you want cash far from home and don’t want to risk it with the Tennessee(and other states) Highwaymen. Few people do it, but I’ve always withdrawn the maximum allowable on my card, since the fee is the same regardless of the amount.

I always pay cash in restaurants, gas stations and elsewhere that’s brick and mortar. No point in risking your card in strange environments and you can generally only bargain with cash.

        • I don’t do ATMs. I also have carried both $5000 and $25,000 through Tennessee without issue, at different times (in a lead bag, contained in a plastic bag, inside a lead-lined canvas film bag — I don’t know if the old conspiracy theory that the validation strips in dollar bills are RFID-enabled is true, but dollars in a lead Faraday cage are probably less-likely to be detected, especially in the CD-changer well of a Jetta that didn’t stop between WPAFB and OKC… ;-)

The $5000 passed through Fort Knox before proceeding to Memphis. No issues…

I always pay cash to local (or “mom & pop”) businesses. With national businesses, I pay cash if I don’t want to leave a paper trail, but pay with a card if I don’t GAS, because I figure “Mom & Pop” deserve that 3.4% more than BoA-Chicago or FNB-Louisville (the original owners of VISA and MasterCard) or their derivatives…

        • NMM- Yup. Be especially sure to leave cash tips.
I use cards for online purchases with Paypal, wherever available. I have a low credit limit card I use for questionable online purchases where I can’t use Paypal. I use cards for medical, ’cause the SOB’s already have me by the shorts for identity info. Otherwise, the cards are are for back-up if I get careless and I’m humming and tapping at the check-out, out of dinero.
I don’t use debit cards. Security and recourse for fraud seem to be nonexistent with the debit cards. Some banks will still issue you an ATM card if you insist, instead of the debit card. I have one from a national, with ATM terminals nationwide.
I pay utilities with checks. The utilities will generally allow payment in advance if you send a check. Got one comm provider who won’t take anything but monthly card or Paypal payments.

        • Here one big regional grocery store chain had a problem with the check out machines INSIDE some stores having been hacked and Stealing your Credit Card data when you swiped your card to buy groceries!!

Sheesh … hacking of machines INSIDE of grocery stores!!

        • @n____

“Be especially sure to leave cash tips.”

          Yup.

Unless I simply forget to go to the bank, I NEVER pay a restaurant tab with a ccard. On the rare occasion when I have to, I zero the tip line and pay the tip in cash.

BTW, I DO have and use a debit card, especially online. I went through the considerable hassle of making each of my bank accounts an entity separate and isolated from every other account, and setting them up without any “overdraft protection” of any kind. This means when the account hits zero, no more money can come out. My debit card is attached to a checking account I only populate when I’m going to purchase something, and it is only fed an amount of money slightly more than sufficient to cover the charge or charges.

if you google Alabama Astrobleme you will get the story of the impact crater east of Wetumpka. The meteor entered at a shallow angle, and all the mountains ranges east of there were thrown up like a wave by a kid in a pool splashing his sister.
A now deceased geologist showed me his paper on it showing in west Alabama the geological seams of coal, rock, sandstone with water, etc are all very orderly but east of there the layers have been churned as if a handheld blender was stuck into it and turned on. Also, things not normally seen in Alabama, such as gold, are all through that formation. Infact, at the turn of the 20th Century, a gold rush was starting in the area, but the outbreak of WWI caused all the young men to leave, and afterwards they didn’t migrate back. So, the gold deposits that were there were never exploited.
    Oh, well…….

  16. George,

Today ACWI opened gap down and ended at the low of the day. This is day 7 of day 10 with the target crash low, the last trading hour of election day 5 November 2024.

This will conclude day 10 of 10 of an 11 Sept 2024 ACWI 6/12/15/10 day fractal series and day 6 of a 4/8/8/6 day DJT (Trump equity) series.

From the March 2020 low, another (ACWI) monthly series is observable: a 3/6/8/5 month or 19 month first fractal series followed by a 38 of 45-46 month second fractal series composed of three monthly sub-series: 3/8/4 months; 3/7/6 months and 5-/ 9 of 10/7-8 of months ending in May-June 2025.

October 2024 is the 38 month peak (2x peak )of a March 2020 19/38 month :: x/2x second fractal series with the window of (massive)second fractal nonlinearity (2x-2.5x :: 39-47 months) beginning in November 2024. Expect the expected: a 1982 13/31-32 year :: x/(near)2.5x 31-32 year (early November 2024) incipient massive second fractal nonlinear crash.

    • Crash scenario looking more plausible. Emotional response to the election seems to be ramping. Not necessarily irrational fear of wingnuts could spark irrational panic selling. Which wingnuts are to be feared ? Answer- All of them. They all are waiving Ure blank checks under voters noses. Vote today before safety erodes.
